This little gem is family-owned and well worth the visit! Thank you Lyn, I will see you again soon! Dip manicure + lip & eyebrow wax = $65 Owned by Lyn and Phil (husband and wife) + cousin Sophie They remembered the names of every client that walked in. Lyn gave recommendation on color and design and took her time! (Not one single scratch or cut cuticle) They use foil instead of acetone bowls Full bottle of water was provided instead of the cheap child bottles GOOD TO KNOW: They are open until 7pm but closed on Sundays for family They get busy on the weekends so call ahead or expect to come back at a later time.

The prices are affordable, the staff is super friendly, and the nails are better than anything you can find. I work as a cashier and I'm pretty hard on my nails but these did not budge. Towards the end, however, they began to start cracking but it was only on the edges and I extended the wait time until my next appointment. I got compliments on my nails everywhere I went and they were exactly what I asked for. You can show them a photo of anything you want and they'll replicate it. Will def be coming back again!!!

We're both boy moms and were having a pleasant, relaxed conversation with each other and the technicians. Unfortunately, during the pedicure, the technician working on my friend asked if I was her mother. This comment was extremely rude and inappropriate, and it deeply hurt my feelings. I spent the remainder of my appointment trying not to cry and ultimately sat there in tears for much of the service. I came in hoping to feel refreshed and confident, but instead I left feeling embarrassed and awful. I strongly suggest that management provide sensitivity and customer-awareness training for employees. Comments about age or appearance can be incredibly damaging, and no client should leave a self-care appointment feeling worse than when they arrived.

The ambiance of this place is so pretty with all the pink, the nice pedicure chairs, the roses and pink caribou feathers, all the "couture" touches. But what sterilized the experience was pre choosing your services with options. While I see how it helps it keep things transparent in terms of billing (walking in with designer items doesn't encourage staff to jack up pricing like at other places), it didn't allow for customization or upgrades for my daughter's kids pedicure. She has no callouses or dead skin like us dried out adults but pre teens enjoy a little upgrade! I asked the front desk staff and after they looked into it, they confirmed that a kids pedicure has zero option to upgrade to a lavender, lemongrass, couture etc experience. Pumice stone and sugar scrub was all she could get in the kids pedicure. That was a bummer because she was visibly disappointed and I was not about to pay $65 for a lavender pedicure + $20 gel upgrade for an $85 gel pedicure for her little baby toes. I wouldn't even do that for me, and I have some mean callouses to work off. Complimentary cocktail was included (I got the cotton candy champagne, forgot the name) and you got to choose that beforehand which was cool, and they had a variety of alcohol and non-alcoholic choices. Just wish there was a bit more flexibility with options here. They have a points system and bday discounts which is nice for locals. The place was absolutely poppin, busier than I've ever seen at a normal regular nail place so clearly they're doing something right for their clientele! It just was disappointing because I know my regular nail place would customize whatever I needed for my girl.

He was such a light in my day, he always made me feel welcomed and with all his clients, he makes sincere connections! I had come in after a long day of moving and cleaning and he saw how exhausted I was and gave me a face mask before I left (LOL) Not only is Danny kind but the whole staff truly is as well, they are very organized and quick with accommodating appointments and walk-ins. They offer complementary drinks with service that range from alcoholic to non alcoholic, including sodas and water.

Once I got in a chair, though, I LOVED the chair massage-you could actually feel the massagers. And it was a good pedicure. They were apologetic about the wait, but I didn't mind! I'll be back. Oh! And they don't have you pick your color when you walk in, like most places. They brought the color strips to my chair. And I chose from that!

Went in for a gel mani and regular pedi. The gel only lasted 6-7 days before cracking, peeling, and flaking. I went in on day 9 (first day I had enough time to go to the salon) and told them my gel manicure from days previous was failing. They acted like I was brand new, asked if id been in before. Then proceeded to give me a new manicure at full price. Okay, I get it, more than a week. Not ideal, but, it happens. Again, they're so nice, I lost my attitude, went along wth the manicure, which was a 5/10. But after 5 hours, the gel on my thumbs BOTH FELL OFF! Like, is it bad product? Bad practice? I'm going back tomorrow to see if they'll "fix it", only because I'm out $100 in 10 days, and it's Christmas. I can't afford to come back weekly, and at this point daily, just for a decent manicure that lasts more than a day. I've paid similar or less for gel manicures that last 3-4 weeks. This is just bad.
