Aunt loved this place and recommended it all. Me and the mother got our own individual mod size pizza. I got the Caspian and she made her own concoction. Decent price, pretty good variety. Really nice and friendly people. The pizzas were SO good. Crust was really nice. Cool ambiance too. I recoend the Caspian and look forward to trying different classics. Regular customer. Tonight's experience was horrible! Ordered pizza for delivery through the app at 5:39pm. Pizzas were delivered an hour and 41 minutes later. Stone cold and they forgot half our order. On the app, I tracked/watched the driver pick up our order and drive to deliver another order 40 minutes out of the way (we're 5 minutes from the store). Called the store about the missing items, they agreed to send them out, and they arrived 40 minutes later. I bet I won't get an email request to provide feedback on this order. I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the manager on duty Josh, he was extremely rude to me and my family and yelled at me for wanting to put garlic on a pizza crust. He then threw away the crust in front of me and told me I wasn't allowed to get my pizza with garlic on the crust, I asked him where on the menu or in the store did it say I was not allowed to put that substitution on and he couldn't show me that but told me that that's what he's been taught and if I don't like it then I can't order my pizza. It's completely unacceptable I used to work at MOD Pizza and this is not how I was trained to treat people and I'm just wanted to let you guys know that it's a completely unacceptable that anyone's been spoken to or treated that way in public. I asked him several times to please show me anywhere in the store where it said I'm not allowed to add a substitution to my order or add garlic to my pizza crust. And every time he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know that's what I was told you're not allowed to put garlic on your pizza crust. This is disappointing because I like to come to MOD Pizza frequently and well... not anymore I will never eat at a mod pizza again or take friend or family by knowing that they will be treated that way by a manager. read more

I have a wheat allergy and because of this it is always hard to find places where I can eat without any cross contamination. Mod does a really good job of keeping its gluten free and normal pizzas separate and although the actual pizza is not amazing it's not any worse than other pizzas out there. Don't be shy about asking for "a little more, please," as some of the pizza makers are a little reserved with how much of a topping they add. The pizza crust is crisp & slightly smoky, the red sauce had just a touch of zest...the best pizza I've had in quite a while, and it's inexpensive, too!! The atmosphere was friendly, but it was busy, and you could see the pizza makers on the front lines were slightly stressed. Also, it was incredibly loud in there. One day I came in and I think it was the manager, Steven (im not sure if that's his name) just seemed like he was in such a bad mood. Well my favorite place has lost a star because the last 5 times (I repeat 5 times) different people all the time, we have asked for light bake, they have been burning them a lot so just asking to undercook a bit. This used to work but lately it's been an issue. We get it to-go a lot so if they burn one, i get homes I'm screwed or I'd have to make all of my pizzas over (usually 3-4) or the others would be cold. I'm not willing to be that asshole that makes them do this, nor do I wanna wait. When I say "I cannot stress enough PLEASE light bake" it's like pizza doe has been permanently stuck in their ears. I don't know what happened to all the old people that used to work there but these new ones don't even say hi when you walk through the door like they used to. My biggest problem is the light bake... They put someone else's pizza in our boxes. They called to inform us but we were already homeboy then. They said they had our pizzas waiting if we wanted to come back and grab them. We asked if they would make us new pizzas while we drove back to get them and they reluctantly said yes. When we got there they informed us that they instead just kept them warm and refused to make new ones but we didn't want to wait any longer. I am liking the development in this plaza. The newest place I've tried here is MOD Pizza and my first experience was at this location. I love how you can customize your own pizza and for those who are indecisive or overwhelmed by all the choices they have for toppings, there is also a large menu that you can refer to on the walls for staff faves and some popular combinations. They also have a choice of the typical marinara sauce AND the alfredo sauce. And ALL the toppings look fresh. And for those who need to eat on the lighter side, they offer the option of salad bowls, too! You can use any of the toppings (including meats, veggies/fruits, AND their wide assortment of cheeses) that they have available for their pizzas in your salad. We have tried several times to get a different experience at Mod Pizza in Four Corners, considering we live 8 min from this location. But to no avail. Last time the guy making the shakes and then going over to cut pizza with no gloves on, wiped his sweat with both hands around his whole face, including his nose, and then proceeded with out any hand washing or putting on of gloves to cut pizza and make shakes. Just gross. Cross contamination every where and food all over counter even when it is very slow. What concerns me is that no one seems to care enough, possibly because they feel they are always busy and are getting good yelp scores. My husband and I love Mod Pizza and it would be nice to be able to go to the one 8 minutes away rather than to have to drive to Issaquah Highlands just to feel our food is being handled safely. read more

Ok I have tried mod a few times. When they first opened they were fantastic. Since then we keep getting great looking pizzas... On top but the crust is burned. Almost every time the past ten times we had mod. Yes we a ton of pizza. Other than that they are great. Management has contacted me and says they will look into the burned crust issue!! I've never had anyone actually contact me and say "we hear you". That is pretty awesome. I'll be up at mod here soon to see if MV Mod has cleared up the burnt crust issue. Thanks mod! read more

Great pizza, great people, and great service! Nice and clean inside. Pretty popular, but there's a lot of seating. Not sure how busy it is at dinnertime, but we were always able to get a table at lunchtime. Great experience at our most recent visit. When we were paying, they said 3 Mods, but I mistakenly thought and said we had 1 Mini and 2 Mods. He looked confused, but gave me the benefit of the doubt. By the time I corrected myself and said 3 Mods, we had already paid about a second ago, but he just let it go and said it was alright. Super nice of him! read more

My first experience with MOD Pizza was in Redmond and it was disappointing. I left a review here on Yelp and was contacted by the MOD Management asking me to give them another chance. They sent me a $25 gift card. I went to this one because I was in the area. Let me tell you it was fantastic! The best Pizza I have tried so far! I ordered one of their signature pizzas and added some of my own stuff. My hubby created his own. We also ordered couple of salads and garlic bread sticks. Service was outstanding! Love coming to MOD. Been here too many times to count. Staff is friendly, ingredients are high quality, finished product is tasty. Price is excellent. The only thing I can complain about is that sometimes they over cook the pizza, so i have to ask for a light bake. They are also a little slow but I attribute that to them being new in maple valley.
