This place is awful and super shady i will drive across town from now on . They don't keep their available options up to date online and when i call to see if they have the crust upgrade and they tell me yes and i can pay the upgrade at pickup . I get in and the sign on the wall says pan crust upgrade is 1$ ( i thought it was 2$) and they proceeded to tell me it was 5 . They give me some bull about it not being on special but honestly i could care less . Its not hard to charge someone what the sign on the wall said . I feel sorry for their employees and highly recommend them finding somewhere else to work cause your manager/owners are going to get you screwed out of tips all the time with that behavior . This was my first time trying a Papa Murphy's "stuffed" pizza. You can order a pre-designed one online, customize it, and it comes out to $15. If you order a custom one from scratch, it's $19. The problem with ordering the stuffed online is that there's nowhere to specify which toppings go inside and which go on top. So I had to call in the order. When I picked it up, I explained the situation. The cashier said that they don't input it as a modified pre-designed one because the ticket gets too confusing, and that's why they were charging me $19. Proper customer service would have been to just give me a $4 discount. The pizza itself was mediocre. The crust tasted more like bread than pizza crust. The rest of it didn't taste like anything at all, not even the cheese. I don't think I've ever encountered such flavorless cheese in my life. The only good thing I can say for it is it *did* make the kitchen smell great. But I'll definitely be going to...literally anywhere else the next time I want pizza. read more

Did the cheese change? Did the crust get thinner? Something is amiss. I came in last Friday night.. ordered a family size three topping pizza. Got home and baked it just fine (learned to bake the pizza the last 5 mins on the rack for curstier crust). The cheese however, seemed super.... stringy? gooey in an overpowering way? Not melty enough? Whatever it was... I peeled it off. *Mental note - ask for less cheese or no cheese next time.* The staff however is really nice, they are very professional and it is a pretty quiet store for being so small. I am not one to frequent this place anymore just because I do not feel their pizza is good to reheat, but that is my personal opinion. Papa Murphy's is the Burger King of Pizza - have it your way. This particular Papa Murphys is very small - almost claustrophobic. You walk in, and there's these two HUGE bell things (they're silver and round) hanging on the door - like no one would know if you walked into this place. There's the obligatory counter (where they make pizza) and a refrigerator just inside the door. Period. That's it - except for the "guy fell through the floor" picture on the floor - cute. What this place does is makes pizza - period. They don't cook it, that's your job. They're not cheap, but also not expensive, so you can call up, order what you want (and if you've ordered from them before you kept the $2 off coupon, right?) and then go get it, bring it home, put it in the oven and cook it and ea it - fresh. And, in case you're wondering, yes the pizza is good. very good, in fact I prefer it to almost anything else. Apparently so do a lot of other people, because almost any time I go into a Papa Murphy's Pizza there are other people either ordering or waiting for their order. So, if you have a craving for pizza and want something of a high caliber than your frozen freezer section, I recommend this (or any of the myriad of other) Papa Murphy's. read more

Just got introduced to the garlic chicken and my is it good! Service is always on par and pizza is amazing! Never was a huge fan of take and bake because I didn't care for the idea until I tried this pizza. It's so good, flavorful, and even delicious the next day. This is by far the worst papa murphy I have been to. I called in my pizza, gave them my name and when i got there they said they sold my pizza. In addition when they remade it they rushed it and dropped it on the floor. Never go here people or you will regret it. read more

Went in yesterday ordered a papas perfect only it wasn't so perfect. I didn't want meat on my side so I asked that they substitute mushrooms for the Canadian bacon. When they go to hand me my pizza she repeats back my order which I confirm and I leave. It wasn't till I get home I realized they put Canadian bacon on instead of pineapple. Ugh... Seriously? So I call them and the manager says oh I remember your order and the only thing she will do is give me a discount on my next pizza or I can drive all the way back bring them the messed up pizza and they will give me a remade pizza. No compensation for my time or gas wasted on their mess up. I barely got an I'm sorry and that was only because I told them how pissed I was. Papa Murphys does a great job for a take an bake place. But you can't give them 5 stars when they don't bake the pizza. They tend to put a little to much sauce on the pizza. Thats not a problem if I remember to remind them to put a little less than usual but then sometimes I don't get enough. read more

Papa Murphy's makes the best pizza in town! I have no car, so I have to take my bike and trailer, but it's worth every mile to get these delicious pizzas. After a few tantalizing minutes in the oven, a delicious pizza awaits you. Heating directions are very clear, and they use real cheese, unlike lesser establishments. Staff is friendly and competent. Never a wrong order, and I can even call in the order and pick it up later. You won't be disappointed. Definitely recommend this business. read more
