First time about 7 months ago from the time I ordered to the time I got the pizza was about two hours. Second time, yesterday, I called at 445 and didn't get the pizza till 715 or so. I would have ordered from somewhere else if I would have known how long it was going to take but I decided to give them one more chance and honestly I'm not very surprised. They didn't even say sorry about the wait or offer any sort of discount to offset the wait time. I won't be ordering from here again and will not refer friends and family to eat here. I think they made a mistake and sent us 2 large, and it took a little over an hour to get it delivered. However it was hot when it got to us, so no harm no foul. The pizza was good. I really do not like posting bad reviews, especially when it is so hard for business' right now during COVID so I will start with this...... We have been ordering pizza and wings from here since they opened. They have always been polite and the pizza and wings were great. Something over the past year or so changed because now the pizza is just "ok". But the food quality is not why I am writing this review today...... Today I want to give them 2 stars but am giving them 3 stars because this review isn't because of their food quality, but in MY opinion, their lack of COVID concerns. We have ordered food to go from here, a couple times in the past few COVID months and the last time I came and picked up the food and notice that the cook prepping the pizzas as well as the owner (?) managing the register are only wearing masks over their mouths and leave their noses totally exposed. I have a huge issue with this. Their are no additional state mandates for restaurant workers but I have an 87 year old mother that lives with us with a compromised immune system and a 100 year old father in a nursing home and its very frustrating to come into a food establishment and see employees walking around my food with their noses uncovered when the CDC has stated from the very beginning that COVID CAN be transmitted through the mouth and nose (and eyes). I manage a warehouse and masks are required AND worn over the employees mouths AND noses from before they enter the building and they aren't to be removed until the leave the building for breaks, lunch and going home so it is possible to monitor and implement. Even during hot summer days in a hot and humid warehouse. I debated all the way home IF I should take the chance and what are the possibilities. Very frustrating. Sorry, but we will not return here until COVID is over. =( read more
