My husband and I had just been in a car accident on our way to the airport to go back home after our trip to Seattle, and all we wanted was some good pizza to take back to our hotel for dinner. It was getting late and most places were closed, and the fact that my husband is gluten free made finding options in the area a challenge. I assume it was the owner who took our order, and he couldn't have been kinder about a last minute request for a to go order. When I arrived to pick up our order and told him what a rough night we had been through, he was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed for the hotel to enjoy our meal, including paper plates, plasticware, and napkins, and he even tossed in a couple of free drinks. Was it the best pizza I've ever had in my life? No, it was just your basic but solidly good pizza -- but this business gets five stars for simply caring about its customers. read more

(They also deliver to places, but still, it's just so nice of him to bring you the pizza while you hang out with friends) The pizza is always good because it is pizza. Today was the third time I have ordered from this establishment. Their customer service has been great each time but today they went above and beyond. My day was not going so great and I could not step away from my computer because my week has been so busy. I had 2 choices for pizza places but decided on this location to continue my support of this establishment. I'm sad to be writing this review because the food here is good, but at least twice the staff has unilaterally decided that despite ordering and paying for a delivery order that suddenly "We don't deliver. You have to come get it." Um. No! That's not how delivery works! If I pay you to make food and pay you to deliver it you don't get to decide you don't want to deliver it anymore. We obviously contested the charges on our credit card and will not be ordering again. Which is a bummer because the other times the food actually made it to us it was pretty good. OK. I read the reviews, noticed a few screw ups and decided to take a chance. After explaining that meat lovers is basically only meat, I ordered a meat lovers with mushrooms and onions. It arrived in a timely manner (30 mins), but was strangely somewhat cold. It was also missing my requested mushrooms and onions, and tasted like some barbecue something or other. I called in only to go to voice mail. I will update if Yelp allows updates to reviews. Update: 22 mins later I have the pizza I desired, and it's not bad at all. As a kid I loved this placed. When my dad didn't wanna cook he would give me $10 and send me down the hill to pick up a pizza cause back then it was a large 1 topping for $5.99. Now it's $7.99 but the one thing remained the same, the taste and deliciousness is still there. read more

This pizza joint is close to my place so decided to give it a try. We called in our order and our food was ready in 15-20 minutes for pick-up. Decided on the combo supreme and cheese sticks. Food was good, but not spectacular. Person on the phone wasn't rude but I hung up unsure whether he got the right order. The menu is basic -- you won't find any Romio's or Paliacci style creations here, but it doesn't try to be that either. We love this pizza place. It's right near brew masters taproom so it's perfect for a quick pick up between beers.
