First of all, it is called pizza time!! It's a small local business owned by the nicest man who will literally bring the pizza to you if you're hanging out at the taproom next door. (They also deliver to places, but still, it's just so nice of him to bring you the pizza while you hang out with friends) The pizza is always good because it is pizza. I didn't really want to write this review since the owners appear to be very nice, and I want to support small businesses, but the pizza is a bit disappointing. I ordered the Combo; there weren't a lot of toppings, and they were not evenly distributed. The favors were also lacking and tasted very bland. I probably won't revisit. read more

Today was the third time I have ordered from this establishment. Their customer service has been great each time but today they went above and beyond. My day was not going so great and I could not step away from my computer because my week has been so busy. I had 2 choices for pizza places but decided on this location to continue my support of this establishment. I won't go through the details on what they did for me today, but their customer service has surpassed, what I think to be, the best customer service I have ever receive at any food establishment. I'm sad to be writing this review because the food here is good, but at least twice the staff has unilaterally decided that despite ordering and paying for a delivery order that suddenly "We don't deliver. You have to come get it." Um. No! That's not how delivery works! If I pay you to make food and pay you to deliver it you don't get to decide you don't want to deliver it anymore. We obviously contested the charges on our credit card and will not be ordering again. Which is a bummer because the other times the food actually made it to us it was pretty good. OK. I read the reviews, noticed a few screw ups and decided to take a chance. After explaining that meat lovers is basically only meat, I ordered a meat lovers with mushrooms and onions. It arrived in a timely manner (30 mins), but was strangely somewhat cold. It was also missing my requested mushrooms and onions, and tasted like some barbecue something or other. I called in only to go to voice mail. I will update if Yelp allows updates to reviews. Update: 22 mins later I have the pizza I desired, and it's not bad at all. This pizza joint is close to my place so decided to give it a try. We called in our order and our food was ready in 15-20 minutes for pick-up. Decided on the combo supreme and cheese sticks. Food was good, but not spectacular. Person on the phone wasn't rude but I hung up unsure whether he got the right order. As a kid I loved this placed. When my dad didn't wanna cook he would give me $10 and send me down the hill to pick up a pizza cause back then it was a large 1 topping for $5.99. Now it's $7.99 but the one thing remained the same, the taste and deliciousness is still there. read more

Very fast delivery hence the two stars! But every thing else was terrible. My pizza was brown I took a few bits and it was gross.and my cheeses bread were over done but I did eat around it. I didn't bother sending it back because I don't trust the remaking process. I was able to pick a few soft pieces off my cheesy bread but it was a waste of 30 dollars. It's my first time in Seattle I'm just passing through but I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was better off just Starving! They even listen to the special requests (which not all places do) I personally love a pizza with extra sauce and usually other pizza places ignore my request for extra sauce but not this place. Went with a 14" Combo Supreme since it sounded delicious and right up my alley ;) The staff was so friendly and acted like they actually cared, I received 2 calls when the delivery driver was confused finding our motel room, one from the driver and another from the restaurant after the pizza was already delivered. It looked so amazing when I opened the box, I decided to snap a picture before we devoured it. Great idea because we had half of the deliciousness gone in no time!
