This was the third place I stopped at, on a quest for late night food this evening. The employee wasn't very helpful, when I asked about their menu items. Something as basic as, "What are you guys known for?" Or, "what do you recommend?" Should be questions any employee can answer. I ordered the tandoori chicken pizza and Greek salad. I was going to stick with something safe, like the BBQ chicken pizza, but decided to try one of the Indian pizzas instead. It took about 20 minutes, I waited in the very well lit lobby. The area appeared very clean. My pizza was ready and handed to me fresh from their oven. I was so hungry I had a slice in the car. It was delicious! The crust was crispy and held up well when grabbed. I was worried the pizza would be greasy, but it was not. The pesto (i think) was evenly distributed and complimented the toppings well. Half of the medium pizza was enough to fill me, and I have a pretty healthy appetite. I was a little disappointed that the Greek salad came with ranch dressing. Placed an order online to have 2 pizzas delivered. 55 bucks after tax which nowadays is okay as long as the pizza is good. Get a call 20 minutes later, telling me I live 7.1 mi away and they only delivered to 6 mi away and that they have to refund me my money. I asked them "Is this refund going to Be immediate because it's the only money I had to feed my family tonight" they respond with " yes". 20 minutes later still waiting on the money to hit my account. My husband and I stayed at Hampton Inn SeaTac for a layover. We didn't feel like going out to eat so we searched for places that deliver. Most places used DoorDash which has a ridiculous delivery fee. The hotel had Pizza Palace menus at the lobby so we decided to give it a try. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and chicken alfredo. The person who was speaking to my older sister (you I'm assuming) understood she was referring to the veggie lover pizza but insisted that my sister refer to it as veggie lover (literally was like "say veggie lover! go look at our menu, you have to say veggie lover!" -- I kid you not). I wasn't being rude, sir. I've never had an issue like this at any other pizza place, nor have we faced it at your business place before. That POS racist owner deserves whatever comes his way. I'd be suprised if something doesn't happen to him or his store the way he talks to people. Me and my wife ordered an xl 2 topping pizza for carryout. Picked up the food and when we came home (did not think to take pics in advance unfortunately) our pizza was burnt. The cheese was black and so was the sauce that the cheese didn't cover. For those not aware this place can be pricy compared to other actually good mom and pop pizza places. Anyway call in to complain explain the situation that our pizza was burnt and we'd like to be credited. They told us we had to drive all the way back and deliver them the bad pizza and they'll have a new one ready for us. I ask how long will it take for the new one to be ready they told me 15 minutes. I drive back at this point irate and asked for the new pizza and gave them the old one. The owner (I'm assuming it's the owner, tall Indian or possibly middle eastern guy that speaks broken english) says he didn't even start a new pizza opens our box and just picks up a slice and says the crust is not burnt. I literally pointed to the fact that the very slice next to the one he grabbed was literally black. He then said he's just gonna refund me. I told him that's not what was said over the phone. He told me he doesn't care and it sounded like he whispered the n word with the hard r and I asked him wtf did you say. He then got flustered and said he's not gonna refund me and I told him actually you are at the very least gonna refund me. He then looked down the entire time refusing eye contact because I'm assuming he knew he messed up and fortunately I have a lot goin on this week so I can't afford to truly tell him off like he deserves but I'm sure someone will. Who talks to customers that way and then had audacity to try and tell me to sit down while he does mu refund. I let him know I'm not some child you either address me right or just get my refund and don't say anything my way. Pizza burnt, customer service trash, recommendation hell no unless you like burnt overpriced pizza with a side of rudeness then you found the right place. I used to love this place, but they've gotten consistently worse over the past two years. The pizza is great, Mediterranean style just the way I like it, and they have a variety of sides. Their late hours are perfect for midnight snacking, and they have a quality product above the conventional formula places like Pizza Hut or Dominoes. I'll say the problem straight out - the culture of the owners and employees isn't customer-friendly. They have no idea who it is who pays the rent and salary there, and lately they just don't seem to care at all. I like my pizza "done", as they say, which means pushed back in a bit to cook a little longer. I was a once or twice weekly regular there for three years, and they STILL got it wrong more than half the time, even if I stood there and watched them. Since the quarantine, they have decided walk-in customers aren't worth the dirt under their feet. They don't open at the advertised times, they're increasingly rude to customers, and they don't seem to be able to read the toppings list anymore. I often had to double-check my pizza, while still in the store, to insure it had what I ordered on it. Calling for delivery became a guaranteed way to not get what you paid for. Three times, I waited at the order counter, and they just looked at me like I was carrying a dead goat or something. Finally someone asked for my order. The third time this happened, I timed it: Three employees were talking amongst themselves for almost five minutes, occasionally glancing at me, while I stood there like a jackass. I finally walked out, and a delivery guy was leaving at the same time. He asked if anyone had taken my order, and I replied not to worry - if they were doing so good that they didn't need my money, I'd give it to pizza hut. I haven't been back since. read more

I have not yet been inside this location, but had it delivered instead. Their pizzas are very delicious and cheesy! Their prices are moderate, not too expensive. I believe in pizza being just as hot just like when its delivered from Pizza Hut or Dominoes. I understand that they have "pizza warmers" which keeps the temperature of the food from decreasing, but there should be a way to keep this good pizza from getting cold before it gets delivered. I live a couple of miles away and still run into getting cold pizza (the cheese gets harder the colder it gets). But when the pizza is fresh and hot, it is Ah-mazing! I have also tried their sausage and meat Lasagna. I am not a huge fan. The top layer is covered in mozzarella cheese and then its all pasta, sauce and some sausage pieces there after. I wish the sauce had more flavor and there was add'l cheese such as ricotta (mmm..) In conclusion, I believe the food here is satisfactory but has so much more potential. This pizza is awesome! Fresh ingredients and if you order online for pick up you can always find a great deal. The family who runs it is super friendly and always accommodating my half (adult) half (kid) requests. My favorite pizza is pepperoni, olives and artichokes. Side note, we have white quartz countertops and the very hot and purple box sometimes turns the quartz pink. I give it a fourth for being open until 2AM and for serving more than just pizza. They have solid calzones, fine wings, and some rather unimpressive pastas, but on a cold night... it's great to see!
