Bombay Garlic Chicken Pizza Twist is delicious!!!
    Dianne C.

Quality is superb! They were super kind and I will definitely be ordering from them from now on. Happy they offer samosas too! I appreciate they gave me ranch dressing with my pizza since other places charge for it. They were also very quick (30 min compared to almost an hour that Pizza Hut takes) Pizza was delicious, fresh and just what I needed for the late night craving :) give them a try! They have many options, so I'm excited to try a new one next time

Was on the way to the airport when I got a little hungry so I decided to stop by and get myself a bite. The place is clean, the staff are extremely friendly and the Tikka Masala pizza was really good!

Extremely gracious. I asked if they had tea because I had a sore throat and although it isn't on their menu they offered to make one for me.

I came across Stevie's Famous via social media and the people weren't lying that they have the BEST…read moresourdough crust pizza in town (maybe in all of WA). I literally made my boyfriend take me here twice in one week because of how mind-blowing good their pizza is! Stevie's sells whole 12" pizzas (made for 2-3 people) and pizza by the slice. They unfortunately don't do half and half pizzas, so you and you companion(s) have to be on the same page if your ordering a whole pizza. On my first visit, I ordered a slice of their classic PEPPERONI ($5.50) and made it a Normie (+$2). I'm not sure who Normie is, but Normie is an absolute genius for adding burrata and hot honey to pizza - a literal kiss from heaven. The burrata and hot honey combo adds lots of complex flavors to your slice - so you get the savory, the sweet, and the spicy in every bite - and complex textures with the crispy chewy crust and the soft and creamy burrata. The pepperoni was fantastic and the sourdough crust was fresh and out of this world! On my second visit, I got a slice of their MUSHROOM GORGONZOLA ($6) and you already know I had to make it a Normie (+$2). The mushrooms were nice and earthy and while this pizza didn't have tomato sauce, it had a nice olive oil base and was super delicious. They rotate their pizza slices daily, but always have your standard cheese and pepperoni. If you're getting a slice, they warm up the slice for you right after you order so the cheese gets super gooey and the crust gets super crunchy. I haven't gotten a whole pizza from them yet, but the make it fresh on the spot. Make sure to grab extra napkins cause the slices do get oily and therefore messy. Service is great and the people working there are super friendly. It takes them only about 5 minutes to warm up a slice of pizza and they always welcome you in and thank you for coming on your way out. In terms of atmosphere, they have limited indoor seating and a couple of outdoor tables. They have merch featuring their dog logo and a couple of arcade machines too. Parking is limited to street-parking only, but I didn't have any issues finding a spot a couple of blocks down. Overall: 5/5 for pizza, 5/5 for service, 4/5 for atmosphere.

The pizza, welcoming pizzeria atmosphere, and most importantly the customer service were all fantastic! Chad and his team yieled excellent service to everyone who walked in, and made every pie to order. The crust was crispy and flavorful, the cheese was sharp, sauces were bright and savory; a perfect slice. All three of my very pizza particular kiddos enjoyed every bite of their cheese slices. We will definitely return, and highly recommend!

This is busy when other competing pizza places on the sme street are empty. The staff is nice and attentive, and the kitchen works at a nonstop pace, keeping up with to-go and in-house orders. This is a funky old-style place with a bar in the back, and additional seating with video games and games for children. I love when a place is family friendly without having to say it. It conveys that, truly, all family types are welcome. Now, in the past, I have ordered the pizza and didn't leave it to my spouse's whim. Sometimes, extreme clarity is best. I asked for extra cheese, which translated into cheese with ricotta. Proletariat always makes thin - crust pizza that is perfect. Soft and yet with just enough crunch to make it some of the best pizza crust I have had. Although I did not enjoy this pizza as much as I have the others, it is not a reflection of Proletariat, but my spouse's ability to convey an order. Again, the pizza was as ordered, but not what my spouse was asked to order. I would have pizza from here nearly every day of the year, but I would need to start diabetes and high cholesterol medicine. Now, I have talked about my crazed love of Caesar salad. This salad is more olive oil-based and not creamy. It has a fresh, rich anchovy flavor, and I enjoy adding more anchovies to the salad. The croutons are just soft enough to really enjoy, but not so hard that you should take a pickaxe to them before eating them. These croutons are amazing, with a nice crunch. The salad comes with parmesan cheese shavings, and they are not stingy with the cheese as well. Oftentimes, restaurants and pizza joints will dole out the parmesan as if it were the last block of cheese on earth - not at Proletariat. This is one place I always look forward to having this Caesar salad. My spouse and I went with 2 friends, and they enjoyed their pizza as well. The volume in the place is not too loud as to be able to engage in your own conversation.

Something as basic as, "What are you guys known for?" Or, "what do you recommend?" Should be questions any employee can answer. I ordered the tandoori chicken pizza and Greek salad. I was going to stick with something safe, like the BBQ chicken pizza, but decided to try one of the Indian pizzas instead. It took about 20 minutes, I waited in the very well lit lobby. The area appeared very clean. My pizza was ready and handed to me fresh from their oven. I was so hungry I had a slice in the car. It was delicious! The crust was crispy and held up well when grabbed. I was worried the pizza would be greasy, but it was not. The pesto (i think) was evenly distributed and complimented the toppings well. Half of the medium pizza was enough to fill me, and I have a pretty healthy appetite. I was a little disappointed that the Greek salad came with ranch dressing. For a late night spot, I'd definitely recommend them for their pizza; I definitely want to try their other pizzas.

So much to say…read more First, I'm pregnant and this place was my choice for my "last meal" prior to being admitted to L&D to give birth. I've never been here, but something was calling me, and I'm so glad I answered. My doctor told me not to have sex during my pregnancy, but today I'm pretty sure I broke that rule, because every bite of the delicious meal I ordered felt intensely sexual. The ceasar is what started the animal noises coming from my mouth, and the Tagliolini Cacio e Pepe is what sealed the deal in me already planning my hospital escape. How am I supposed to stay "locked up" in L&D over the next few weeks knowing that this God-like food exists on the outside? I need it. I want more. I want to open the menu and say "yup" and ....I accept this rose. I'll marry you Piacere Trattoria. I thank you. Baby Aurelia thanks you. And I promise I won't tell my Dr what rules we broke today.

Granted, they ran out of pork belly right after serving me, but it was so dang good! My husband got the cheese wheel pasta and it was super fun to watch for everyone, plus the dish itself was delicious. The desserts were (mostly) good (see cons). Our waiter was very nice. Cons - it took A LONG TIME to order and for things to be brought out. In fact, I think over an hour went by without being able to order. During this time, they ran out of the pork belly, so I had to change my order. The risotto was just fine but both I and my mom (who tried my leftovers the next day) felt like the rice needed like a minute or two more. The one non-chocolate dessert was nobody's favorite and in fact, nobody wanted to eat it, which was sad, but it definitely was...an acquired taste for someone, somewhere. Over all, I'd like to return and actually get the dish I originally wanted, but I do recommend this restaurant.
