Family in Maple Valley order from this location and say they "like all the pizzas" offered here. Order by phone, app or online. Pick-up or delivery. I called in our pick-up order and the staff we intereacted with both on the phone and in person have all been lovely. They have a couple of dedicated spots in the shared parking area and a couple of benches i side if you need to wait for your order. Two liter bottled sodas are for sale in the cooler near the cashier. No eat-in space. Take away only. The crust is thin on the bottom with a nice crusty edge and a good 'chew'. Not too much. The pie is not exactly 'foldable' like a NY style, a little thicker than that. The sauce is a little sweet with a good amount of toppings. The veggies on my pizza were crisp. I ordered from them twice during our week visit to the area. Unfortunately I forgot to get photos of the pizza. Too busy eating it. read more

I walk the trail behind the pizzeria almost daily, and on certain days I get a pleasing aroma wafting my way of pizza dough and meats, and often wonder if the place is good or not. I decided to do a search around me for some pizza joints, and this one popped with some decent reviews. Figured why not. It's just down the road a few miles, so here I am. As soon as I entered, I kept hearing a vaguely familiar voice... but no way... can't be... couldn't be... and then a face emerges from the back room to the counter and I was right. It was NOT Donald Trump. But man o man it was a spot on impersonation and quite comical too. It was complete with Trump's view of Covid as a weight loss program- it was comedy gold. Ya gotta have fun and laughs, know when not to take things too seriously. Ah yes... back to the pizzas. I ordered two pies, one with a meat medley and the other like a Hawaiian style topped with pineapples (yes...pineapples taste great on pizza)! Both scrumptious with every bite. I got regular crust, where I normally ask for a thin crust at other places, but needed a true test. I also got an order of wings. Took them home and enjoyed them down to the last bite (over a couple/few days-sheesh peoples-I ain't that bad!). All in all, a great experience and a place I would definitely come back to. It's kinda like a little hidden gem in the Maple Valley area. As always, Enjoy & Happy Eating! read more

Ordered a delivery order from Frankies' , got zero communication from them for over an hour. No food was delivered. And then after cancelling my order I received an angry phone call from the restaurant asking why I was cancelling the order after it was delivered seemingly angry and acting like I was trying to defraud them. Food was good. Absolutely awful service. read more

So far the best pizza I have had round here. Nicely done Frankie! Being a former pizza maker I could tell by walking in the pizza cook knew what she was doing. No inside seating, and for a walk up, it was great. Easy to order online. For those of you who like old-school style pizza, stable an non-trendy, this will be your go-to. If they had the old pitcher beer and pizza vibe option, I would live here. read more

Received a delivery order last night, the Frankie's special and hot wings, and it was a significant improvement from the last time I had the same meal over a year ago. The pizza seemed more 'solid', whatever that means to you, but it wasn't limp when you pull out a slice. The cheese was noticeable and tasty when you chewed it. The crust wasn't sloppy, but just thick enough to manage all the toppings without falling apart. The hot wings were much better than last time. There was actual meat on the bones and the light amount of hot sauce was nice, because they provide a small side cup of both hot sauce and ranch dressing. Which was perfect if you want to dip in one or both of them. It's been a while since I last order from Frankie's because of these things being an issue, but now Frankie's has my attention as to why I used to brag about them all the time when I moved to this area. I will definitely be bragging about them again. Thanks to Frankie's for returning to more quality than quantity. Cheers! read more

This place is sitting at 4 stars, and I concur. I was a bit nervous. I first saw the North Bend location close to 20 years ago, ironically on my way to The Pizza Place which no longer exists. Being a near senior man, I've seen a lot of pizza places go in my time and even a place like Pizza Hut that still exists, tastes nothing like it did when I was young. The reviews here had me concerned, some don't like the sauce, other claim they skimp on toppings and most say it's over priced. Personally, I loved the sauce. My pizza wasn't covered in toppings, but I could assume there was a time when they were more hearty and the crust was pretty tasty. It did have a slightly sweet taste I didn't like, but all together I would give the Pizza and A. The service was also super friendly, again worthy of an A. My issue was the price. My two go to places for pizza if you want a life changing pie are Flying Pie in Issaquah and Pizza Gallery in Burien. Both give you better pizza and more of it for the same price. A small pizza at Flying Pie is about $20, but here is the kicker. It's 4 slices and I challenge you to eat more than 2 slices without feeling like your gut will explode. Pizza Gallery has a Medium Pizza for the same price called The 5 Pound Masterpiece and if that name doesn't make you curious, I suggest you get a couple friends and try it. Hands down the best non gourmet pizza around. Yes, I would consider coming back to Frankies , but only with a good promotion. A's across the board except for price and value. No one should starve, but I think restaurants have been making far more profits since recovering from covid. Then again, a friend of mine bought a house in Maple Valley in about 95 for 200k. I doubt you could hardly put that much down on a house in the area these days and make a dent. read more

Try this place for the first time this afternoon, and I was not disappointed. Tucktaway in a small strip mall off of Maple Valley Highway in Maple Valley. This place was very convenient to where I live. I ordered the 16 inch Frankie special. It was it was nicely layered with toppings and bake to perfection. I like a thin crust, and this seem to be perfect for this pizza. I don't like too much dough as it tends to make the pie feel chewy. This will now be a local favorite and I look forward to my next time. Highly recommend it! read more

Drove all the way there only to find out they've changed the hours. They don't open till 3 pm on weekdays what a waste of time

It's okay. Not as good as it used to be? We've been digging pizza hut a bit more than Frankies lately. A bit expensive and doesn't usually have coupons.. Their specialty pizzas are usually good. Service is always good and fast. read more

This is our go to spot for pizza in Maple Valley. Great balance of toppings to Sauce and good amount of cheese. We do often Ask For a little extra cook time, because otherwise I find it a little soggy by the time we get it home and out of the box. Good staff- friendly when you order and pick up. Also have decent specials and can order online. It's a little speedier than some of The others, but worth it! read more

Aaaah, Frankie's! We have loved you for so many years. We have tried all the other pizzas around (Farrelies, Saharah, Pizza Hut, Dominoes, etc) but you come out ahead every time. You are on the expensive end of spectrum, but here's why we keep coming back (especially for birthdays): The chewy crust full of flavor, like a great artisan bread... The tomato sauce that's not too sweet and has the best blend if flavors... Great cheese generously heaped on (and I'm a cheese connoisseur)... Great quality toppings in generous proportions No place to dine in, so carry out only. Winners: Meat Si (hold the ground beef) is OUTSTANDING! The cheese pizza is a cheese lovers dream. The veggie is SO satisfying! read more

This pizza is our most favorite. My husband likes their chicken wings the most. We ordered online multiple times and delivery was always fast( I mean 5 min). Couldn't be happier with their service and couldn't ask for more! Totally recommended! read more

We ordered half&half pizza. Cheese side was pretty boring. I felt like Costco s cheese pizza is way better than this. The Hawaiian side was OK. We ate it but nothing was special. i thought it's overpriced for an average pizza. read more

The pizza is great, price is good service is fast but the maple valley store has no dine in, to go only.

We are a family of picky pizza eaters, including one vegan. Frankie's impressed us. Delicious crust, great assortment of toppings, able to accommodate the carnivores, vegetarians, and even our vegan. Very friendly. Highly recommend! read more

They have gluten free dough. And my husband loved it! We have tried many gf doughs. This one does a decent job.

It's been a long time since I have stopped eating pizza part of the way in and thrown it away, but that's where Frankie's landed. Premium pricing for a pizza, I was expecting more. They bury toppings under an overly heavy handed slab of mozzarella that tastes like low quality, pre shredded cheese you buy at the grocery store. Toppings tasted off and lacking in freshness and the pizza overall was between mushy and soggy. Chicken wings were rubbery and exceptionally disgusting. Any other pizza spot in MV is an improvement over what we got from this place. read more

It is incredibly hard to find a good gf pizza. Frankie's definitely made the cut. The pizza was perfect, the delivery faster then promised and the delivery driver was extremely courteous. Couldn't ask for more!! read more

Frankie's Pizza - a whole pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Maple Valley, Washington

Apparently Frankie's has its very own slang dictionary. Any minute means 10 to 15 minutes late! Paying more money for items on your pizza that they don't include is also now another sassy slang word for tip. So excited that I figured this all out after I already paid for everything. Great strategy, Frankie's. read more

Frankie's Pizza is awesome!!! Great tasting food, they're super friendly and give excellent service! I wanted to surprise my family with pizza and found Frankie's on yelp. Ordering was easy on the phone, and they were able to deliver my order and leave it on the porch like I asked. My fam said it was delicious and will put Frankie's on their speed dial! Wish we had this kind of service in California! Thanks, you guys rock! read more

Frankie's Pizza - My sister's text, they love Frankie's - Pizza Near Me - Maple Valley, Washington

I didn't care for the red sauce. It had an odd aftertaste. I hated to waste the pizza but in the trash it went :(

Really great pizza!!! But don't get the wings as you will be very disappointed to pay $6.99+tax for only 4 little wings. Recommend Papa John's wings instead, more for you money and more variety. read more

Family favorite is the Lemmon Pepper Chicken. Frankie's is a top end pizza chain with great crust and really gifs flavors. The test is worthy of the cost any day. read more

Absolutely horrible service. After waiting for almost an hour for our pizza, we were delivered the wrong pizza. By the time I noticed the delivery driver had driven off. I called Frankie's and after being treated very rudely by the girl who answered the phone. She then continued to hang up on me, telling me she was putting me on hold, twice, and then told me there was nothing she could do. I highly recommended you avoid this business at all costs, then do not know how to treat customers or even get you the right pizza. Did not know a pizza place could be so disappointing. read more

Had high hopes. Honestly I thought this place was going to be great because of the reviews and reputation. We were excited to get out half and half Meat Si and Veggie pizza. The meat was good, the veggies were fine. But the crust wasn't cooked all the way and the cheese was barely melted. We tried reheating it up in the oven but it didn't really help. The crust tasted like they didn't salt the dough and the sauce tasted like tomato paste. I have had better pizza out of the freezer section. This definitely wasn't worth $20. And I'm so disappointed. read more

Pizza is scrumptious! Ordered delivery and it arrived much quicker than other local pizza chains, which means it was fresher and still hot. Kids loved the breadsticks way more than other similar pizza places. Salads are good and fresh. This is now our go to pizza place above others in area we used to order from. read more

I get a take out pizza sometime. The pizza is always on time and done correctly. The people are nice and it looks like they higher local high school kids. This is good and bad. Good because that is the right thing to do. Bad because turnover seems to be high at the front end. The pizza is good, much better than the big chains. In my opinion better pizza is out there. But. This does the job very well. Lastly, I like the online ordering and that they know who you are when you call in by your phone number. They need an app to make ordering easier. read more

Doesn't look like much, just a hole in the wall pizza joint, but let me tell ya, this pizza pleased the whole house! Which is an amazing feat. We got the pepperoni pizza, the pesto chicken pizza, and cheese bread sticks. Would order from them again. read more

I got Frankie's pizza for my son's birthday and they were super easy to work with, the pizza was very good, hot and fresh and was a big hit with a bunch of six-year-olds. The only downside to Frankies is in comparison to the other 8-9 pizza places within the Maplevalley area they tend to be a bit more expensive but the flavor and combinations are worth it. I don't remember the lovely gentleman who helped me order a bunch of pizzas for my sons party but he even looked to get me a better deal than what I had ordered to save me a few dollars due to the size of my pizza order. He didn't have to do that and I wouldn't have been any wiser but the fact that he did shows the values that they teach to their employees. read more

We tried this place for the first time last night after hearing from others how good it is. Got it home opened the boxes, both pizzas were beautiful. Unfortunately I picked up one slice and half of my toppings slid off, both pizzas were very soggy , mostly in the middle, but we had one that the outer crust was doughy and undercooked. It was a little pricey which I don't mind, but too much for soggy and undercooked. We will maybe try again. One reviewer says she asks for a little more cooking time because she had the same issue. The fully cooked parts were good. read more
