Service was very easy. I ordered online and they told me when it would be ready. I got there a couple of minutes early and they had me boxed up and ready to go very quickly. The store was clean and the workers, friendly and efficient. The pizza was incredible. Loved the crunch and yet soft texture of the crust. This location is stunningly amazing! Not only was the pizza made with the care and understanding of what a pizza lover wants, but the customer service is top notch! There was a mistake with our wings, my girlfriend doesn't do bone in or spicy, and that is what I ordered for myself. The flavors we ordered were flipped, when I called the woman I talked to was not only empathetic to the situation, but made it right by sending a new set of wings quickly, on a much busier than usual night. The customer service and management of this Papa Johns is terrible. On Friday we ordered pizza with 4 hours notice. When we went to pick it up, they had given our order to someone else. We understand mistakes like these can happen. We came back in 20 mins to pick it up. We called today, Halloween, at noon. I asked to order two pizzas and asked one to be comped given the issue on Friday. The manager agreed and said they working be ready at 5 like we requested. I showed up at 5:10 and they had no record of my order. The ladies at the front refused to do anything other than say "you have to talk to the manager," but per the ladies at the front, the manager was in the back on the phone taking orders. I'll be very frank, any pizza that can deliver using an app on my phone gets great ratings! When I first downloaded the app, I was excited! Delivery has just gotten easier and it was refreshing to find the app was completely straight forward and quick to adjust for customizations! What baffled me was how at check out, you could then track your delivery! The one concern I have is if you plan to order on a game day; DONT! They will be swamped and I feel terrible for the staff! The pizza is always hot, the ingredients don't seem cheapened, and honestly out of the brands in Maple Valley, I love the crust!!! Always ask for extra peppers, and that yummy garlic dipping sauce! I won't lie, even with their prices, the deals are totally worth it!!! If you're determined to avoid a wait, pick it up and be polite! Went to this location a couple weeks ago after we moved into our new house close by. We have gotten Papa John's in other places we've lived and usually consider it an ok pizza. Ordered a vegetarian and a pepperoni. We had a long day of unpacking and were just glad to have something to eat without having to cook. The vegetarian was good but the pepperoni was NOT. Took one bite and knew something was off. My husband thought I was being weird about it so he said he would eat it. He experienced the same thing. One bite and that was it! I think the pepperoni had gone bad! It really was terrible. Luckily my son was happy eating the vegetarian. We were so tired and it was late so we ended up just throwing the pepperoni one away instead of bothering complaining about it. What a waste of money though! The pizza is alright. It's a thick, sweet crust, but the pizza is made the way it's supposed to be and the delivery times are usually very good. Busy nights on the weekend seem to put them back quite a bit. Weird, since this is the concept behind the company. The store is clean for the most part, if there are no customers. The music is ridiculous. The employees just play whatever music they want at an obnoxious volume. There is no censor or anyone in the store that cares that this is supposed to be a family establishment. The employees are rude and impatient. Papa John's is a solid pizza chain. This location is no exception. The food is consistently delicious. Since first introduced to Papa John's I have been a fan because they have consistently good doe and they give you 2 perks! 1) garlic butter sauce & 2) peppers. Really this pizza is above average even though it doesnt cost that much, its those two little "perks" that make it great for me and those who share it with me. My favorite pizza from them, bar none, is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. I love their Cheese bread as well. Im sure the cheese bread adds 5 lbs every time I eat it, but it is worth the money. My dad went to pick up our order and returned to the house extremely irritated. When he entered the store, the girl behind the register just stood there and looked at him for about 20 seconds and walked away. A few minutes later a guy came forward and asked if he could help. When my dad told them the name on the order he was picking up, there was a lot of confusion about what was included in the order and what the price was. It seems like any time someone in my family orders from them, they have no idea what they're doing. I've also found that there's been a real decline in the quality of the food over the years. We were at a local bar that allows food to be delivered. We placed on order on my Papa John's app. After almost an hour I called to check the status. I was told it was in the car for delivery. 15 minutes later it still had not arrived. I called and again was told it was in the car. After all this, we finally received barely warm pizza. Fast and Consistent. It's not the greatest pizza in the world, but pretty decent. I like a little thinner crust and a kittle more cheese on my pizza, but different people have different likes and dislikes when it comes to pizza. Sitting at home with the flu, it only made sense to have a pizza delivered for my family since I couldn't cook. I placed the order from my phone entered in my debit card information and hit submit. I then received an email stating that my order had been placed. Thought I was all done. The pizza delivery guy showed up, he was very nice, and he told me that the order stated I had requested a cash, which I had not. I told him that I didn't have cash, but that I could get him a check or call the store. He called the store to see what he should do and I went ahead and called them to make the payment.
