Cheeseburger, wings , chicken sandwich

10/10 food, I came looking for car parts and I ended dining here at BBB the food is pretty darn good I would definitely come back. The place is a very aesthetic and amazing service.

Located where the old Lumber house was. They changed up the decor and food options. Beer is pretty good and the staff are nice. Chicken tenders were juicy and had a slight brine pickle flavor like the menu said, and they weren't overpowering, just right. Fries crispy and delicious. Burger was your average burger, nothing special. Could use more seasoning. I'd go back for the beer and fries and chicken tenders for sure!

Buffalo chicken salad

Great bar food. I had the bacon blue cheese burger it was delicious came with fries. 1/3 lb burger very filling. My wife had the buffalo chicken salad. I have heard the wings are very good. Will be coming back. It's nice to have KID friendly options at a brew pub out here great service.

The food? **Legendary.** A burger so impossibly juicy it deserves its own Netflix documentary. Fries that crunch with a level of precision that suggests **some sort of alchemical wizardry is at play**. It's not a huge place but they have plenty of seating and comfortable brewery ambiance. Food and beer is ordered at the bar and they bring the food to wherever you're sitting. We were on a bit of time crunch and just grabbed seats at the bar. Since it was an in between meal period, they weren't super busy which was perfect. We both ordered the burger special which was a bacon bleu burger which comes with waffle fries. The waffles fries are fantastic, and an underrated fry choice, IMO. They were hot and crispy. Burgers were loaded but the knock on them was that they were over cooked for both my wife and I, while also being small compared to the bun. Overall, the flavor was still good and along with good beers (we got the Kolsch & Pale Ale) it was a 4 star experience. When we were getting ready to leave, a guy at the end of the bar received his pretzel order and it looked delicious. Will definitely come back and try that next time!

I sauntered in like a champion heifer entering the show ring, only to find the bar manager evaluating tap lines with the same precision as a certified livestock judge at the World Dairy Expo. The draft list is organized by breed characteristics - I mean, beer styles - with scoring cards that would make the American Dairy Science Association blush. The head bartender, a former 4-H Grand Champion (dairy cattle division), approaches each pour with the same dedication she once showed while preparing her prize-winning Jersey for the Supreme Champion competition. She inspects each glass with the thoroughness of a udder examination at the World Beef Expo. Their flight paddle, "The Grand Champion," arrives presented on a bed of cedar shavings (food-grade, obviously) that would make any show barn proud. Each beer is scored on a point system suspiciously similar to the Holstein Association USA's Linear Classification Program - with categories like "Body Depth" and "Dairy Form" replaced with "Head Retention" and "Hop Expression." The beer garden has been sectioned off like a livestock pavilion, with different areas designated for various beer styles. I witnessed a heated debate about proper beer classification that rivaled the intensity of the Brown Swiss Canton Show's judge's deliberation. A grizzled regular, known only as "The Cattle Whisperer," holds court at the corner table, evaluating each patron's beer selection like he's judging dairy cow confirmation. "Nice topline on that IPA," he'll mutter while taking detailed notes in what appears to be an official American Angus Association scorecard. Monthly "Show & Tell" competitions require customers to present their beers with the same poise and professionalism as a youth showmanship class. Points are deducted for improper hand position on the glass and failure to maintain eye contact with the judge. Five stars? Please. This place earns the Supreme Champion banner and Best of Show rosette! P.S. If you hear someone shout "SWITCH LEADS!" they're not talking about show ring directions - it's actually the signal for a tap rotation. The staff performs the change with the coordinated precision of a champion dairy fitting team. P.P.S. The bathroom keys are attached to show halters, and you must demonstrate proper showmanship techniques to be deemed worthy. The bouncer is a certified livestock judge, and he's not impressed by your amateur handling skills. P.P.P.S. Legend says that on competition nights, the ghost of a legendary dairy cattle judge appears to evaluate the beer selection. Flights have been found mysteriously rearranged in perfect showmanship formation. P.P.P.P.S. Their specialty cask ale program has won more ribbons than a champion Guernsey at the World Dairy Expo, and they display them with the same pride as a multi-generational dairy farm's trophy case.

The Five Forks food truck deserves a high five, it was great. We were there with 8 of us to celebrate a birthday. The lack of beer variety isn't even the issue as much as NOT ALLOWING FLIGHTS! OMG, YOU'RE A SMALL BREWERY! WHO DOESN'T OFFER FLIGHTS??? I get it, investment in glasses and a little more maintenance BUT YOU'RE A SMALL BREWERY! As a business and finance person, the flights give you maximum margin on your product AND serve as a marketing tool for exposing consumers to your various products. It's actually a negative NOT to have them. Instead, we had to order multiple full glasses and shared the backwash (sarcasm but it was family). Actually you would have more money because we would have all ordered flights and then likely ordered larger of the ones we liked instead of finishing off the stuff that was meh. The beer itself was fine. There was one IPA that had some unique qualities but overall as a whole, they were just ok. Another downfall was that they sell themselves as family friendly, but had a single root beer as the only non-alcohol offering. How about just having some canned soda for the kids? I had inquired in advance about ciders for gluten free options for our celiac and they said "we have ciders" which turned out to be a single cider so that was disappointing as well. The place does have some potential, but untapped at this point.

He'll ask you what you normally drink, give you some samples, and hook you up with the right beer. I tried to give him a card and he just said "just let me know how many you've had before you leave, I trust you!". You really feel like you're at some sort of family get together. Oh, and the views of Rainier from the patio are stellar! Unlike almost all other breweries in the PacNW, this one is not stocked chock full of insufferable, apathetic, hipster and post-hipster types. The crowd here is largely blue collar: truckers and farmers, Carhart and coveralls, construction workers and men-at-work signs. Which, again, is refreshing for a brewery. Beer is for everyone, not just beardos at coffeeshops with macbook pros that "work in tech". My only qualm is that I feel like the beer is just OK. It wasn't bad or anything, but it also didn't blow me away. Most of the beers were a little too much on the sweet and malty side (even the IPA) for what I usually like to drink. (which is stuff that is really pale, dry, and bright) The irony of my sounding like one of those disaffected beer bro stereotypes I just criticized earlier in the review is not lost on me though so...take what I say with a grain of malted grain.

Once you've seen it it not hard to miss, as it's the only shop with all the doors wide open and a good sized covered patio area. Walking through the entrance, the decor stands out right away, growler jugs, hanging from the ceiling from breweries from all over the country, along with a lot of cool animal wood sculptures and memorabilia for honoring Veterans and history. I believe the bar tender was also the owner or one of them? Very friendly and helpful with the selections. Taking time to answer questions, even on a surprisingly busy Thursday afternoon. Lots of seating throughout the inside and on the patio area. They specialize in unfiltered brews, which I like, as it gives a full flavor to most beers you may not get, if they're over filtered, another one of those balancing acts that those workers of brewing magic deal with. I started off with a Amber lager, full tasting with the crispness of a lager, a flavorful change from the usual amber ales. The place had a cool old dudes vibes due to all the memorabilia and the old van in the shop, but definitely wasn't just an old dudes place, as a few of the younger crowd was enjoying a brew while working remote. Plan on a return trip on a weekend to check out the weekend vibe, try the food truck, and more of their tasty unfiltered beers. I also tried their Red Ale, which was also robustly flavored and went down smoothly. Gotta love those reds! A fun stop while passing through or coming back from some of the beautiful hikes in the area. Definitely have their own style and niche well done. Happy Yelping and Cheers!
