I enjoyed the sandwich here! I wish they listed their toppings or what bread they have on the menu though. (Unless I missed it but it wasn't there when I was looking for a few minutes) It does feel a bit awkward because we came during a busier time and so I was standing by the glass for a bit while waiting for them to ask what to have in my sandwich. My husband placed an order in store for pick up. He asked for a soft bread, but the bread that he received was still hard. I was going to place an order through DoorDash, for another sandwich, because despite the bread, it was pretty good and I wanted a sandwich for my dinner. I called because they were modifications that aren't listed on DoorDash. The same girl that made the sandwich for him answered, "hello", visibly annoyed instead of stating that it was Jersey Mike's, which I thought was quite Unprofessional. After I said hello and asked if it was Jersey Mike's to clarify, she refused to answer, and there was just noise in the background. I finally hung up after saying hello multiple times. I tried to call back and I was blocked. My husband did say that she was slightly rude when he placed his order. This is unfortunate as we give you guys a lot of of business and I was prepared to do so tonight as well. I don't know who this girl is but she needs to be spoken to. I'm sorry if she's ready to get out and head home, but I called well before nine. Customer service is supposed to be provided throughout the full day. Maybe she needs to be retrained and trained on providing good customer service, including answering the phone. Jersey Mike's excels at delicious Philly cheesesteaks. Deceptively filling, packed with beef, with the perfect amount of cheese I brighten when I simply think of their food. Oh so delicious! Their bread accompanies the star performers never drowning the inside deliciousness but instead holding everything together. I didn't experience what others have pointed out. One lady made my sub, another lady grabbed my drink, and a gentleman completed my transaction at the register. There was no cross contamination the day I went. Everything was delicious, the quality was what I expect at a Jersey Mike's. I also went on a day where it was apparently slow. I tried to order with the doordash promotion. I waited until 5 and now it says they are closed during those hours. Their sandwiches have always been subpar, not a lot of veggies and soaked in vinegar. I won't be ordering from here anymore. The staff does not change gloves between customers or the cash register. Cash register then makes sandwiches. Not cool!!! Due to Covid I expect better hygiene. Even when you're busy! People will wait. You shouldn't worry about freaky fast! It's not Plus I frequent Jersey Mikes and for some reason this location does not have the quality as other locations. Again today my hot chicken #16 was lacking. The roll was broken and falling apart. The meat was not chopped well and several pieces stuck into clumps. Up to 2" at roll ends had no filling. Disappointing since they were not busy and there was three employees. Actually my cold sandwiches was done in the bag and passed to me. At least five minutes before the hot one was started. I went there the other day after work, got my usual but then I started to hear this one employee treated this little girl who looks like a young highschool girl being treated unfairly and was being very inappropriate towards her. As someone who works in the restaurant industry this is not ok. If you can't work and not make things personal between then you should not working. This upsets me because this shows how some people in the restaurant industry are very immature, also upsets me because this girl is so young and seems so sweet and does not deserve be how employers treat like that, do better!!!!!!! read more

Ingredients are pretty good, the staff was nice and made it a good experience. As for the set up I just don't love how Jersey mikes doesn't give you all the menu options. For example they don't list all the sauces or ingredients. The prices are a little much but overall a decent place to get a sandwich. Still prefer Jimmy John's overall but Jersey mikes is a better option for hot sandwiches vs cold cuts. read more

I don't get why people like this place so much. I've tried a couple times over the years, including this last week - but the sandwiches were still horrible. Stale bread, cheap processed cheese and meat....I ate a few bikes and just thee it away it was so awful. And it was so flat it looked like someone sat on it before giving it to me. We were treated with disrespect and incompetence by the staff that led to them issuing a BS refund by way of a fraudulent gift card. Jersey Mikes makes it next to impossible to seek help from the parent company when an individual store screws the pooch. #8 Sub In A Tub with Chipotle Mayo, nice option for those who are on the Keto diet. A lot of people don't know about the chipotle mayo, so I'm spilling my secrets so you can add a little taste of OMG to your lunch or dinner. They also offer a spinach wrap, which is also good. My daughter and I recently started getting the relish that they have on ours and it's a little sweet, a little spicy (but not too much, because I'm a wimp and wouldn't be able to handle it, Lol) and a whole lotta yummm! If you haven't tried one of these, you should definitely do that, the next time you are at a Jersey Mike's. Another nice thing about Jersey Mike's, and is consistent whichever Jersey Mike's you go to. It's that you will ALWAYS have fresh meat and cheese, and whatever toppings you get with your meal, sandwich or wrap. All of the other sandwich places could really care less if they give you wilted lettuce or bread that is pretty hard to choke down. So my family and I do not go to any of the other sandwich places. I used to love this place, but was really disappointed the last time we ate here. The sandwiches were very bland and tasteless, and we had gotten the original sub with "Mike's Way" toppings and seasonings. The bread was tough also, with the ends being kind of hard. This place hits the spot for sub sandwiches. Whether hot or cold, you can't wrong. For a hot one, I recommend the #43, it's a chipotle cheesesteak. For a cold one, the #9, the club supreme. On any of the sandwiches I order, I always get their signature relish. Super delicious. This location has a great staff who are friendly, professional, and courteous. Phone complaints and bad customer service complaints aside, Jersey Mike's has the best subs hands down bar none! (Subway, Quiznos, Pot Bell, Jimmy John's etc..) I too called this place and the phone rang for a bit but they did answer. Once I went in I saw that the two ladies in there were working their tails off making some amazing sandwiches. They don't have their meats pre-cut(part of the reason they're busy) for they cut it upon ordering and I can appreciate that. Subs aren't toasted, but they were amazing as is. Price is comparable to Pot Belly or other high end subs. Once you go JM, you'll never go back. read more

Bread was on the chewy side and the juice from the meat not only soaked up my sandwich like a sponge but left a puddle on my foil. It's on the expensive side for these types of sandwiches especially compared to other sandwich shops. I tend to have excellent service at this location every time I come here. I typically order a #13 regular on rosemary parmesan bread, and order it Mike's way! They always seem to get the perfect amount of meat to bread ratio and they are fast and friendly. Much better than some of the other Jersey Mike's locations I have been to. My first ever Jersey Mike's sandwich! Tried the #13 (original Italian), of course. And it was good. I didn't add any mayonnaise, but the tomatoes made up for the (little) dryness from the bread. Employees were great and gave awesome service. One thing though, the music in the store was a little loud and couldn't hear what they were saying. Although, Some reviews said that its better than Subway, but not as good as Jimmy Johns or Potbelly, which I would agree; but also has a long way to go since it recently opened. I never leave reviews for anything, good or bad, especially not for a "fast food" joint. However, my experience at this particular Jersey Mike's has been so positive, I felt compelled to help them out. First off, I've read the few bad reviews left by disgruntled customers and all I can say is just ignore them. Not sure why some people have had trouble reaching them by phone, but my guess is that perhaps they were too busy making delicious sandwiches. Anyway, it's a sub shop, why are you calling? They don't take reservations, lol. Just get off you butt and go there like in person. Need to order in advance? Great, do it online. The staff is polite, friendly and accommodating. Never rude or surly. All around nice people. Most importantly, their sandwiches are the bomb. So much better then Subway and other sub shops. However, this particular Jersey Mike's is even better than other locations I've been to. They all use the same ingredients and make the same sandwiches, but the subs from this place are better somehow. I think it's because they're more generous with how much they put on the sandwiches then other locations. I found my new favorite quick sub shop. I finally got myself into a Jersey Mike's and this one is awesome. The service was fast, friendly and helpful. I know they're an east coast chain but my biggest delight is the fact they also carry a small variety of Tastykake goodies! What a fantastic job treat to go with their tasty sandwiches. I like that they can be customized or just "the Mike way" without the Subway mentality of a long line of assorted fillings. Simple and filling, that's how I like my sandwiches! They slice the meat and cheese right there for each sandwich, you taste the meat so much better than with the slices at other shops. All around enjoyable experience! read more
