I used to go to this particular location of Five Guys with my friend group very frequently on Fridays, so I was pretty excited to come back here for this review. We wanted to dine in on a Thursday night after a movie at the Regal but unfortunately got here 15 minutes before their closing time at 10pm so we had to get our food for takeout. That being said, there were some people ahead and behind us lining up to order, so there were still people like us wanting to eat around that time. It is very bright in here for both the dining area and the kitchen, and there are tables for mostly groups of 2-4 people. Once you place your order up at the counter, you can pick up napkins and get condiments like ketchup before your order number on your receipt is called by staff. From all my visits here, you get your food in a brown paper bag whether you choose to dine in or do takeout. In this case, I got a little bacon cheeseburger with a side of little fries, and dang all of this was stuffed into a brown paper bag too and felt pretty heavy. When I got home and opened the bag, there was indeed a ton of fries along with the burger itself. The patty is juicy and full of flavor, and condiments did not fall out as easily from the sesame buns. I only got some of the condiments for this burger and forgot to ask to have it "all the way," which essentially means having everything listed on a list of condiments in my burger. Regardless of that, burger was still really good! They also list on a paper near the front counter the vendor where they get their potatoes for their fries, which I found pretty cool. I haven't been much into burgers lately but this place can do a mean one and still continues do so. I'll be back here whenever I'm close to the area and want something quick to eat! read more

If you can afford it, you can never go wrong with five guys! These are some of the best burgers around and they're totally customizable. No matter what you want for toppings the price is the same. French fries come with a Cajun seasoning option which is a bit spicy but absolutely delicious. For a family of four you will probably end up paying at least $50 but the burgers are fresh and always made exactly to your specifications. I've been here so many times I can't even count it, but The employees are always friendly and seem to really enjoy their job. Plus the meals eaten in the restaurant include free peanuts! This review is specifically for the "off-menu" grilled cheese with a burger patty added. I saw it on TikTok and had to try it out. Just order a grilled cheese, and add a burger patty. I kid you not, it slaps like a mf'er!!!! I've been here many times over the years, but this latest trend is absolutely a game changer! I contacted five guys customer service and the store right away and they confirmed the driver grabbed the wrong bag. after about a week, the store manager lets me know that they are not going to refund me because they've confirmed I received my order in a timely manner. Wow, these guys (and girls) were super busy when we came in to grab some lunch. They have a limited amount of customers that can come in to the restaurant, hand sanitizers for customers and very safe to come in and get food to go. The coolest part of this, even though they were crazy busy, they gave each other props. Telling everyone great job, and keep it up. No wonder why this place is so amazing. The men behind the counter were all masked up busy at work and the customers inside also all wore masks though it felt like no one really knew where to stand to wait for their food after ordering. This is made to order fast food dining in a pandemic. I haven't t been inside a 5 Guys for months, even before the pandemic, but I was hungry and needed motivation to leave the house. I figured a walk to The Landing for a meal at 5 Guys would do the trick and I surely wasn't mistaken. The Landing has picked up business since the Stay Home, Stay Safe mandate lifted so while close parking didn't seem available I saw many open parking spots in my walk to and around The Landing. Most people were very mindful with social distancing. Inside the restaurant I placed my order immediately. It had been so long since I have been here that I forgot that a small burger was one quarter pound patty and that a normal burger was two quarter pound patties. I mean, if I am going to be wrong about something having more juicy cheesy burger is something I think is ok to be wrong about. And it really was amazing! It was juicy, delicious and very cheesy. I was especially pleased with how they made my burger just how I liked it. This isn't the fanciest of restaurants but if you want a great, inexpensive burger then you really can't beat them. My only recommendation is not to fall into the trap of immediately joining the people on the left hand side of the restaurant. They may look like they're in a line formation but they really aren't in a line. They are milling about waiting for their food. Go to the counter and order because the guys behind the counter are busy working. They aren't going to notice you if you come in and join the group waiting for their food and ask you to order.
