This Taco Bell is a bit batty. On the plus side, everything tastes exactly the way it should. The new "Milk" brand birthday churros? OMG. There was never a match made more in heaven. Sprinkles and birthday flavored crème inside a churro? It's basically the ultimate churro on the planet. Had a bit of trouble in the ordering process. Can't say much for the ambience as it was empty when we got there and we didn't go inside. Drive thru was abysmally slow (they were not busy - one set of customers in the dining room, then just one other car in front of us at the time we arrived). We sat there a LONG time. Don't know if it was something from the store or something from the customers in front of us. Then the attendant did not seem to know the name of any of the products they sell. This location is very clean and well staffed. I mainly go through the drive through, but I'll talk about the customer service inside. A staff member is always around to take your order when you're ready. They will greet you and thank you for your business. Floors are swept well for the most part. Self serve soda machine is present, along with hot sauce packets out in the open for you to freely take. As for the drive through, there's never a really long wait. They are quick and accurate with the orders about 99% of the time. I do have to ask for extra extra hot sauce... 5 packets aren't enough LOL. Parking lot is spacious with easy entrance and exit. I saw a post about the new Nacho Fries at Taco Bell, and it brought me to this location of TB. When I walked in at 2p on a Sunday, the restaurant had only one other patron. Now this isn't a good sign, especially if your fast food chain experience is limited to the CFA in Bellevue, where there are 2 drive thru lines and no tables at 12:30p on a Monday afternoon. Sunday afternoons at Taco Bell are just a tad bit busier than those at CFA. Upon arrival, all of the employees were working the drive thru line. I had to wait a few minutes for the cashier to ring me up and a few more for the nacho fries to come. These fries were made as soon as I ordered them, freshly fried and tossed in a Doritos crumb seasoning. The nacho cheese was warm. The fries were not soggy, but not overtly crispy. They tasted like a good combination of fries and Doritos. And loaded chili fries without the chili. With every TB sauce of my choosing! Overall, I would recommend the nacho fries. Really bad service I ordered like 1hour before and when I get there they didn't find my order

Very disappointed with this Restaurant in general now it seems, ever since the hired help after $15 an hour has increased, seems orders and customer service is diminishing more and more as the days go by. I work in Customer Service and see this chain is becoming so unacceptable to detail when it comes to any service from food not served hot to be simple acknowledged as one is to wait. Only a hand full of newly younger employees I see try hard with a smile as they enter in this field of work. Today I drive up to the drive thru to see it wasn't open, to later look at my phone to see it would open in 30 mins, to come back then after 7:08am and lights or to find no one was there to greet for the drive thru, but to drive pass the window and to see two women talking to each other as I see they should have been open at 7am. I drive for a Rideshare Company and always on the road, so I drove to a McDonalds to be quickly and simple acknowledged as I waited for someone to take my order. I've never been a big fan of Taco Bell but decided to give it a try when I heard the Enchirito was coming back. I was disappointed when I didn't see it on the menu. Since I was there I decided to give the Power Menu Bowl a try, which basically was a deconstructed taco salad with chicken and rice. It was okay. It had very little chicken and the rice was all dried out and stuck to my teeth. I also order the chips and the cheese sauce tasted like melted cheese whiz. I have had the worst experience with this location. I ordered at the drive thru and when I got to the window to pay and ask the employee to change my order to a chalupa box since I already order a chalupa and taco and a drink thought it would be better if I changed the order to a box. The person in charge at 1pm 2/12/24 with a very rude attitude tells me that they can not change my order at the window and that the order already been made. I asked very politely if they can just add the other two things that were missing to complete the box and repeated again that they cannot change the order and that I am holding up the line at the drive thru. They said either pay for the food I ordered before I got to the window or order again inside the restaurant. When I went inside to ask who is in charge of this establishment one of the employees said they are not allow to give out their names. I asked for the store manager name and district manager name. Apparently this franchise does not even have a district manager. And when I ask about the manager schedule the employee said they have no idea when Karina the store manager comes to the store and that she comes as she pleases to the store. The most rude and unprofessional staff at this location. Um, well so...this place is not good. I had two crunchy tacos and both of them had extremely runny, watery beef in them. Pretty much gross, if you ask me. Liquid was pouring out of the shells. My boyfriend had a couple of bean burritos and they were extremely messy all over the outside of the tortillas and they were poorly wrapped. Service was a bit slow considering we ordered two very basic menu items. Oh my gosh, thank you Taco Bell for Mt Dew Baja Blast - I am addicted. Come here for happy hour 2pm-5pm every day, you can get a medium soda or a freeze for just a $1! They used to have the loaded grillers for $1, but they stopped that (please do that again!). Their dollar menu is pretty good though, I like the cheesy bean and rice burrito thing. For a dollar, I'm down. They have a new Starburst freeze - super good, BUT even better if you have them mix it with the Baja Blast freeze - TRUST ME!
