This place is pretty busy during dinner time, so the wait for takeout is a bit longer than other locations. Both indoor and outdoor seating available; inside feels a bit dirty/messy. There is plenty of parking on the back side of the restaurant near Banyan Tree. Chipotle food is similar in most locations. My go-to is the carne asada bowl. read more

Decided to get chipotle for dinner because we were too lazy to make dinner. Love the way they loaded the bowl. We tried the honey chicken today, and was not a fan of it. Issued fine but tasted burnt. Sucked because I got half the chicken and half the steak, and I got more of the chicken. Our chips was stale, and didn't have much compared to what they usually have. Never had a bad experience here! Good food, friendly and efficient service, seems like they're usually well staffed. Sometimes the restaurant is a little bit dirty with dirty tables, but it is fast food and when a rush comes, wiping tables isn't the priority in that atmosphere. read more

A first timer to this fast food joint. Decent Mexican fusion style kind of food! You pick your own bowls, select your rice, protein options, veggies, toppings and sauces. Basically tell the food server what you want and they'll get it for you, whether in a bowl, a burrito, or a taco. The atmosphere is pretty casual. Always busy with long lines of people, though. Prices range from $7-$20+ per person, depending on what you order. Service can be slow if there are a lot of people waiting to order their food. Parking is always a frickin' hassle in this shopping center! I don't understand how almost every parking space can be occupied no matter what time of day or night you go!!! It's absolutely ridiculous! Other than that, good food options around the area. read more

I used to love Chipotle, then they had all kinds of problems with food quality and sourcing issues and... I would go back every now and then. They seemed to have fixed some of the problems, but never got back to where they were. This was my first time at the Kent location, and my first time at any Chipotle in several years. It was gross. I threw half my burrito away. Meat was super fatty, and the guac I once loved was baby food pap. They are probably understated as none of the tables were wiped down. Speaking of cleaning problems, the restroom was downright disgusting. Judging from the crusty ring in the urinal, someone had puked there some time ago and the cleaning staff just missed it (assuming they'd been in there at all in the preceding 3 hours). That might have explained the smell, but there was something more complex going on. I'm bad at predicting the future, but I suspect I'll never go to Chipotle again. read more

We got there on a Friday night around 9, at first we were the only ones and then they got a rush. The workers were very friendly and welcoming. We noticed when we left that my bowl was marked c when I had wanted steak and honestly in the pan sometimes all the meat looks the same otherwise I would've brought it up when I was order to save the trouble. I went back in line and voiced my concern and without any trouble they apologized for the mix up. I was given the option to remake my bowl or get a side of steak instead and that was that! We happened to stop here for a brief business lunch, it happened to be before the big lunch rush so we were able to get lunch quickly. I hadn't eaten at a Chipotle before, so I didn't know what to expect. The food seemed to be fresh, there were a few tables that needed to wiped down, but the biggest challenge was that there were no forks, only spoons available... this made eating a salad challenging. A great option to get one's veggie bowl (or salad or wrap or burrito) craving! I stuck with my trusty bowl of lots of white & brown rice, super greens (when the locations have it in stock), lettuce, and guac (sometimes with sofritas and/or beans). They seem to use Hodo's tofu, as well, which is one of the best options to source tofu, IMO. I wish the northwest locations sourced more local options such as Island Spring Organics tofu on Vashon Island or Surata Soyfoods from Oregon. Back in the car or at home, I mix in copious seasonings to taste (often ginger at minimum; other times plus garlic, onion and cumin). The folks working were friendly and smooth. read more

I simply just started going back to chipotle. I wasn't a fan then started eating this last month. Let me tell you I have world's easiest chipotle order. I told the girl what I wanted and was very clear and loud. It wasn't busy it was me and an older guy and maybe a family behind the guy. She started putting stuff on my order which I didn't want at all. I don't like beans she put beans, I asked for steak and got chicken, put queso which I didn't ask for and had to pay extra $. Ended up accidentally paying for the person in front of me & had to get refunded- ended up being late back to work. They were also out of all veggies one night i came. Just had dinner at this location. Unfortunately the food was sub par compared to every other Chipotle I've eaten at. I ordered the chicken bowl and after two bites of chicken and gagging on gristle, I stuck w the rice n beans. Tables had not been cleaned and the garbage cans were full- despite the many employees behind the counter and the two managers sitting across from us on break. Saving grace were the nice gals that completed our order, but we won't be back to this location. And I kinda doubt I will crave Chipotle chicken for awhile Be better Kent Station Chipotle. read more

I wish I had looked at Yelp before going. They were quick (6 people standing shoulder to shoulder like an assembly line) and the food tastes good. However, they added $1.60 + tax to my order for queso, without warning, and they don't have much for additional veggies. I FAR PREFER Qdoba, who have free fajita veggies, and don't charge extra for guacamole, queso, or anything else except for extra meat. I also found bones and gristle in the chicken. For these prices you'd think they could at least throw away the joints instead of grinding them into their meal. I won't be back! read more

I find it very frustrating when an establishment like this has a line of people and only one person is actually working. There's clearly over 5 people working and one persons on there cell phone in the back not even helping , and another person is just standing there doing nothing when there's obviously customers who need to place their food order....
