Folks it was a DAMN GOOD HOT DOG , yummmmmm! $20 for a dog, fries & coke was just what I needed for a midday meal. Five Guys splits these doggies in half and drops in the grill. Gently placed into a bun a slathered with mustard and consumed by yours truley! Folks I only do mustard so deal with it ! Now accompanying my hot dog was a mound of crispy delicious fries with unlimited ketchup for dipping. My tasty beverage was a Dr Pepper extra ice but man reviewing the machine you have multiple choices so be prepared for a quiz cause it's overwhelming... Just to round things out I'll share this crew is a solid & courteous staff . You'll receive a welcoming when entering and a have a nice day as you leave... I stopped by Five Guys and ordered the "All the Way" bacon cheeseburger, which comes loaded with almost all their toppings. It's pretty cool toppings are included at no extra cost. My experience here was good, compared to some of the reviews I've read. The staff were friendly and quick to get my order ready. I love fries and there's always a bunch. Random fun fact: they always toss extra fries into the bag. I've heard the CEO wanted customers to feel like they got their fries' worth. Also, they offer free peanuts while you wait. read more

Ordered to-go 3 burgers and 1 large French fries. I checked my order on the scene before paying and everything looked great. When I got to home, our order was wrong. I asked for no cheese but it came with cheese and no sauce as we asked. Make sure to check your order before you leave if you are not dining in. The cooks were very nice and attentive. I had asked the register guy for a water cup and he ignored me but the man cooking, heard and came to me to give me one. Food was good just order was wrong with one of the burgers. I'm a long time Five Guys fan but today's meal was the worst. The lady at the register was totally preoccupied with her phone. She didn't look up while taking our order. She just kept her focus on the screen of her phone. Neither of our burgers had all the toppings we ordered. The burger patties were smashed very thin and had been on the grill too long making them hard and crunchy. Just a poor experience all the way around. First time to this Five Guys Location. Not what I had expected after years of visiting the Five Guys franchise. The Hamburger with grilled onions, jalapeño, cheese, lettuce and tomato came out very greasy. I mostly tasted oil instead of the meat or toppings. The french fries were soggy and full of oil as well. Five Guys gives you a reason not to go to the drive thru fast food joints. Five Guys has tasty food that while being more expensive than the big 3 is definitely worth the splurge. Delicious boardwalk style French fries are fresh cut. They are just the way I like em... skin on and a bit soggy. The burgers are delicious too, I just wish this location was more consistent in its assembly. When I order jalapeños I want them. I love Five guys. They are fast, friendly and the food is the best. Don't count calories when you come here and it is not cheap. My little cheeseburger with small fries and medium side was $18.13 with tax. So worth every penny. Be warned though my granddaughter is allergic to peanuts and we cannot come here. They use peanut oil for their fantastic fries and there are peanuts available to peel and eat. So when she is not along I will drive out of my way to eat here. Just get your order, pull out the burger and tear off the top of the bag so you can reach every single fry and enjoy. read more

I don't know why it's so hard to get a single order of cajun fries but I've come here twice and both times they screwed it up. The second time I must have repeated "these are Cajun fries, right?" About eight times. For those of us playing at home that means I asked every single person working there twice to confirm that they were cajun fries. Manager Ray was extremely rude. I realized I was handed the wrong shake order when I got home. I called the store, and was accused of not checking the ticket that was sitting under the cup. The woman who handed me the shake was the person who took my order. She heard my food order number called and told me she made my shake and handed me the shake. In addition to blame his staff's mistakes onto the customers, he also interrupted me frequently when I tried to tell him the incident over the phone. I like Five Guys. Cheap and good! And the ability to build your burger with some good toppings that other fast food places don't have like mushrooms and A1. I came here just to get a shake. Took a little longer than I thought it should but the girl who helped me was friendly and chatted while I waited. The strawberry shake was good. It didn't taste like fresh strawberries but didn't taste like cheap frozen milk either. If you haven't been here before, be aware that the fry portions are huge. What makes it even more disappointing is knowing that there's 15 grams of fat and a whopping 1040mg of sodium in this craptastic sandwich. The patty was well cooked, and I loved the fresh pickles. One of the employees even went out of her way to talk to me. She was very pretty, I very much enjoyed this. So the burger tasted great, but style and presentation of the fries killed the experience. The fries appeared as if they were peeled directly with the potato skin still present. What poor scratchy texture. If I want to eat potato skin I will go to the grocery store and skin that potato myself. In addition, the majority of the fires looked like they were just dumped in the bag. . . Offer larger fry cups to fix the problem. Been here several times since they have opened and I'm a huge fan. I'm so happy there's one here in tukwila so I don't have to drive all the way to renton for five guys! The service is great. Definitely has improved since they opened. It's always so clean lately... Used the bathroom and it smelled completely sanitized. Just a nice atmosphere with oldie songs playing, and the cooks and cashiers yelling and having fun. You know it's a good place when the workers are happy haha. I always get the cheeseburger all the way/with everything. You can let them know if you want one patty or two. Pick and choose what you want in your burger. Burgers are big and very filling and the fries are always freshly made! If you look on a whiteboard near the cashier, you can always see where their potatoes came from that day and it's always local. A place that uses local ingredients is something you always gotta admire! The fries come in huge portions, too! Get a regular size if you're sharing with one or two other people. Large can definitely serve four or five. As for the burgers, the ingredients are always fresh. I've never had a soggy tomato or wilted lettuce leafs. They use good cheese, and you can always taste the true-meat taste in the patty, which is one of the reason why I enjoy this place so much. Very good quality burgers. If they served milkshakes... So good! If you are not the type of person that can eat a lot in one sitting- I would recommend getting the "little" version of what you want. The regular size burgers are double patties. So 1/4 lb of meat total. That is so much! But I still finished my burger (usually I don't eat a lot but I am 4 months pregnant lol). But after I was done with that monster- I couldn't eat any of the fries!!! What a waste! I ordered the smallest order of fries but they still gave us so much in the bottom of the bag. I loved how simple the choices were and I chose a classic cheeseburger with tomatoes lettuce and onions. I loved how fresh the veggies were! The decor of Five Guys just screams Americana. This was my first time having five guys and I loved it. Everything in the Tukwila location was very clean and attended to. Everyone was very friendly and quick to the orders, while still giving it care. I like that there are no gimmicks it's just a great burger, fry, and milkshake joint. I had a cheeseburger with a small fry and Oreo milkshake. The milkshake was exceptional and the fries even though a small were definitely a lot. I loved how the cheeseburger came in foil even though it was just freshly prepared. It made it feel more down to earth. At the same tome while waiting I enjoyed looking at the magazine and newspaper shoutouts for them and their business. I had a great first experience with five guys and would definitely come back. Major props to the team working tonight. Their AC was broken and it was hotter inside than it was outside (and that's saying something for Seattle setting a record high of 108!!!) all of the employees were working their butts off and not a single one lacked in customer service. I tipped extra for their pain, but I hope that they know that they were appreciated and their hard work and excellent customer service skills did not go unnoticed. Always great service, we come here regularly, my husband and kids love it. I personally enjoy their fries and I love that we can build our own burgers any way we want. Lol burgers are the perfect size for me, along with the toppings and fries. I've had their regular sized burgers and I honestly can never finish it. I'm always left with a quarter of the burger waiting to be devoured. Their burgers are always consistently moist, buns perfect and chewy, meat is flavorful and cooked perfect, vegetables added always tastes fresh as well. Jalapenos are fresh sliced ones, they're not the pickled kind FYI. Fresh cut fries are delicious here, they're fried in peanut oil. so peanut allergic people, I highly recommend you don't come here.
