Tonight I was craving an Oreo Milkshake after work and decided to stop by. I wish I had gotten her name, but the younger Asian girl who was working the drive through was so extremely nice. She went above and beyond for me, and she was so friendly and nice. If she decides to keep working there I really hope management gives her the recognition she deserves and promotes her. I wish there were more fast food workers like her with that kind of customer service. read more

This Jack in the Box was in the same parking lot as Denny's and La Quinta. Since I was staying at La Quinta and was looking for a quick cheap dinner, I decided to get a couple of burgers from there. I placed my order ahead of time on the mobile app for 2 Jumbo Jack cheeseburgers. My order was well packaged and waiting for me when I showed up. Both burgers tasted fine, but I guess my body wasn't used to fast food as I had a bout of diarrhea later that evening. I suppose your mileage may vary depending on how used to fast food you are. read more

Posted hours for dining room is 10 to 5. Waited till 1020 and employees would not open the door for us! I knocked on the door and they just looked at me and shaked their heads. I didn't have a car or I would have gone thru the drive thru. Taco Bell across the street was open to customers and the next door Denny was also open for indoor dining. If you're not going to have open dining I understand, but don't post that ur open for indoor dining! I only wanted to order to carry out! I saw several other customers also walk away mad! The least the associates could have done was to open and explain why they were closed with an open for indoor sign posted. I guess Taco Bell just got a new customer from Jack! read more

I grew up going to Jack in a Box. I go back every so often to bring back good memories. That being said, it is a fast food place with decent food at a decent price. Their breakfasts at much better that lunch/dinner. They need to take a bit more time when assembling the food. My two patties were sticking out of opposite sides of the bun with accompanying condiments. Very messy to eat. read more

We were stranded in Seattle area. JITB takes me back to my HS stoner days. So yes I got a GROSS MONSTER TACO...SOOOO GOOD and the Chicken Fajita Pita(no lettuce) MT was eaten on the spot. We drove 1,200 miles to Seattle, all we wanted was some Jack before getting to our hotel. Got to the drive thru and half the menu was missing. We get to speaker and the worker seemed miserable as hell. What should've been a quick drive thru took almost 30 minutes. No complaints on the food buuuut two days later decided to go again for a quick bite thinking it would be a better experience. Boy were we wrong. Some how this visit took even longer than the first day. We had ordered on the app to help speed up the process, little did we know that it would take over 30 minutes to help like 4 cars. When we got our food it was just sitting on the side and not on the warmer. The food was cold and still messed up the order. I would not go here especially not at night. read more

Let me count the number of restaurants I have walked away from without eating or ordering- this would be the second one ever. It was seriously in need of cleaning, and the people in the parking lot loitering and in the restaurant had me looking around for a security guard. I have never been to a place that was so slow and served with an attitude. 15 min just for a chicken sandwich and fries, many others were also waiting . A lady came in that had been in the drive in and was shorted a sandwich. She was telling the manager that she had a hungry child in the card had had down a very long time in the drive and was clearly upset. Having said that, visited the drive through on 6/13 at about 23:15 and had a very odd and annoying experience. Drive right up to the menu/speaker and what follows is as near an exact copy of the exchange: Employee: Hello? Me: Hello. Silence for about 30 seconds E: Hello? M: Hello? Silence for about 2 minutes E: Hello? M: Hello? E: Are you confused about the menu or something? M: Ummm, no. E: Usually when I say hello people say hello back. M: Usually when I answer with hello there is a response. Silence for about 30 seconds M: I'm ready to order if you're ready to take my order. E: What did you just say? M: I said I'm ready to order if you're ready to take my order. E: No what did you say before that? M: I don't know, but I'd like to order. E: No, what did you say before. M: I can't remember, can I order now please? Silence for about 30 seconds E: Do you know what you'd like to order or do you need some help? M: I know what I want, can I get a number 3 please? Silence for about 2 minutes E: Did you want to order anything else. M: Uhh, no but can I get a Coke Zero with that please? Silence for about 2 minutes E: Did you want to order something else? ZERO stars. I waited at least 10 minutes before somebody finally came to the window and yelled at me that the system is down. (No sign, no apology, just assumptions that we should know) This supposedly 24 hour place is not it. I've been here multiple times with the night supervisor/manager always giving me attitude, for no reason. I like the food but it's not worth the HORRIBLE service. Jack in the box is a pretty typical fast food chain in this part of the country. The variety on the menu is great. The nice lady who was working the counter had super energy and was very friendly. I was very impressed. The chicken strips while tasty were super greasy but that also means they are fresh. The fries were just typical fast food fries fresh and hot but also super greasy. I also got the chocolate cake. For almost 3 dollars it was decent sized but taste wise i wouldn't get it again. Their fountain machine was out of most of the flavors for mixing into your drink so just the basic choices. A solid effort definitely a bit better then most. read more

This Jack in the crack is near Seatac so I've stopped by a couple times after going to the airport. The last time I was there was the last visit ever due to how dirty the bathroom was, along with my tennis shoes sticking to the floor in the lobby and general dirty conditions of the dining area. I had to ask for napkins and a cup lid as there weren't any in the dining room. I'm glad I went inside though so I saw what's it like and know not to return. The quality of Jack in the Box keeps declining as time goes on. I don't understand. This chain has the worst customer service and quality out of any other fast food restaurant, which is unfortunate, because I like that they have a variety of menu items and taste pretty good. Maybe it's just in Washington, or whoever manages them in this area. Recently, every time I go here now, they mess up. You should make sure to double check your bag for everything because they will always forget something, really. When I went here a few months ago, I didn't check my bag and they forgot my hash brown. I went back to pick it up and then when we went home, we realized they also forgot a sandwich. The next couple weeks after I made an order I made the mistake of not checking the bag and they forgot my tacos :( Also, when they were promoting their Buttery Jack, it was good the first time we had it, and the next time we got old patties. The worst service. The older lady on night shift has no customer service skills whatsoever and seems to randomly decide that they're closed at different times of the night. I'd say in the last 4 out of 5 times I've tried going to Jacks since it's one of the only 24hr fast food places near the airport, the same lady mentioned above would say they're closed and this is all on different times of the night. How the hell is it that on one night you're closed for 30 min at 2AM, but the next night you're closed for 15min at 4AM?.... And then be closed completely different times on other nights. Ridiculous! Ok so picture this, it's 8:50. You travel 1500 miles to Seattle. You're like oh shit, I want some jack in the box. You pull up to the drive through. They're telling you to go to the curb and order online. You make an account where they want to know your birthday, age, and gender. You order a large combo meal consisting of chicken strips, fries, and a sprite. You sit there and wait like 25 minutes. You go through the drive through again and they say "we don't have your order" followed by "get out of the way we'll get it to you" 2 minutes later, "oh we couldn't see it because we didn't have your name, Sarah." Anyway. Chicken was bomb. My husband and I came in for a quick bite today, and we just witnessed the manager of the establishment getting angry at someone who came inside to have his wrong order redone. When the guy got upset and was speaking a little loud, (honestly not even that much), the manager was telling him to lower his voice and being completely disrespectful. On top of that they made him go back through the drive-thru in order to get his corrected meal. What the hell is up with that kind of bullshit anyway? This Jack in the Box, on the Northwest corner of International Boulevard and South 188 Street, was conveniently located a quick walk across the street from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport where I was staying for a long weekend as well as near the SeaTac Airport. Both the dining room and the drive thru are open 24/7. The restaurant was surprisingly clean, there was free wifi, and there were even electrical outlets in the dining room that people were using to charge their laptop computers and their cell phones. I had breakfast every morning while I was staying here and even made a late night run (or would you consider 3:00 early morning) here for a taco run. The employees are well trained in the art of the upsell. Every time I tried to order they attempted to convince me that I should add fries, mini cookies, or a piece of cheesecake to my order, but I stood firm in my resolve (even during the 3:00 am run) and didn't add a single thing to my orders. I guess you can't blame them for trying. I found the atmosphere surprisingly quiet and relaxing, and there were no sketchy people hanging out, so I give this place my seal of approval. read more

I love the fact that you can order breakfast at any time. The service is usually pretty slow if they are like two or more cars in line at the drive-thru, & that sucks when you don't feel like waiting. Came here around lunch time after deciding to not eat at the Denny's next door. The 4 of us was hungry when we got in. 4 burger combos and 1 $3 munchies and $2 worth of donut holes. Without a doubt the worst Jack-in-the-Box I have ever visited. The drive-through had probably 10 to 12 cars waiting in line. I went inside to order and it took nearly 30 minutes to get Jack's famous two for $.99 tacos. When I finally received my food the tacos had no cheese as the restaurant had run out. My French fries were cold soggy and tasted as uf they had been sitting in grease. The manager was also informing every customer that they had run out of mayonnaise. The store was completely understaffed and customers were waiting 10 to 15 minutes just to place their order at the counter. The manager on duty was constantly yelling orders at the crew and was not much help at all. Her yelling became quite annoying, redundant, and counterproductive. The restaurant was rather filthy inside and had drug addicts coming in off the street to fill their water bottles from the soda fountain. There were also some individuals that looked like gang members in the restaurant. I did not feel safe at all, and could not wait to rush back to my hotel. My lackluster food paled in comparison to the other problems at this restaurant location. I would never, never return here! read more

The only reason I am giving this store 1 star is there are a couple of good employees who really do try. The drive through employee was nice and friendly but the order was not all the way correct. I called to speak with the manager and I intended on giving some positive feedback but after my forever hold it changed my option of this jack in the box . There manager Clara would not come to the phone. I called in to speak with her last night about my order and they left me on hold for 20 minutes. The manager never picked up. So I hung up and called again I was told by an employee that they did not know where she was. Again on forever hold. Clara nor the employee can back on the phone. So if you have good or bad feedback don't call Clara, does not seem to care since she won't pick up the phone to hear it. You are better off going to Taco Bell across the street.
