Plain cheese quesadilla and asada taco

This place lives up to (and exceeds) the hype! As a Californian living in Seattle, I can definitely recommend Paco's Tacos for great tasting Mexican food. I was also so happy with the amount of kindness/friendliness we were shown by the employees! They primarily have pork options for meat with asada being the only beef option. I do wish they had chicken, but I can appreciate how they keep their menu small and simple. I also don't mind too much because the asada tacos were DELICIOUS! I didn't need any type of sauce on my asada tacos because they were just that good. They also give a very generous portion of meat, so much that I was able to split my taco into two by using both my tortillas! I was also able to do this because the corn tortillas were sturdy and didn't rip. These were definitely my favorite tacos around the Seattle area. Come support Paco's Tacos!!! TIP: They do not serve the entire menu daily as they rotate the options. From what I remember, they only do al pastor on Thursday through Sunday (or Friday through Sunday, I forgot... I would call to make sure they have what you want!).

Found the place on Yelp, so came out to try some "bussin tacos" haha. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted. We walked up to the counter to order, and the workers were all super kind and warm. We ordered, sat, and our food came out to us pretty quickly. I ordered the torta with carnitas and longainza. The bread was warm, toasted, and fluffy with the perfect crunch. They cook the meat on a slice of cheese and fold it up to add to the sandwich so it's like a little cheese blanket around the meat. So cute. The meat itself was really good. I enjoyed the carnitas a lot. But I wish the tortas came with more toppings. It's good, but it wasn't bussin Overall, a very solid place. They load their tacos with the most meat I've seen in awhile, and the meats themselves are good. But still have yet to find a good place to get tortas.

Paco's Tacos is the talk of the town (at least on Yelp and Google Reviews, which is how I found them!). My boyfriend and I tried Paco's Tacos for the first time this past week and were very impressed by the food and service. Paco's Tacos is not your average taco place as they serve unique meats choices including: Al Pastor (thinly sliced pork with pineapple), Arabes, Orientales, Asada (beef), Longainza (which is like chorizo), Campechano (Asada and Longainza), and Carnitas y Cueritos (pork mixed with pieces of pickled pork fat). Their tacos are all served street style and come with a double tortilla and are topped with minced onions and cilantro. They also serve Combinations, which are plates of veggies and meat with tortillas on the side so that you can assemble your own tacos. Additionally, they offer chicharrones (deep fried pork skin), tortas (sandwiches), and some other dishes that I was unfamiliar with like bombitas, gringa, and sabrosas. They unfortunately didn't have Arabes or Orientales available, but my boyfriend and I ordered one of each taco type that they did have available. Each taco was $3.75, and so a little on the pricier side, but still affordable, considering that they are pretty generous with the meat. With a Mexican drink, the total came to around $30 for everything including tax and tip. AL PASTOR - this was our favorite. The pork was basically shaven into jerky like slices and very well marinated. ASADA- the meat was tender and perfectly seasoned. Can't complain here. LONGAINZA - the sausage had great savory and spicy taste. CAMPECHANO - the best of both asada and longainza. I think the combination really worked well here and I would get this again. CARNITAS Y CUERITOS - this was interesting. I had no idea what cueritos were until I looked it up on Google. As someone who doesn't normally enjoy fatty meat or blocks of meat fat, this wasn't for me. However, it was cool trying a new dish. Don't forget to try their homemade salsas! They have verde, chipotle, rojo, and one other that looks like sriracha mayonaise that is deceivingly, the spiciest of them all (which the woman working there warned us about). The last one definitely leaves some tingling heat in your mouth. We liked the chipotle the best as it had the perfect touch of sweetness (perhaps honey?). Service was fantastico! All workers were very friendly and personable; even the workers cooking asked how our day was going. They brought out within 10 minutes or less too. According to Google, they are open from 3pm - 10pm everyday, so a great place for dinner or a late night snack! They share a parking lot with some other businesses in the plaza, but they have about 6 spots or so reserved specifically for just their business. The atmosphere is very fun and casual. Our table wasn't wiped yet, but other than that, everything looked very clean and updated. Overall: 5/5 for food, 5/5 for service, 4.5/5 for atmosphere

Pacos Taco's is a hidden gem in Burien. As soon as you walk in, you're warmly greeted by the family. Dante, such a nice guy, helped recommend some items. I ended up getting the Campechano, Carnitas y Cueritos, and Asada tacos, along with an order of Tortas, which was packed with flavor. Each taco had its own unique taste, served on warm tortillas. Something about their finely diced onions and cilantro just made everything better. they serve four different sauces. The green one was my favorite, but watch out one of them is very spicy. The inside has a cozy vibe with fun music playing. Definitely give this place a try.

Very friendly. Very helpful. Extremely clean. Quality ingredients. Like the array of salsas. Adequate, comfortable seating. Will definitely be back often.

Finally made the drive here after all the videos online. I got there on a Friday around 7pm and unfortunately they were sold out of a few different meats but I usually prefer asada anyways which they had! I got the Tortas and poblanitas. The torta might easily be the best I've had in Washington. There are lots of options too, especially in nearby(ish) cities like Renton and Kent. The star of the show (besides all the food) was the salsas. The spiciest one had so much flavor with the right amount of heat. There is some seating inside but not that much, it wasn't as busy as I expected for a Friday night though so I didn't wait long! The woman at the front helped me pick what to get and she was very friendly!

Wow. If I can give this place more than 5 stars than I would. This place exceeded all of my expectations. I always order the same type of meat (carne asada) but was able to try other meats. I will only branch out of my comfort zone for this place. Everything we've tried has been amazing and we can't stop craving it. They load up the tacos and you don't even need to add anything to it because the taco is loaded with flavor and meat is super juicy. Although, they do have 4 sauces when you dine in and they're all really good. Some of them have a nice kick to it. This has become my favorite #1 spot for taco's and we're already planning our next visit. The service here is phenomenal. They are so kind and food comes out super fast.

So many great things about this place! Service is awesome and the servers are very friendly; it was nice striking up a conversation when they asked my friend and me about how we heard of their place (Seattle Foodie does it again :) ). The interior's so well-kept and the tables are pretty clean too, though there's not a ton of seating, so you'll want to get here early and hopefully you'll snag a parking spot at the awfully limited parking lot and beat the crowds. For reference I got here on a Friday weeknight at around 5:30pm and seats were almost filled up close to 6pm. I got two tortas, one with campechano - a combination of asada and longainza - and the other asada. Then I added in two tacos, one campechano and the other carnitas y cueritos (meats and pig skin). My friend got similar dishes here. The servers gave me four sauces to try and even warned me about one of the sauces (a pale peach one) being very spicy, but that sauce actually turned out to be the best one out of the four for me (because I love spicy)! Now for the food: - The tortas were sooooo tasty! You could do a really nice cheese pull with it, and the baguette they use reminds me of a Vietnamese banh mi sandwich a lot. Meat was very well-flavored in the campechano torta and the spicier sauce complemented this one the best. Had a good bunch of onions in here to balance out the savoriness of the meat. - Both tacos were pretty small but still tasted just as delicious! The cueritos taco was a pleasant one and flavors were rich and strong in it, especially when adding the green sauce. The campechano worked well with any of the four sauces. I love this place very much, and my first time here was over-the-top delicious! I'm looking forward to coming back here for their other stuff :)

I'm a little upset... because I didn't know about this place and it's been open for a year!!! This is probably my new favorite taco spot! First of all Paco and his son Dante and his wife Liz are super nice. Dante greeted us and made us feel welcome right away, a genuine nice guy! They made a point to talk to all of their customers granted it wasn't that busy when we were there, but they came out from behind the counter and asked how everybody was doing and how the food was. The space was very clean! Food: Tacos were great! The don't skimp on the meat! We got Al Pastor and Carne Asada. They were simple and delicious; seasoned meat, onions cilantro and lime and pineapple nothing fancy just really good!!. We also had the Tortas with the same meats. The Torta's were great they came out on a little mini roll that tasted like it just came out of the oven. The bread resembled the same great bread you when you get a Bahn Mi sandwich! My daughter loved the quesadillas! Tasted just like the ones we had in Mexico last month! The house made Chicharrón were crunchy with just the right amount of salt and are served with lime and tortillas to make you own tacos. 4 house made sauces from sweet to pretty hot!! This place is great will definitely be back for sure!!!

Great tacos, friendly staff, very spicy salsa (little too much for me and I love spice just not when it takes over the taste, thus the 4 stars) ... will be back and will ask for medium level salsa.

    Carne asada

So good! They give you plenty of meat and when you dine in they bring you all the salsa in bottles. The staff is very nice and it's surprisingly busy. Definitely will be coming again.

Upon entering, we were swiftly greeted by one of the employees. Even then, we already knew we'd enjoy the place with how friendly everyone was. There's plenty of parking outside as well as seating on the inside so it's a nice spot to bring your friends to for some sit down tacos. We came expecting Al Pastor tacos but we were sadly informed that it's only on weekends (Friday-Sunday). But the sadness didn't linger too long as we were suggested to try the Arabes which was an alternative to Al Pastor and we were not disappointed. It being our first time, they cut us a few slices of this meat and we were hooked. We ordered Arabes, Asada, and Campechano (Asada & Longaniza) tacos. What I appreciated was the fact that they offered either flour or corn tortillas so we decided to try our tacos with both options. We also ordered the Mis Chicharrones which also came with tortillas. Upon getting our orders, you get a healthy portion of onions and cilantro in the tacos which I deeply enjoyed as I feel like it helps cut through the meat. You also get a sauce rack with a few different sauces to complement the already delicious tacos. Our favorite sauce ended up being the red sauce. The tender meat was well seasoned and packed with flavor. The chicharrones were very crunchy and paired well with the green sauce. While we were eating, the employee brought us Carnitas y Cueritos to try and maaaan, that meat was so soft. It was fatty and full of flavor that almost melted in your mouth. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was top tier and welcoming. Can't wait to come back because as bold of a statement as this is; this is my new favorite taco spot. Thank you to the people there for such an enjoyable first experience.

These tacos were absolutely delicious. Wanted the Al pastor but went too late in the day and they were all out. That's okay though because the carne asada tacos were so good. Service was super friendly too which always makes me want to return. Inside the restaurant was clean and modern looking too! The tacos were each loaded with plenty of meat and just the right amount of cilantro and onions on top. I think they had a pineapple salsa from what I could taste (on the side) and it was so good I would buy a jar of it. I'll be back for the Al pastor tacos as this has become my new go to taco spot!
