Its a fun spot, tables to sit at and a varied selection of trucks. This truck has a wide variety of sandwiches including some vegetarian options that sounded good and even though I'm not a vegetarian I think I'd like to give a couple of them a try. My husband opted for pulled pork sandwich. It was messy and he said really good. I decided on an inside out grilled cheese. It had grilled onions, swiss cheese inside and then slices of cheddar on the outside and grilled so the outer cheese was crispy and the inside cheese super gooey. It was absolutely delicious and game with an au jus for dipping. They also have drinks, we got strawberry lemonade and some sides but the sandwiches are plenty, you don't need anything else.

This fine sandwich spot is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I ordered the T-Town Cheesesteak which came very cheesy, well seasoned and had tender meat. Pros: Soft Bun Filling Veggies are cooked perfectly Cheese steak taste on point Cons: Not enough steak A bit messy but that's understandable since it's a Cheesesteak. My suggestion would be for sandwiches like this they should be wrapped in parchment paper to seal in all the flavors, keep it warm and avoid less of a mess. Overall a good sandwich I'll be coming back for their other sandwiches

Also going with 1 . I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot. But it would have been nice for someone to just be out front to answer questions. Give me some extra sauce etc. I did wait st the podium for about 5 minutes before poking my head into the kitchen so I could place my Order. I didn't want to do the same for sauce. Let me tell you about my server, the absolute legend who conquered his two-pack-a-day habit through the revolutionary "Brisket Smoke Immersion Protocol." This hero of modern medicine discovered that 60 minutes of face-time with oak-smoked brisket vapors carries the same satisfaction as 47 cigarettes, but with the added benefit of making your hair smell like victory. "The trick," he'll tell you while delivering a plate of burnt ends, "is to position yourself exactly 7.3 inches from the top rack, where the smoke density hits that sweet spot between 'spiritual awakening' and 'temporary meat blindness.'" He tracked his progress in a leather-bound journal that's now permanently infused with smoky goodness. Day 1 entry: "Visibility limited, meat particles adhering to eyebrows." Day 15: "Have begun to communicate telepathically with the brisket. It speaks of great wisdom." Day 30: "I am become smoke, destroyer of cravings." The restaurant had to install a special timer just for these sessions. They call it the "Meat Meditation Chamber," and there's now a waiting list of people trying to kick various habits through strategic smoke exposure. One guy supposedly gave up energy drinks by huffing pulled pork vapors for three weeks straight. The best part? While sharing his journey to smoke-based enlightenment, he'll serve you the most transcendent BBQ this side of the astral plane. The brisket doesn't just fall apart--it voluntarily deconstructs itself out of respect for your taste buds. The ribs have converted more vegetarians than a bacon-scented hypnosis podcast. Five stars. Would absolutely sit through another 45-minute explanation of how the smoke molecules restructured his DNA while demolishing a plate of burnt ends again. Just don't ask about the time he accidentally fell asleep in there and woke up speaking fluent Memphis-style BBQ. P.S. They're thinking about bottling the smoke as a cologne. There's already a pre-order list.

He said he designs the menu to be safe for his wife and to meet his needs for flavor. I'm the gluten intolerant one and my husband, like the owner, often eats GF for my sake but wants to be satisfied with the texture and the flavor of food. We were in heaven and wanted to try everything. Ultimately, we ordered the chicken and waffle sliders, tempura battered chicken nuggets, cheesy corn ribs, and the mac and cheese bites. All items were winners. The batter on the tempura chicken was excellent, the mac and cheese bites and chicken and waffle sliders were so great and something I typically would never be able to order, and the star of the show was the cheesy corn ribs. Wow! Whoever thought to melt cheese on corn on the cob is a flavor genius! I will never see corn on the cob the same way because of this delicious treat. My non celiac husband agreed that everything was insanely great. Aside from the incredible gluten free food options, the place itself is so fun. Putter golf, Pokémon, hot wheels, and bobble heads galore is legitimately my son's dream business. There were so many people of all ages purchasing collectibles while we were eating. I was asked if I wanted my grilled onion and grilled jalapeño I said yes. When I got the small bag with the small plate, I instantly knew I made a mistake. Each taco was greedily filled. I had two radish shavings cut in half. There were two dry pieces of carrot and that onion and jalapeño that I mentioned.. yeah, I got half of a jalapeño sautéed with maybe about eight pieces of onion all over the tacos.. I don't know who called this place authentic but I am highly disappointed.. The only thing that presented any equality was the paper bag and the sturdy paper plate that the tacos came on. Lastly, I wanna end my review with another note : the slices of lime that I received were so thin that was actually the most diabolical part of the order. Pastor Tacos - I was really looking forward to some amazing tacos. I'll admit that the presentation is 10/10 for sure and they look amazing but do not taste as great as they look. The pastor tacos I ordered had onion, tomato, and no pineapple in them nor do I think the meat was pastor (maybe it was the wrong tacos entirely) they were way too sweet and I don't think I'll be ordering those again. Rice & Beans - this should be called rice and chili because the beans were not your typical refried beans that you usually get. Instead they were a very sweet tasting chili with cheddar cheese all over the top. Maybe they ran out of refried beans? My roommate ate the tortas and flour tacos that did not come with the free soda as described so I cannot speak to those dishes. Overall I have had way better experiences at other food truck locations that sell the same items and am a little upset that the presentation of the items don't live up to their flavor unfortunately for me.
