So disappointed. Came for Mothers Day all the way from Tacoma. Our pizza, the Nona was not good at all. Margarita pizza was ok. That's probably the first time we didn't finish a pizza. We have pizza night at home all the time and love to try different pizza places which is why we came. I'm sure this is not how they usually make their pizza, I'm going to assume whoever was in charge today Sunday around 3:00pm making the pizzas isn't one of the normals. Fell in love with the Nona pizza so we ordered 3 pizzas for delivery but when we called to check i was told to showed for pu only - I asked how soon he could get it delivered & he no we would now have to pick it up - no explanation just refused - how's that for great customer service - so my daughter called since she originally put the order in & was told that they have to use 3rd party delivery service & they are aware there is a glitch in the system where when ordering on their website, not 3rd party, that it gets changed from delivery to pu - so if they know this why can't they have uber or DoorDash just pick it up but they won't & if we go back in to uber eats to reorder it's another $30. You just lost my business & I suspect you have probably others to due to this - what happened to good customer service & trying to make the order right. read more

I've been wanting to try Cascadia Pizza and it was a fun experience!! Read on further for a more detailed dive into my thoughts. Environment: It's an outdoor restaurant, and they have outdoor seating. So make sure you're equipped to deal with the weather or eat/wait in your car! Very importantly, it's not a drive through! You park and have to get out to order. Service: The employees were incredibly helpful, kind, and cheerful. The whole place just felt happy My wait time for 2 pizzas was half an hour, so I ended up just waiting in my car and occasionally having to go up to the counter and check. Also, since it does take about 30 minutes for them to make the order, probably only go here if you're not on a time crunch. Also, I believe calling in and ordering that way would be best if you don't want to wait in the parking lot for a while. They also ended up giving me an additional cheese pizza for free which was super sweet. The food: I ordered a 10" cheese pizza and a 10" s'mores pizza. Together, this was about $25. The pizza was fresh, still warm when I got it!! The cheese pizza was SO good. The s'mores pizza was even better From what I could taste/see, it had toasted mini marshmallows, chocolate syrup, and cinnamon. Final thoughts: I will definitely be going to Cascadia again at some point, even just for the s'mores pizza lol! read more

Wow! Found this unique local Pizza business on my Yelp App while cruising the outskirts of Seattle. Great location with a wonderful view of gently flowing Cedar Creek from dining area. Cascadia has Napoleon Style, Apple Wood Fired, Brick Oven Pizza hand tossed & baked to perfection! Crust crisp on bottom with a slight chew and fresh toppings, make for an epic pizza pleasure for your taste buds. Manager gave me a tour of the kitchen & oven area. They use local cut apple wood inside the stone brick oven that gives it that unique wood-fired flavor and helps to create that perfect crust-appeal! Delicious pizza, didn't know much about this place but passed the store front a few times and finally tried it recently. Glad I did. The dough is fantastic, clearly they use a traditional pizza oven. This pizza place is just off the Cedar River Trail with plenty of outdoor seating and bike parking. The place has a built up food truck feel in that you walk up to a counter and order and then staff bring the food out to the outdoor or indoor/outdoor area. Bonus over a food truck is the place also offers beer and a bathroom. We stopped midway through a Sunday afternoon bike ride and ordered a Tahoma pizza. Flavors were great - just the right amount of toppings. If I had my way I would have had the crust cooked about two minutes longer as it was a bit floppy, but it still tasted good. Consistently good wood fired pizza at a reasonable cost. Just coming back from Como, Italy. This reminded me of pizza we'd get back there. Ingredients were fresh, nothing fancy, just cooked right. Don't expect your typical American/Dominos/pizza hut style pizza. Crust could have had a little bit better crunch and less flop, but sauce was good. We got the Buckley pizza, which was delicious with the goat cheese and peppers, and the Nona pizza, which had some sweetness with the hot honey and ricotta cheese. Service (5/5): it's mostly self serve in terms of utensils and water, but the workers have been very friendly every time we've visited. Ambiance (5/5): we went right when it opened and the place packs up FAST! Parking and seating are limited, so make sure to find a time when it's a little less busy. You can sit inside which has a beautiful view of the Cedar River, or you can sit outside closer to the trail. We haven't been to the physical restaurant yet, but the Food Truck was in our neighborhood recently, so we gave it a try and WOW! We absolutely loved it! Highly highly recommend the Northwestern and the Wenatchee, which were definitely unique as they both had fruit on them (one had apple slices, the other had pear slices). The balsamic drizzle on both really pulled all the flavors together. Service at the food truck was quick and the pizzas traveled well. I think Cascadia is the best pizza in the Seattle area. They have a varied selection of pies with different sauces and toppings. Unlike some of the more famous pizza places that put less and less on their pies, Cascadia puts plenty of toppings on the pies. The crust is both crispy and chewy. Done just right. This is a genuine 4 star place that I would come back to for a quick pizza bite passing by. I ordered Cascadia Margherita pizza and Lombardi Pizza. Both very good. Fluffy and light in weight crust that's fresh. The ingredients are also good and pizza definitely touches that expensive pizza territory. The vibe inside on the patio is also relaxing with views of nature. I can't give 5 stars because I travel the world and USA and there is better pizza out there.
