The pizza at Cascadia certainly did not disappoint. I like to switch things up at times when it comes to my pizza and go with a non tomato base style. The Lombardi was right down my alley with a Garlic Butter base, mozzarella cheese, basil, and nice touch of pepper to top it off. I finished my meal off with a little treat of their S'mores pie desert which was really yummy by the way, I could see that one being a big hit with the little ones. I will be back. Oh! First time trying, I have heard good things. Not many wood fired pizza joints in our area. Pulled up and was a little surprised at the business's building. To me it looked like an old railway caboose- in a good way. Upon further examination they have a nice outdoor seating area. I didn't go in so can't comment on the decor. Outside was an order window and a pickup window. The menu board in front of the building was colorful, descriptive and very cool. The young man at the window was very friendly. He took my order and told me to wait in my car and he'd bring it to me. I ordered a small Butcher- red sauce, cheese, bacon, prosciutto and pepperoni. * best pepperoni I have ever had* it took about 7 min. It was a nice looking pie. The crust was thin with thick but airy edges, evenly cooked. I had a 10 minute drive home so opened the box to keep the crispness. When I bit into it I loved to crunch on the outside. There was little to no flop and the undercarriage was cooked evenly. If I could say anything negative it could have used more cheese. Overall it was worth the drive. Great job! They also serve a variety of microbrews so it would be a great stop with friends! read more

The ambiance of eating by the river helps this place retain it's rating but the overall price paired with quality of pizza and service makes this a solid 3 star joint. It's a bit expensive for what you get IMHO. Also the pizza game in MV is very strong, we have every kind of pizza there is. We were just crusing around and seen this place open. We pulled up and ordered, and this is by far the best pizza I've ever had! I usually do not eat pizza but wood fire is an acception. This is fresh. Made to order, and the fluffiest crust and perfectly thin pizza. (I also usually never eat crust) I'm coming back with the whole family next time! Honestly one of the best Neapolitan Style pizzas I've had in the PNW! I've been to Italy a few times and always wish we had pizza joints close by that make pizza similar to those I've had in Sorrento and Positano, Italy; and Cascadia Pizza did and is doing just that! The dough is SO spot on! I know some reviews mentioned soggy dough or just were not happy with the crust, but I have to respectfully disagree cause the one I had (Margherita) brought my taste buds back to the beautiful cliffs of Napoli. Some customers may just prefer NYC-style; which is a more well-done crust. I could also tell the ingredients were fresh and the sauce and amount of toppings were just right. The restaurant itself had lots of tables - covered seating outdoor and/or some inside what looked like a greenhouse that overlooked the river. The outdoor seating is much appreciated since we can bring our pup with us. The employees were nice; especially Cal (I believe he is a co-owner?), who was super nice and even introduced himself and made us feel welcomed. He even offered our pup some chicken! The prices are a bit more than other pizza restaurants around, but it's still not as much as those in Seattle. Nevertheless, I'd happily pay a little more so as long as the food is good! My husband and I can't wait to go back and try other menu items. read more

Five stars for the pizza, the service, and the setting. Sitting overlooking the Cedar River with a heater was awesome! The servers were all super nice. My 'za had a predicted time of 15-20 minutes but came in about 5 minutes. I had the Wenatchee personal-sized pizza. The crust was perfect; it had just the right chew, not too much, but so, so good. The toppings were light but really well-balanced; nothing overwhelmed it. With a cold beer, I really enjoyed my pizza. For the salad, I'd give it two stars. The greens were really fresh, but this was supposed to be a Caesar salad; Romaine is the lettuce of choice in Caesar salad, not mixed baby greens. The dressing was served on the side but seemed to be an awful rendition that came off of the Cysco truck. As were the boring croutons and pre-grated bland Parmesan cheese, just truly disgusting. I find undressed salads unappealing. The salad went into the trash. So, if you go, stick to the pizza and cold beer. read more

Stopped here during a ride on the Cedar River trail. There is a small walk up the bank and the shop is just above the trail. Ordering takes place at the front window, The heated area behind has limited seating but we found a table, and more importantly, a place to keep our bikes nearby in our view. When I finally got my pizza, it was burnt and the top of the pizza tasted like it still needed some extra cooking time. It was also very oily. Wow! Stopped in at Cloudbreak for coffee and came across this food truck, so ordered two pizzas, the Wenatchee and a pepperoni. Legit. Jacob hand tossed the crust fresh for each order. This is so good: the center is pillowy without being doughy, and the edges were perfectly crisped, just like in Italy. He was friendly and took his time to explain the options and his process. Just him in the truck and he was incredibly productive, especially considering he was flying solo. Love when serendipity strikes and you discover a new place. What a wonderful location. I was sitting at a light to take a left and was tired of waiting so i pulled into this place hahaha There's some really unique flavor combos here that really excite me. My husband got the Hawaiian and i got the Russell. Truly not too expensive for how personalized it is either. Gluten free options available too. I took a bite and was met with some delicious flavors. No lack in flavor. 10/10 on that. However there's one reason why it didn't get a 5 star review. I would realistically give 4.5 if it was an option. But you couldn't hold this pizza with one hand. When you pick it up it flops over and i definitely like it when it's a solid piece. It could've used a few more minutes in the oven. I'll definitely be coming back to try some other flavors and will probably just ask for it to be cooked a little longer :) try it out! read more

I can't say enough about the Maple Valley location! We called ahead (or so we thought). We went up to pay only to learn we accidentally called the Enumclaw location. We felt so bad and started to head to pick up our pizza. Without hesitation they called them to explain we meant to call Maple valley they re-took our order, offered us discounts and I explained it was my error. And without skipping a beat they offered us drinks to wait also! I am always amazed at the service but this tops all! They really love their customers- a lot!! Now let's talk pizza! We ordered 4 varieties. And per usual the crust was perfection and full of toppings the consistency in every variety keeps bringing us back. Maybe you can find cheaper pizza but you won't find better pizza and Absolutely won't find better customer service!! Thank you Maple Valley Cascadia Pizza!! Love this place! We eat a lot of pizza and, specifically, woodfired/Neapolitan style pizza, and there are only a couple of pizzas that leave a positive and lasting impression on us. Cascadia is at the top of that list. The ingredients are fresh and the crust and sauce are perfect. We typically get the Margherita because we like to let the simplicity of the quality ingredients shine - sometimes we'll go crazy and get the Cascadia Margherita LOL. Next time we've promised ourselves that we'll try their wings and a dessert pizza! It's not just the pizza that's special here; The location is fantastic! It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's super cute and has cozy covered seating areas along with a spacious lawn that's great when the weather is nice. It's right on the Cedar River which adds just another awesome layer to the experience. The Cedar River Trail runs right behind the restaurant so you could totally make a day of it. And to top it all off, they allow pups! It was a favorite place of our recently departed little guy, Oliver. We've also eaten at the Enumclaw & North Bend locations. I went with the top two she said cuz I couldn't decide, both had the garlic butter sauce. I liked the one woth the apple slices and barbecue sauce better but that's only becasue I don't care for blue cheese that was on the other. Didn't like the cider beer, you might, but wish I would've got the heffe instead. Oh well next time! Then Danny got the meat one of course with red sauce, don't know the name, he loved it! The toppings were all on point, the crust could use a little more flavor, oil on the bottom, something I don't know. I didn't eat the crust of any of them; tasted like cardboard well that is if cardboard had a taste! Bring a date here! The location is so cute. I've been wanting to try this place for a while. And while my boyfriend and I were out running errands in the Covington area, we decided to order pick up. Our order was promptly ready at the pick up time as they called my name when I walked up to the window. Super friendly service. They repeated our order back to me and even greeted us as we were leaving. I never ever choose to dine outside but the outdoor seating is adorable. The view of the river is lovely and they canopy they have set up with lights gives such a romantic vibe. I would seriously book my wedding reception here if possible lol. We ordered the Small Tahoma (added on jalapenos and red onions) and the Small Evergreen (added pepperoni). The pizzas were perfectly cooked in my opinion. You can really taste the quality of ingredients they use. Love the pepperoni and sausage! My boyfriend ordered a beer there too since we ended up deciding to dine in. We could tell from the weight of the box compared to a large 2- topping pizza from Papa Johns or Frankie's. Half the weight. We tried a custom 3 topping and the prosciutto tasted wonderfully sweet and salty. I understand when a Margarita pizza has patches of cheese, but that's not ok on a regular pizza at this price point. The big slices of mushrooms were sparce. In short, the flavors were there but not the quantity. I expect more for a $25 large pizza. The outdoor seating along the Cedar River is fantastic and the overflow parking at the car repair place is handy on a weekend night. Hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever had, and that's saying A LOT coming from me! I drove all the back here from Burien for my second visit, that's how good it is, especially with that delicious wood fired smell, taste, and texture. Super fresh quality dough and ingredients. Amazing outside grassy seating area with lights, heaters etc. Bonus there's an awesome walking/biking trail and river bank area to explore right behind it. What really gives this place 5 stars though is the staff and customer service. Lilly who took my order both times is one of the nicest, sweetest, and most down to earth person I've met in a long time. My order was slightly complicated and she handled it with grace and happiness. The manager also gave me a FREE small pizza because he simply wanted me to try it with their spicy BBQ sauce, how amazing is that?!
