We waited 2 1/2 hours for one pizza. It was Halloween (and I work in customer service so I get waiting a while especially on a busy night) but we waited 15 minutes for menus and the rest of the time waiting for a single pizza. The pizza is really good except the crust around the edge is way too thick and wide so you get a small amount of pizza and a whole lot of crust around the edge and that's not what I paid for. Finished a hike out at Mt Rainier and craving pizza so popped in to Frankie's. College football on all TVs was a bonus. We ordered the Feeding Frenzy which was packed with meat and vegetables- really tasty if you like everything on your pizza. Nice selection of draft beers. The service was excellent. Frankie's pizza is amazing! I have been gifted twice their pizza. Both times a supreme! Ham, sausage, pepperoni and black olives. The crust is big and tender, the meats moist and full of delicious flavor, the marinara sauce is so good! Cheese is plentiful and delicious, all and all the best pizza around! Too bad I don't have one close to me! The nearest is 13.6 miles away! Ughhh. Highly recomnend! You won't regret it. They have one in Enumclaw, Bonney Lake, Maple Valley, Snoqualmie... may be another location I have missed. They are good! Would love to try other things. read more

Have not had a bad pizza from this place yet. I get a Sausage, Meatball & Garlic thin crust pizza. They are generous with the garlic which is a huge plus for me. I hate paying for garlic on my pizza and not being able to taste it. They are generous with all the toppings to be honest. Thin crust was nice and thin and crisp after I tossed it back in the oven for a couple minutes. Didn't need to be put back in the oven, that's just how I like it. So this is the second time we placed an order online and it didn't go thru thankfully the first time I went in to pick it up so they were able to make it strange since they knew what I was ordering. This time we ordered delivery and got an email confirmation and then waited for over an hour called and was told they didn't receive an order but we were charged was told it should fall off in 10 days. The wraps are a good way to get a pizza in a pocket. My only couple of gripes is that they use ham lunch meat for the " Canada bacon" instead of decent ham or actual Canadian bacon. Not a big deal, but made it feel cheap. Also the marinara is was served with was cold. I will say the service staff were very pleasant and nice, and the area was very clean. I did laugh at the reloaded men's room door with the word " MEN" in blue painters tape. Lol. Common. Like 2.00 at the hardware store to buy a sign, or printed paper... just alittle laugh. After a long drive, coming down from Mt. Rainer National Park we were hungry after stopping for gas and noticed Frankies so we decided to stop in and give them a try. Great pizza (we had the Frankies Special) and the 14" was more than my wife and I could finish. A good selection of beer too, and good salads. This is my favorite place to go have pizza. We always start with their piping hot breadsticks and sauce, delicious!! Next we have the side salads, garden or Caesar both are good sized and are well made and crisp. Then we have the pizza, cooked to perfection and very hot, plenty of toppings too!! They also have sandwiches, Jo Jo's and chicken bites on the menu. Also very good!! They now offer IPA's, wine and mixed drinks from "room25" which is great, they make the best lemon drops I've every had, the only problem is when the bar gets busy you'll have to wait a long time for your drinks, even if you just order a beer. Oki this place is ridiculous! We were a party of 6. The rude waitress said they aren't accepting dine in seating anymore as the restaurant is very overwhelmed and we were offered a take out order. The restaurant is supposed to close at 10, and we went there by 8:30. We were so confused but waited to pick our order. After about 20 minutes 4 other folks(different party) came and I have no idea what happened. The rude waitress told us that we could use their tables for dine in option. We were like what changed. And right after that she walked to the party that came after and asked them to sit too. We still do not know why we weren't offered seating in the first place. Not sure if our race was factored in but this is disappointing. To add to that, we had ordered a) light cheese pizza but got a super cheese pizza b) half chicken and half no chicken on our second pizza but got a full bacon and chicken on it. For a small town like Enumclaw there are not a ton of pizza places to pick from but Frankies has pretty good pizza. They are a little expensive in my opinion paid 49 bucks for 2 pizzas and that's with the second one at half price. Plus 10 dollar tip for delivery. Almost 60 bucks. UGH. I do like their pizza but with Papa Murphy's opening back up I will be buying my pizza there more often than not. I think a Papa Murphy's cowboy cooked on the Traeger is even better for a fraction of the cost. read more

Sometimes the pizza can be subpar maybe once out of every few months, Most of the time however it is really good. The inside is always really clean and the staff is mostly friendly, sometimes we will get someone who is will look at us and walk away and seem to wait for someone else to help us which can be annoying. Well - over the years, we've gotten hit & miss service from Frankies. Kinda a bummer, because one of my kids likes their pizza. We've ordered over 250 pizzas from Frankies over the years for work or home. Over the years, three things have happened: First, the quality of the pizzas seem to drop off slightly in quality. The pizzas arrive a bit more greasy than they used to. Maybe they are using cheaper ingredients? Not sure. Second, their delivery speed seems to be slower, and the staff slightly less interested in really making ya happy. Finally, The straw that broke the camel's back? They aren't honoring their own coupons from their own website. I tried to order tonight using listed on their website as active and they said "no, we don't honor that coupon anymore." Ok - then remove it from your website. But it its there, and someone calls, you should honor it, right? Especially for someone that's done literally thousands of dollars in business with you. Thankfully, we're up north, now in the delivery zone for Sahara Pizza from Black Diamond. We tried them out recently and they are slightly better pizzas, and the people there seem like they want to make you happy when you order. And they honor their coupons. read more

After a long day of powder runs at Crystal Mountain up the street from here I was STARVING. The wife scrounged up some chex mix so I'd stop chewing on the steering wheel. Frankie's Pizza was the first place I saw and threw the Subaru sideways getting in here. Place was mildly busy for 3pm on a Saturday and we were promptly seated and drinks ordered. Waitress was nice and attentive and also worked part-time at Crystal so we swapped stories and talked a bit about conditions, crowds, etc. The breadsticks were super light and fluffy and along with the generous side salads we ordered did wonders for my empty belly. The pizza was also very good, with both of us commenting how great the dough tasted and the freshness of the produce on the pizza. Stopped in here by chance on our way back from a camping trip. It is a simple, medium size pizza joint. There are a few TV's in the corners and if you have a group, for example a kids baseball/soccer team, I bet they could accommodate them with enough of a heads up. The pizza we had was a 16 inch half and half (they have so many yummy specialty pizza options and your basic originals or make your own and they said we could get any pizza 50/50) Pesto Chicken and Buffalo Chicken. Both were AMAZING! The buffalo was my favorite! You should definitely try it! The crust is puffy and just as yummy as the toppings! Frankies is by far the best pizza in town... but doesn't even come close to my top ten list. We order in about 2x a month and the service is great, you can order online which I love (anyone with screaming kids knows the benefits of this). The breadsticks are simple but SO soft and delicious. I don't recommend their pasta ever, stick with the pizza. The crust is dry and lacks much flavor but again, this is not too bad when considering your alternatives. The price is a bit up there - for a family of 2.5 (2 year old) we order the frankies special and it usually runs us about $25 before tip. As far as the actual restaurant goes its very clean, GREAT views of Mt. Ranier and the staff is your average high school after hours staff. Not terrible friendly or quick but its pizza, hard to mess up terribly. Go there for Pizza but for good food head elsewhere. read more

Pizza was okay, nothing great but not bad at all. Service was good, very nice waitress (Michelle). She did a fabulous job. The not so good aspects for me are the tv blaring the whole time. Correction, three tvs blaring. It was hard to hear the conversation at my own table. Also they made my pizza wrong and didn't say a word. I ordered meat Si (kind of a meat lovers pizza) with pineapple and light cheese. They forgot the pineapple and added it after the pizza was cooked. Didn't say a word. Did they think a person who purposely orders pineapple cooked into their pizza wouldn't notice? Luckily there's a hundred places to go to eat after a day of skiing or playing in the woods.
