The pizza is delicious, hands down! I like that it isn't all dough. We got the Wenatchee with a side of hot honey. Definitely a must. It has a nice covered patio to sit at or you can grab it to go and eat it next door at the brewery. Pizza was fast and service was great. Also close location to the shops in town. read more

I thought i found the best pizza place in town until i tried Cascadia Pizza. They exceeded my expectations and taste buds. Have visited them twice now and we absolutely love the Lolo and the Tahoma. My husband's favorite is the Lolo while mine is the Tahoma (mostly because i am obsessed with pesto sauce and this pizza hits the spot lol). Both have such a chewy crust, not burnt, and not hard to bite off. We usually order a large and it comes to about $50ish. Pizza is always usually done in 20ish minutes. Overall, we will continue to visit. We have our faves but will be down to try other pizzas down the road. read more

Hot damn I love Cascadia Pizza. I live around the Puyallup area and I kid you not, there have been multiple occassions where I have driven clear out to Enumclaw or Bellevue, JUST FOR PIZZA! I cannot get enough! From the crust, to the flavors, and the cheese blend, this place is perfect in every way. This location has some covered outdoor seating options or because the Breweries in Enumclaw are legit, they allow you to bring food from other restaurants in so it's not uncommon that we grab pizza here and walk next door to Fills to enjoy a drink of two while we eat. Service is usually quick and polite! You can't go wrong here, I assure you. I do recommend the Northwestern! read more

This is a walk up pizza window. They have tons of variety in terms of toppings. I would say this is medium to medium-high end pizza. They have a few covered outdoor seats but it seems like most people are doing carry out. Presentation of the food was good, taste was average, service was very poor, from the moment we walked up to the window, we were ignored. The 4 people working seemed way more interested in their own conversation than to be bothered by customers! We were the only people there it was 2:30 on a Saturday and they didn't seem very busy. We ordered our pizza and weee told it would be about 15 minutes, we waited almost 30 minutes for the pizzas!! The workers just seemed lazy! We sat there trying to eat our pizza and fight off the hornets the garbage can was pretty full and there was food on the ground. Super bummed because the reviews are why we chose this place. OMG. my husband heard about this from a co-worker. Came hungry on a Sunday and the smell was amazing. But that was not the amazing part after all. The employees were the BOMB!!! I got to talking about gluten free crust, as we have one needed in our group, for future orders. They were kind and spent time advising what it was made of and the precautions used when someone orders them. I ended up bringing one home to try to make sure our family member likes it. The pizza was amazing the service is a reason to come back over and over too! We plan to eat our way through the menu. Heard the wings are worth the drive over too. I don't Yelp anymore, but I broke my silence for this wood fired pizza truck that was parked next to Postdoc Brewing in Redmond. In a few words, best pizza I've had. Sweet, crispy crust, garlicy, with tons of great toppings. The mini pepperoni is what's missing in all pizzas. They curl on the edges forming little cups of crispy deliciousness. The margherita pizza was almost equally as delish. It just lacked the crispy cups of goodness that the mini pepperoni brings :) Enjoy!! read more

We stopped here to pick up some personal pizzas after a day of skiing/snowboarding at Crystal Mountain, and it sure did hit the spot! We ordered 3 personal sized pizzas, which came out fresh from the oven in about 15 minutes: Butcher, Lolo, and Russell. The crust was perfectly cooked and crisp. I really loved that it was NOT greasy. The toppings were abundant, very tasty, and of great quality. Since we love the maple valley location we decided to stop by this location since we were in the area. It looked like there was only 2 of them working and we were given a 15-20 min wait time. We checked on and off up to the 35 min wait time and our pizza was still not ready. The guy making the pizza was checking his phone and hanging out with the other worker when my husband went to ask them they were like "oh it's coming" and saw them quickly making our order and we finally received our pizza waiting over 45 min because of their mistake. Pizza quality was good but the wait kind of ruined it. If they would have told us from the start it would take that long we would have been fine and made use of our time. Went there last weekend and ordered a large pizza. Staff was pleasant and pretty accommodating since I wanted half Tahoma and half Lombardi. The pizza was tasty but every slice had partially burnt crust. I saw that the owner responded to a review stating their pizzas are cooked on a wood fired oven but there is a difference between char and portions of the crust that is inedible. read more

I was very excited to try this is out due to the great reviews. We ordered a large Northwestern. It was a big disappointment. The worst pizza that I have ever tasted. We waited for over 50 minutes. Pizza was bland, tasteless, and looked like a bowl of arugula was dump over. Limited napkins and the bathroom trashcan was overflowing plus, no papertowels to dry your hands. I really enjoyed getting my pizza in Enumclaw... They were a lot nicer and the pizza was better... The cascadia in Maple Valley was not one of the best, granite it was busy... Pita Burrito, Carne Asada ($16.27) - Huge burrito incoming, probably over 2 lb. I would say similar to Mission-sized, but the interior ingredients are not quite up to standard. Still, very impressive for the region. There's a large tortilla, warm and pliable, absolutely filled with tons of stuff. Firstly, a very good portion of beef, not seasoned much other than salt, but giving a great beefy flavor. The beef chunks are crisped up on the flat top perfectly, giving plenty of texture. This does dry out the meat, so there's a tradeoff, but that's what the cheese, guac and sour cream are for. Enough moisture is included so that, while not nearly as messy to eat as a typical Mission burrito, it's enough for each bite. There's a well balanced portion of rice and beans as well. The construction is pretty good so the burrito can be eaten in the hand without issues. (5/5) Is this the best burrito in the world, as some people seem to think? No way, but I think it's very solid for being in Washington and is one of the best I've had since moving to the state. Note: Pita's charges a little extra for credit card usage. I'm not sure how much percentage (it was 27 cents for us), and I don't recall them having a sign up stating they charge for credit cards.

They serve breakfast and lunch, and since they often sell out by 2PM, it's best to arrive early. We ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sammy, the Candied Jalapeño Chicken Sammy, loaded tots, and a blackberry milkshake. These are four-napkin sandwiches -- huge, messy, and finger-licking good. You'll want a bottled water in the car to rinse your hands after tackling one of these. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sammy came stacked with a giant fried chicken breast coated in their house hot sauce, layered with slaw and pickles on a brioche bun. The Candied Jalapeño Chicken Sammy had crisp chicken, melted cheese, sautéed onion, lettuce, and their sweet-heat jalapeño sauce. Pita Burrito, Carne Asada ($16.27) - Huge burrito incoming, probably over 2 lb. I would say similar to Mission-sized, but the interior ingredients are not quite up to standard. Still, very impressive for the region. There's a large tortilla, warm and pliable, absolutely filled with tons of stuff. Firstly, a very good portion of beef, not seasoned much other than salt, but giving a great beefy flavor. The beef chunks are crisped up on the flat top perfectly, giving plenty of texture. This does dry out the meat, so there's a tradeoff, but that's what the cheese, guac and sour cream are for. Enough moisture is included so that, while not nearly as messy to eat as a typical Mission burrito, it's enough for each bite. There's a well balanced portion of rice and beans as well. The construction is pretty good so the burrito can be eaten in the hand without issues. (5/5) Is this the best burrito in the world, as some people seem to think? No way, but I think it's very solid for being in Washington and is one of the best I've had since moving to the state. Note: Pita's charges a little extra for credit card usage. I'm not sure how much percentage (it was 27 cents for us), and I don't recall them having a sign up stating they charge for credit cards.
