I thought i found the best pizza place in town until i tried Cascadia Pizza. They exceeded my expectations and taste buds. Have visited them twice now and we absolutely love the Lolo and the Tahoma. My husband's favorite is the Lolo while mine is the Tahoma (mostly because i am obsessed with pesto sauce and this pizza hits the spot lol). Both have such a chewy crust, not burnt, and not hard to bite off. We usually order a large and it comes to about $50ish. Pizza is always usually done in 20ish minutes. Overall, we will continue to visit. We have our faves but will be down to try other pizzas down the road. read more

Hot damn I love Cascadia Pizza. I live around the Puyallup area and I kid you not, there have been multiple occassions where I have driven clear out to Enumclaw or Bellevue, JUST FOR PIZZA! I cannot get enough! From the crust, to the flavors, and the cheese blend, this place is perfect in every way. This location has some covered outdoor seating options or because the Breweries in Enumclaw are legit, they allow you to bring food from other restaurants in so it's not uncommon that we grab pizza here and walk next door to Fills to enjoy a drink of two while we eat. This is a walk up pizza window. They have tons of variety in terms of toppings. I would say this is medium to medium-high end pizza. They have a few covered outdoor seats but it seems like most people are doing carry out. I don't Yelp anymore, but I broke my silence for this wood fired pizza truck that was parked next to Postdoc Brewing in Redmond. In a few words, best pizza I've had. Sweet, crispy crust, garlicy, with tons of great toppings. The mini pepperoni is what's missing in all pizzas. They curl on the edges forming little cups of crispy deliciousness. Since we love the maple valley location we decided to stop by this location since we were in the area. It looked like there was only 2 of them working and we were given a 15-20 min wait time. We checked on and off up to the 35 min wait time and our pizza was still not ready. The guy making the pizza was checking his phone and hanging out with the other worker when my husband went to ask them they were like "oh it's coming" and saw them quickly making our order and we finally received our pizza waiting over 45 min because of their mistake. Pizza quality was good but the wait kind of ruined it. If they would have told us from the start it would take that long we would have been fine and made use of our time. Went there last weekend and ordered a large pizza. Staff was pleasant and pretty accommodating since I wanted half Tahoma and half Lombardi. The pizza was tasty but every slice had partially burnt crust. The staff were super helpful, kind, and made excellent pies - we tried the Cascadia Margherita, the Buckley, the Wenatchee (my personal fave), the Tahoma, and the Cowboy. Every single pizza was cooked perfectly, had a generous amount of toppings, delicious crust, and overall tasted absolutely incredible. We also tried their Cascadia Sticks which were awesome as well. 100% worth the drive from Puyallup and we left knowing that we'd be making frequent trips back to this spot in the future! read more
