Wow. WOW. This pizza is excellent. Our family went out to the Enumclaw location on Saturday afternoon to taste-test a bunch of pizzas and they definitely did not disappoint. The staff were super helpful, kind, and made excellent pies - we tried the Cascadia Margherita, the Buckley, the Wenatchee (my personal fave), the Tahoma, and the Cowboy. Every single pizza was cooked perfectly, had a generous amount of toppings, delicious crust, and overall tasted absolutely incredible. We also tried their Cascadia Sticks which were awesome as well. 100% worth the drive from Puyallup and we left knowing that we'd be making frequent trips back to this spot in the future! read more

The pizza was very good. The Caesar salad was terrible. The lettuce was wilted and some of it was rotten and disgusting. The croutons were soft and mushy. I highly recommend the pizza but skip the salad. read more

I got the Jabroni it was okay not the best I've had also a little burnt. I also got the Ceasar Salad and there definitely was not enough dressing as they only gave you a little cup for a lot of salad. Overall I rate on a scale of would I go back or not.. I would not go back. read more

My parents were at a breakfast location nearby when a couple paid for their meal! The waitress mentioned they owned Cascadia Pizza down the street. So here we are! We ordered the Lolo and a cheese pizza for my son. The pizza was delicious!! I have found that most wood fired pizza the crust is so hard it hurts my mouth, but this is not the case for Cascadia! Solid wood fired pizza. About $13 for 10" individual pizza. The wagon at their new Maple Valley location (slates to open in April) accommodated my desire for The Lombardi. I called Enumclaw venue and Blaine forwarded my request to the mobile pizza oven wagon off MV Hwy (old Testy Chef locale for you old-timers). When I ordered online I was able to add and delete some of the toppings. In hopeful they add more veggie options and less red sauce options:pesto would be great! Looking forward to Pizza of the Month options and am hopeful they do a customer creation of the month- just to keep things interesting. read more

First time trying this place. I was disappointed with how skimpy the toppings were. I ordered "The Duke." Bbq sauce, chicken, jalapenos, cilantro, red onion, tomato's, goat cheese, and buffalo drizzle. (Take a look at the picture) I paid 27 dollars for one medium size pizza after a 15% tip. I feel like you should taste all the ingredients in each bite you take. The pizza had a few jalapenos on the pizza and a light sprinkle of goat cheese. I barely tasted any cilantro on there. The pizza itself tasted good I was just extremely disappointed in the lack of toppings for the price. You can order only a 10' or 14' small/medium. The pizzas are expensive and you can barely feed two people with one pizza and feel full. read more

We were staying in Enumclaw and visiting family, tired after a long trip up from California. Looked online for restaurants near our lodging, and stopped as soon as we saw wood fired pizza, with the bonus of being able to order and pay online. I got the Margherita and my husband ordered the Evergreen. Both were absolutely divine, so good in fact that we ordered again a few nights later. It's not an easy thing to get a simple Margherita pizza made correctly, but Cascadia nailed it. The crust was sheer perfection, about the best I've ever had. The icing on the cake was the wonderful employees. They were all super nice and friendly, and you could tell they truly cared about the quality of their product. Were it possible, I'd give them more than five stars. Loved them!!! read more

Man, I really love a good Neapolitain pie.. And I really wanted this place to be good, but time and time again (I gave them a few chances). I was troubled with cheap, low quality ingredients.. poorly proofed gooey dough and high prices.. It was $30 for just an order of wings and a small pizza (like personal size). There are at least three places I can get better pizza here on the plateau and one of them is my house. I get it, there's a market for garbage pizza, and the clientele aren't really picky like I am, but If you're going to make cheap, crummy pizza at least charge what it's worth. read more

I want to rate this place higher and might eventually update this post because I do want to try them again. Tried them for the first time a couple days ago and ordered three pizzas. My pizza was decent. We ordered a Cheese Pizza for my son and my wife ordered a Gluten Free Cascadia Margherita Pizza. These two pizzas are the reason I am on the fence. The Cheese Pizza was really good. Crust nice and crispy and really good flavor. That's the reason I want to try this place again. My wife picked up the pizzas and double checked them before she left. Turns out there was no tomato and no balsamic drizzle on the Cascadia Margherita Pizza. So she went back in and asked them to fix the pizza. The employee took the pizza back and put cold sliced tomatoes on the pizza and handed it back to her. She then had to ask the employee to put the balsamic drizzle on the pizza because he didn't do that the second time around either. Could have just been a rough night at the office, just didn't appreciate the service or lack there of. read more

Dropped by while passing through and ordered a Large Evergreen with onions instead of sausage. Most of their combinations include meat and I think in terms of flavor they may be a bit dependent on that for their toppings. They used good quality sauce and cheese in my opinion. The kitchen looked clean and workers were wearing gloves. The crust was tasty and had good texture, however half of it was quite burnt and the inside of the pie was a bit undercooked. This made the slice difficult to pick up and soggy tasting on the first few bites. Perhaps the oven wasn't hot enough before putting the pizza in? We had several great pizza from Cascada but last night I ordered at about 5:00 a Tahoma . The man said that will be ready in 10 minutes. I just down the road from Pizza place I told my husband how can you have a pizza ready in 10 minutes. Well we sure found out how . He went to window to pay they said it's coming out of oven now.It hadn't even been 10 minutes. I should have taken it back . The crust had been pre back was brown but cold the ingredients was like bite into a glob cold cheese I didn't even taste that wonder flavor of the crust because it wasn't fresh. Well I learned a lesson if they say pizza ready in 10 minutes that's a problem and I should have thought why is the parking lot empty. It's sad businesses have a good product and then they start cutting corners . I would be going back its to expensive to get horrible food . read more

We stopped by Cascadia Pizza on our way back from Mount Rainier, and I am very glad we did stumble across this spot. The pizza and wings are cooked in a wood fired oven, and both came out perfectly crispy. The wings were done just right and were juicy on the inside with a nice crust on the outside, and they also had a nice wood fired cast iron flavor. We tried the pepperoni pizza which was done just right. We live in NYC and were happy to find a good pizza after a long hike. We also tried the NW Salad which had a nice balance of flavor. Everyone working there was super friendly and cared about their pizza. We will definitely be back next time we swing through Enumclaw. read more

There are not many businesses out there that have the level of dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail that this restaurant has. My wife and I were scheduled to get married in august of 2020 at a venue in Snohomish county. Cascadia was the obvious choice for our caterer and they did everything to make the process of planning the reception as easy and fun as possible. COVID came and our plans went out the window. We planned for a year after reception at a new venue and inquired with Cascadia about our options. They were more than open to the idea and did everything I'm their power to make the process painless and even a bit fun. A year later reception was not what we imagined would happen when we reached out to Cascadia nearly three years prior but I could not imagine doing it with anyone other than them. The service was outstanding, the pizza was was phenomenal, and the memories will last a lifetime. I am forever thankful for everything they did to assist us and will recommend them to everyone! I cannot put into words how much I love this pizza place. My first experience with them was their food truck and it was fantastic. At some point I tried a speciality breakfast pizza from them at the Bacon Eggs and Kegs event in Seattle. It was amazing. My friends raved and quickly went back to order another pizza to go. When my fiancé decided that he really wanted pizza for our wedding, Cascadia was the obvious choice. Cascadia set up a cute tasting for us, were very responsive, and were all set to venture with their wood fire stove to Issaquah. Our large wedding is now cancelled (after being postponed) thanks fo covid. The Cascadia were so emphatic and made dealing with canceling easier to deal with. My husband and I ordered 2 of the smaller sized pizza to share. I ordered the Buckley and he ordered the Butcher. It only took about 5 mins to get our pizzas and we ate there at one of the 2 tables they have outside. We all agreed that the pizzas were amazing! The pizza was thin and soft so you can fold over. First of all, Cascadia Pizza never disappoints. We've probably had 60+ pizzas from them. From catering our wedding, to serving up a few pizzas to take next door to Fills and have a beer or 4.
