FOOD: 2* I ordered the coconut shrimp curry. This dish was not what I expected. The shrimp was tough and over cooked. Smelled more fishy than coconut flavor. It was incredibly frustrating. I called the Enumclaw Jersey Mike's expecting there wouldn't be much they could do, but David completely turned the situation around. This wasn't Jersey Mike's fault at all, and their customer service is exactly why we'll keep coming back. We've never had a bad experience here--the staff is always friendly, the food is consistently great, and they truly care about their customers. Thank you, David, for going above and beyond.
