Service was excellent, same cozy atmosphere, new owners since we were last here. East Indian food and owner now, most of the previous menu items with new Indian cuisine items. Indian Dishes come with what they call naan, it is nothing like naan. Tastes and looks like pizza crust, even has the oven marks on the bottom. Indian flavors are on point, but he doesn't use traditional coconut milk, just heavy cream. TBH it's like he's gone cheap and is trying to save money. We probably won't be back sadly.

Super Indian cuisine. I had the coconut chicken and samosas. Service was friendly and the food was ou

THE DUSTY SHELF: WHERE COFFEE MEETS CARVED SWAYZE SANCTUARY…read more Listen, their pour-over coffee is a masterpiece - each cup meticulously prepared with water so pure it makes angels weep. BUT CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE LIFE-SIZED HAND-CARVED CEDAR STATUE OF PATRICK SWAYZE FROM "POINT BREAK" DOING A PERFECT BACKSIDE AIR WHILE HOLDING AN ESPRESSO CUP? It's positioned by the cream and sugar station with such precision that when the morning light hits it, even the FBI agents would cry. Their Earl Grey is sourced from a secret garden tended by tea mystics. Whatever. Because I just witnessed the unveiling of their newest masterpiece: a mahogany Swayze in full "Dirty Dancing" lift pose, holding aloft not Jennifer Grey, but a perfectly balanced chai latte. The craftsmanship on those wooden dance pants is UNPRECEDENTED. Sure, their single-origin Ethiopian beans are hand-selected by monks who've taken a vow of excellent taste. But let's talk about what's really important: the rotating display of "Road House" Swayze carvings, each depicting a different roundhouse kick frozen in pine and oak. The one where he's simultaneously bouncing a troublemaker AND pulling a perfect shot of espresso? *chef's kiss* The baristas can discuss coffee varietals with scholarly precision, but can they explain why I just spent three hours staring at the intricate detail work on the "Ghost" sculpture where Swayze's wooden hands are simultaneously throwing pottery AND tamping espresso grounds? The artist even carved tiny clay spatter on his rolled-up sleeves! Their matcha ceremony is a testament to tradition. Cool. But have you seen the walnut Swayze from "Black Dog" arm-wrestling a bear while balancing a French press on his head? They say it took seven master carvers and one Patrick Swayze historian to get the mullet exactly right. The wall of Swayze isn't just art - it's a timeline of cinematic history carved in exotic hardwoods. They've arranged the statues chronologically, with special lighting that makes them appear to dance at exactly 3:17 PM every day. I've rearranged my entire work schedule around this miracle. Five stars for their beverage program - their commitment to craft is outstanding. But INFINITE SWAYZE stars for creating the world's first coffee shop/Swayze sculpture garden. I've started hosting guided tours. Tuesday's theme is "From 'The Outsiders' to Outer Bark: A Journey Through Wooden Swayze Evolution." P.S. I heard they're commissioning a new piece: Swayze from "To Wong Foo" carved entirely from rare purple heartwood. I've already taken out a second mortgage to fund my daily visits during the carving process. P.P.S. The pastries are excellent too, but have you seen how they're displayed on shelves supported by brackets carved to look like Swayze's perfectly chiseled jawline? That's attention to detail. Note: To the health inspector who questioned whether wooden Swayze statues belong near food preparation areas - clearly you've never experienced the purifying power of Patrick's carved gaze watching over your coffee grinding technique. Special Addendum: I'm not saying they should add more, but I am saying there's a conspicuous lack of "Steel Dawn" Swayze wielding a sword made of coffee stirrers. Just an observation. Remember: Nobody puts Swayze in the corner. They put him on handcrafted pedestals made from reclaimed barn wood, illuminated by vintage Edison bulbs that make his wooden muscles glisten like morning dew on a coffee leaf.

But first, let's make like Marty McFly and go back in time. My bud says let's go meet up for burgers and brew. I'm like, "Sure, don't gotta ask me twice." And off we went. My mind was blown by all the things in such close proximity of each other... I mean like a parking lot closeness. We got some serious grub burgers, with a brewery next door to enjoy said tasty meat patties. With a distillery in the back/front, and a wine or tea bar on the other side. You don't have to go far to stumble or crawl. Ok... moving forward... back to Burger Buds! I had no idea this was the original truck or location. I live out in the Maple Valley area, and we frequent that burger buds often. However, every time I go, I always want to try a new burger. And the Wenatchee was calling my name. Something about crisp Washington apples and cheese just sounded good with some candied bacon. C'mon son! Not to mention their fries! We ordered our food, found a place to sit down inside the brewery, ordered some cider, and once the food was ready, we just sat and hung out and enjoyed conversation. This is a perfect location! So hats off to the owners of Burger Buds and Headworks Brewery for their joint adventure! Thank you for the experience and as always, enjoy and found a new Happy Place!

If you have had Spanish Patatas Bravas, then you'll know that dish is primarily potatoes, and that's the experience you would expect. However, this is an American breakfast joint that probably is not trying to make Patatas Bravas. When the food came, it was cold. When my wife confronted the lead waitress about it, she said, "wow, you must be pissed. We've never had a complaint before." To credit the staff, they grudgingly refunded the amount of our meal, and were testy about our complaints. They seemed to not care because they said "if you ever decide to come back again" which shouldn't ever be said to any customer. We make the choice to come, and we felt like the restaurant is trying to cut costs through using cheaper ingredients. In this case, a lot of poorly cooked and soggy potatoes. We were not impressed. Maybe the other items on the menu are much better? Scrambles had their own box on the menu, and seemed to be their signature dishes. A lot less potatoes would be a major improvement. Better yet, hearing feedback from customers and acting on it, even better. Most of the fixes are simple. Adjust the ingredients. Everything needs to be served much hotter! The blueberry muffin arrived barely warmed, too dry and without any butter. I felt the whole dining experience could have been much better.
