Their food and preparation used to be on point but they've severely lacked the last few times we've been. Orders have been completely mixed up, modifications have been missed. Their employees are not wearing masks and considering we are in the midst of a global pandemic and they are required in this state, it makes no sense to me why they're not all wearing masks. Yesterday we got takeout and both my mother in law and my salad had old lettuce, it was wilted and dark green/black. We wanted to host a food truck for our company Holiday party being held at a local brewery. We reached out to Cascadia and the entire process was efficient and thorough. Prompt email replies while negotiating the event and they were even able to come down on the normal minimum due to the day and timing of the event. The day of the event, the truck arrived and was set up and ready as described. The staff were super friendly. But it was the pizza that stole the show. Chewy doughy crust that crisps up on the edges just right. The toppings were not too heavy or too skimpy. The flavors were delicious. Red and white sauce pizzas. They were even able to accommodate a vegan, gluten free employee albeit not with GF cheese. Overall, it was a very pleasant, enjoyable experience and we would definitely hire them to do it again. read more

Went to take the kids to the park and decided to pick up at pizza on the way. We had been disappointment one other time with the quality of the pizza but decided to give them another chance. They said it would take 15-20 mins after waiting 40 minutes we got our pizza and went to the park. We open the box to see this black burnt pizza. We called the manager and he said he remember seeing our pizza but thought it looked good enough to serve to us. When I went to pick up a new pizza I asked why it looked like this and he explained how they like there pizzas to look this way and went on and on as he pinched my black burn crust and it fell apart. I honestly never thought we would get to experience Cascadia's catering service/use our large deposit we gave them from our failed Covid wedding attempt in the summer of 2020. Since the time we had to cancel our original wedding plans, Shannon had reached out multiple times to see if there were any events they could cater for us and use up that deposit. I found it was extremely impressive of Shannon to keep reaching out to see how we could make something work, and I'm so glad we finally got to almost two years later when they recently catered my baby shower! The pizza, appetizers and salad were DELICIOUS I can't say enough good things about the quality of Cascadia's food. Also, I believe it was Isaac who was there the day of making the pizza, he was so kind, attentive and courteous he is truly a great employee and his service went above and beyond any of my expectations. In addition, Isaac also made sure that my husband got to try their pizza as well and was really excited that I was able to bring a pizza home to him after the baby shower and we both agreed we can't wait to come visit your store front and try more items on the menu. Because it wasn't cut well we couldn't divvy up pizza well because it tore apart in chunks with toppings falling off all over the place.
