I wanted to try this place because it had some pretty good reviews.. but I was superrrr disappointed. First of all, I got charged $27 for 1 pizza.. if I'm getting charged that much for a pizza then I'm expecting some high quality bomb stuff.. but instead I got a pizza with almost no sauce on it and barely any cheese.. it was super dry and it was pretty small for a "large" sized pizza.. just overall crappy price and crappy quality.. I went back again today and it's a definate improvement from last time. No more chemical taste (Bill explained the nonstick pans needed seasoning), the oven was adjusted properly and the dipping sauce now tastes right. While their pizza is almost identical to Robin Hood's, the cheese is a bit different and overall it seems less salty, which is a good thing. I suggested that they try something to differentiate themselves-a chicken curry or paneer masala style pizza, so that may become a reality in the future. read more

This pizza joint is the perfect addition to the neighborhood. Normally I order from Papa Johns but I'm glad to have an independent alternative. I've tried most of their pizzas and they're all made well. But the real treat here is the calzones. The secret ingredient might be crack. At the recommendation of the local HR Block we decided to try BSN Pizza. Best decision we've made in a while. When you get pizza from a big chain it's usually covered in grease and the crust quality of the pizza itself suffers because of it. Not the case with BSN. It's very refreshing when you can scoop your piece out of the box *by the way, wax paper and a topper to stop the box from being crushed. Nice touch guys*and your hand isn't covered in grease after. As for the actual pizza itself everything was cooked perfectly, the cheese was melted and the toppings were slightly crisp yet, the crust wasn't under or overcooked. The sauce wasn't overly sweet either, it reminded me more of a red sauce than a traditional chain store pizza sauce. In a world full of chain pizza stores BSN is a very welcome change. It may cost a few more dollars for each pizza but it's worth every single penny. read more

Last time I went to the orignal Robin Hood Pizza in Auburn, I found the crust to be a bit squishy, so I decided to give BSN a try. Their steak pizza is without a doubt much better than the one from the Robin Hood in Kent (which isn't even worth eating). The crust here was nice; it wasn't greasy or "bready," even though it was almost as thick and fluffy as a pan pizza. It was perfectly cooked all the way through without being the slightest bit overdone. The cornmeal on the bottom was a bit of a nuisance, but you couldn't taste it, so that was okay. One of my mom's comments was something along the lines of, "the one thing this is missing is mushrooms," which is ironic since according to the menu, the steak pizza comes with mushrooms. I couldn't find any, and I agree, it could use them. The cheese bread was just "okay" this time. It would be better with more cheese. Overall, it wasn't bad, but it may not be the pinnacle of pizza. read more

This place is fantastic! You have to get one of their calzones. Now when I crave pizza it's the taste of their calzones! The owner is so nice to me and my boyfriend who eat there all the time. We are extremely lucky we live across the street. We recently has some of their pasta and holy cow, it was so good. I would have rated this place 5 stars but they could definitely improve their customer service a bit. We sat down to eat and had to keep asking for napkins, plates, pepper packets, and cheese packets. Love that theyre family owned but id recommend paying a bit more attention to making sure a customer has a great experience to even want to go back. Now...on to the pie. I came upon BSN pizza by accident while looking for a gas station on the way home from visiting family. I can never resist trying pizza from somewhere new to me, so I stopped in and ordered some for the drive home. I was a bit worried at first because the place was completely empty, and the interior, while clean, looked a bit neglected and outdated. However my worries were completely erased with my first bite. I ordered a pepperoni personal pan pizza and some Italian bread. I was amazed by the amount of food I got for around $12. It was definitely more than enough for two people, and possibly a third. The pizza was by far the best pizza I have ever had. The thick crust was nice and chewy without being doughy, and there was a perfect amount of a nice, zesty sauce. There were plenty of toppings and the pepperoni was spicy without being too overwhelming. There was so much food that I had to save the Italian bread for later. BSN will definitely be my go to pizza place whenever I am in the Auburn area. read more

Ordered online at 535p prepaid for delivery and was told an estimated delivery time between 635-645pm. I waited until 7p to call the restaurant and was told the delivery driver had left and was on his way. Waited until 730p to call again and was put on hold while the woman who picked up called the driver. According to her there was an accident and he was not going to deliver my order and he was returning to the restaurant. At this point, we are about an hour past the estimated delivery time and almost 2 hrs from the time I ordered the pizza. I was not called ahead of time to let me know anything was going on and there was no call to let me know that my order was not going to be delivered. I was just told, "sorry you can call Menufy to get your money back". This review is based solely on their customer service and not their actual pizza. I received a free 14" coupon at the end of August after moving to the area. The coupon said that it was good for 90 days. So I attempted to redeem it and the guy on the phone told me it had expired. I assumed since I didn't even move here until mid-august and I didn't receive the coupon until the end of August; that it should be good for 90 days (i.e. end of November). I guess not. I am not going to argue with you over a free pizza; it's not worth it. Plus the reviews for the pizza here aren't that great anyways. Sorry for the low stars. Very nice people here. The Family not too much for experience in the pizza business. The worst for me was the crust. It was foamy like a sponge in texture, I want the taste of an oven on the bottom of my pizza the cheese was bland and sparse. I know they are trying to be competitive price wise, but frankly, I'd rather spend the extra .50 - .75 cents and get the better pizza....The rewards program needs a little re-thinking.... You have to spend $50 to get a free Pepsi... A $100 for a 2 liter... Then it goes up from there... Some customers may find it a little troubling by the amounts they have to spend and what they are really getting for being loyal to your business..... Sorry... I still like the family.... read more
