The gentleman that helped us take our order made sure we got what we ordered, because the wrong sauce was put on our pizza. He confirmed we wanted white sauce and not red sauce. Placed an order over the phone. Came to pick up pizza. They were ready as promised in 20 minutes. The restaurant inside is very clean, person behind the counter was very friendly. These are not your regular pizzas from pizza joints. These are pizzas with a twist. The crust was absolutely soft and cloudy the flavors of veggies were robust and fresh. I used to love ordering from here, but the last three orders have not been good or correct so unfortunately I'm done wasting money here. The pizza is almost always missing at least one ingredient that's in the website description, and the last three times the plant based chicken has come completely unseasoned (it used to have quite a lot). My boyfriend and I always make the effort to go down here because they honestly make the best pizza. The order is usually done in about 30 mins, which is a reasonable amount of time for us to drive down as we sadly now live far from here. However, the wait is always worth it. The first bite of their pizza makes you crave for more. After trying their full menu of pizzas, we have to say our favorite is the Indian Garlic. The sauce definitely brings the whole pizza together. It is not your typical marinara sauce. It is a twist you just definitely don't expect in a whole good way. Since we have tried their whole menu of pizzas, we decided to start trying their wings and pasta. I recommend the Butter Chicken Pasta. It does have an overload on onions but that is just my preference. It is also a little spicy but that just makes the pasta more enjoyable. Their wings were okay. The taste reminded me a bit of the frozen wings you get at the store. It could be that they weren't as fresh. Overall, this place is a must for you to try. I decided to take a chance and try them for Indian pizza instead of my usual spot just 1 block away, and must admit that I made a poor choice to stray. The crust gives public school pizza vibes with that spongy-yeasty texture, and it cheapens the fun toppings that they offer. I got the butter chicken pizza, fried paneer, and bone-in chicken wings. The wings were good - I asked for the tandoori and tikka masala flavors and both were spicy and flavorful. Sadly, the fried paneer was soggy from delivery, and the pizza was super disappointing. Lame crust, not enough toppings/sauce, and sliced irregularly. I also felt very deceived that their delivery was through Doordash even though the website made it seem like they had internal delivery. Their branding is also very unclear - they seem to go by "Pizza Twist" but also "Chicago's Pizza with a Twist". I *love* Indian pizzas so this place has been on my bookmarks since they first got added on Yelp. I had recently considered doing carry out, but realized that delivery people typically have those heated bags that really keep the heat in since they're electric. Well, Chicago Pizza With a Twist is not one of those places with the fancy pizza bags. In fact, the bag looked incredibly flimsy and I totally would have been better off just picking it up. I digress. I ordered directly through their website, which has a few little problems and mobile and they only accept cash (????) ... alright then. I was definitely surprised to see that, but I was able to find the cash I needed so I went with it. Going through a third party app would probably mitigate that. I decided to keep it simple: bread sticks, Tikka Masla veggie pizza and paneer pakoras. Everything was quite cold by the time I got it *sigh* though it was delivered in the 45 min window they predicted. Overall good flavors and the smell was so good that the kitchen vultures promptly swooped in to grab their share! I'd be willing to do either pick up or dine in just so I could get a properly heated pizza from them in the future, but this isn't going to replace other places I can get Indian pizza anytime soon. read more

What happened?! This place is no longer serving the same delicious flavorful high quality Indian pizza that I used to come here for. I've gave them two chances, just in case they were having an "off day" but I've confirmed it, it is definitely not the same as before. The spicy lamb was tasteless: lamb was dry and flavorless, tasted like jerky, no sauce, missing a lot of ingredients that it used to have such as cilantro, ginger, SAUCE! Definitely not the same! The butter chicken pizza was also very dry and the flavor was lacking. I was very disappointed. Did they change cooks?! This used to be my go to Indian pizza place that I used to order from for my out of town guests too back when they were Benson Pizza. Not anymore...I just can't come back here. Go inside and find I don't have none in hot wings but mini boneless chicken nuggets with no flavoring that are burnt to high heavens. At a glance, you might think that Chicago's Pizza with a Twist was a hole-in-the-wall, but they're actually a franchise with multiple locations across the US. That being said, they're a pretty good franchise that you need to try at least once. We've been back several times since we discovered this pizza joint because it's so good for the price point. They have an ongoing promo for Buy One Get One 50% Off, so we've slowly been working our way through all of the pizzas. It comes out to about $30 for 2 large pizzas. I love that they don't skimp out on toppings, and their Indian pizzas are so incredible thanks to all of the spices used. However, having lived in Chicago for 3 years, their crust does not live up to the name. Their deep dish crust was not worth it, so now we stick to the regular crust, which isn't good either. It's on the dry side and isn't satisfying whatsoever. All in all, I'd give this place 3.5 stars if I could. The crust is only 2 stars at most, but given the exceptional flavors, toppings, and price point, I'm willing to round up. read more

This place took over Benson Curry which was also a pizza place with an Indian twist. We had high standards with Benson Pizza, but this was just as good. They have your traditional cheesy breads and regular American pizza toppings (cheese, pepperoni, sausage, etc) but they also have Indian inspired pizza like butter chicken pizza. Their cheesy bread was great! It had big amounts of cheese, but the cheese was different in a good way. It was super cheesy and flavorful. There was a balance of well rounded flavor and cheese to bread ratio. The pizza was also great. The sauce not too tangy, the bread was crunchy and reminded me of a brick oven pizza. The toppings were generous although I always want extra toppings. :) the owners are nice and helped us order as well as recommended thing they thought were a good deal. If there wasn't so many shooting around that area we'd definitely be there a lot more, but at least they do delivery and they're on Ubereats. :) read more

Beware of ordering delivery- they use DoorDash and if anything goes wrong with your delivery, you are out of luck. We placed a large work order- which we have done regularly over the years. But today the "Dasher" delivered our order to the wrong place. DoorDash will not issue a refund because they say the restaurant was paid. The restaurant says we must get our refund through DoorDash. So we are cancelling the credit card charges- will not order with this company again. I don't use DoorDash for this very reason- no recourse when problem arise. But shame on Chicago Pizza- if this is your delivery service- STAND BEHIND IT. I tried from 2:00pm until 8:00pm to get some help- 8 phones calls to DoorDash and 4 to Chicago Pizza. read more

Kept checking on my phone for the status hoping it will come earlier than mentioned. An hour passes by and status says running late. Ok fine, but getting hungrier. 10 min later, status says something may have gone wrong and to call restaurant. Before I called, thought I'd check outside on my doorstep. Low and behold, it was there! At one point in my life I left my fairly respectable office job to go work food prep at one of the better brick-oven pizzerias' just to learn how to make their sauces. Now sadly, I live in Seattle where good pizza is a rarity. I saw some ads for C.P. with a Twist and decided to give them a try. I knew it was a chain; I also knew it was an Indian Style Pizzeria and while it's a different beast from Chicago pizza, places like Can-Am or Robin Hood make excellent Indian pies. Here's where the dream collapsed. The sauces from C.P. with a Twist were flavorless. I tried both the red (Sausage, Mushroom, Red Onion, Tradition Crust) and the white (Chicken, Spinach, Artichoke). Neither sauce contributed direction, cohesiveness or even taste. The ingredients were decent, the crusts while unexciting (not even the quality of Pizza Hut much less Chicago style) were acceptable. Honestly they reminded me of Pizza Time sauce that had been freezer burned. I won't be back. There are decent MOD Pizza's nearby and possibly Seattle's best Pop's pizza in Federal Way is only a short drive. read more
