Bestie and I wanted a quick eat before an event on a Saturday evening, so we went over to this location inside the Southcenter Mall food court and each got a slice of their pepperoni pizza. This was quickly fired up in their stoves and brought to us hot and fresh. Not the highest quality pizza out there but it has some good oils and keeps itself together. Crust was thin yet slightly hard to chew, though. They serve other things here like pasta, salad and cheese sticks among others, and there's not really an ambience here unless you count the whole noisy food court as exactly that. I was walking around the food court looking for something to eat, when I saw Villa Italian Kitchen! I went and looked at the menu and saw my favorite dish, spaghetti, so I knew I had to try! The lady working was really nice and got me my spaghetti, it was only $7.00! I don't know if this place is under new owners but the elder lady at the cash wrap has no customer service in her bones . I spend $26 at this place and when I asked for a small cup of ice for the bottle soda I bought she said "oh we don't give away our cups". So I left. When I got to my table to eat she only gave me 1 packet of Parmesan cheese packet. I usually don't use it but the spaghetti I got was tasteless . So I go back up to get 1 more packet , the says "I gave you 4 packets isn't that enough ?" I looked her dead in the eye and said "you only gave me 1 packet" . Ordered the NY XL pepperoni, i had high hopes for it couldn't wait to try it, i had seen the bad reviews but still i was willing to give it a try. Pizza is not the worse I've ever tried but not my liking too greasy and cheese and pepperoni were okay, all in all i would not recommend. Day 1. 3.5. Rounding down, because I don't believe in rounding up. The food is mediocre, only reason I came here is because there was no line during the lunch rush. I walked up and the supervisor or manager or whatever was yelling at an employee. In front of everyone. I feel like that is extremely inappropriate. Day 2. There were two employees working that I could see. One was helping the couple in front of me, and one helped me. I'm so glad the first one wasn't helping me because I would have left. I don't know if he was irritated with the people he was helping, or if he just didn't want to be there anymore, but it was pretty clear. I could hear it in his voice, and see it in his face. If you dislike your job so much, why do you work here? The person who helped me was very nice, and polite. So, thank goodness for that. read more

Had to try since they claimed to be NY Pizza. Not even close. Coming from NYC - I believe I know what a New York pizza is. One of the main tests for a NY pizza is - you should be able to pick up a slice and it stays straight out and makes it easy to eat. The dough in my pizza was limp and just dumped everything off when I tried to pick it up after folding it. The Sauce also has no flavor - found it to be bland - again not NY in my opinion and not even good for Washington. Crust also was tasteless, humdrum, limp and under cooked. Overall a mediocre slice of pizza and not worth eating when the court has so many choices. read more

Mall *Food Court* type of place. The menu is quite confusing - they have all this food displayed, but no rhyme or reason to what costs what, how, which, or ingredients. Very little protein to be had on most of the offerings. My 'chicken ranch' pizza had maybe 3 slices of chicken breast on it... quite sad. *Carb-load* central... When a pizza, or baked item doesn't 'brown' - means it is 'Over-Proofed' and old. Not very tasty. Very friendly staff - but I really hate being rushed. I might go back, if they had someway to present their 'meal' options, or showed ala-carte pricing. The dough for the chicken parm Stromboli is so tender and flavorful the chicken and cheese are not a disappointment either. The Greek salad is fresh cold and crisp. Ok, even keeping in mind that this is mall food this place is bad. First off the pizza looks bland, it lived up to its looks. While they had some pasta and salad that looked equally old and drab, I stuck with pizza because I thought "How bad could it be?" I found out. I got their sausage, mushroom, and olive pizza. Toppings were spread adequately. I did have to pick my piece carefully due to an errant piece of pineapples on the neighboring piece. I get that this happens so not a huge deal. The guy out my slice in the oven for maybe 30 seconds to warm it up. It didn't work, pizza was barely noticeably warmer than ambient temperature. The stale crust would have benefitted from the warm up! The cheese was solid as you would expect from cold pizza and had no flavor. The sausage had a lot of fennel flavor but was essentially what you get from Little Caesars. Black olives and mushrooms canned but unremarkable. The sauce is a bit sweet but not horrible, just unremarkable. To top it off I ordered a large Diet Pepsi to go with it. Because they were out of lids they refused to sell me a large and gave me a medium. I told them I didn't care about the kid but either they couldn't hear me through their plexiglass or they didn't care. I was not offered nor given a receipt. The cost was roughly $10 for this... about what you might expect for a decent lunch.... If you are in Westfield Southcenter and want food, look elsewhere. read more

CAME here today and asked how much a slice of cheese pizza was, was told $4 extremely overpriced for a cheese pizza. in addition to that there was a lady ahead of me, she also purchased a chesse pizza but was given one that was freshly made (i could tell the difference) hers was taken from the display and given to her.. the cheese still looked fresh and it still had the melting appearance. .. and you know why? because she tipped after purchasing the pizza. she also purchased a salad and drink. moments later i ordered the same pizza .. a cheese pizza, paid with card and had no cash to tip... oops ...... so guess what i was given the cheese pizza that was supposed to have been sold ....... a lot time ago, it was popped in the oven for 5 seconds and then given to me, it tasted like second day pizza. if i wanted to buy a $4 pizza i want it to be fresh especially if the lady seconds BEFORE me had a FRESH one ... I DIDNT say anything to the cashier because i understand this is a business and of course you have to give away the old food before you give away the new one ... but ethically....hmmm... this lady tipped and got a fresh pizza, i didn't tip and received a pizza .... that who knows how long its been there.... bad experience . not going back sorry. so technically if you want a GREAT pizza its $5 + $1 for the tip that is passively enforced because this is considered serving and you have to tip. read more
