I have a leg disability and when I went to go to inside the McDonald's, I had mobile ordered my food as I was waiting. I put my feet up because I have a type of Tourette's but also tick syndrome and cerebral palsy in down syndrome and epilepsy and up syndrome anyways as I went to go sit down, this orange, ugly haired lady came up to me and told me to put my legs down. I respectfully told her that I am not able to because of my leg disease. She then ignores me is short with me and it's very rude to me about it. She threatens to kick me out because of my disability. What I have fun with McDonald's over the years is that you can count on the same product and similar quality just about anywhere you go. This location is no exception. What makes it different is the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. There is constantly somebody out in the lobby making sure that the tables are cleared and trash is taken out as soon as it gets fall. From a customer standpoint that is critical. Bathrooms are always clean and service whether at the kiosk of the front register is quick and efficient. The one downside to this location is the middle school and highschoolers. Any given weekday after the hour of 2:30 PM and up until about six these kids tend to congregate. They're not malicious, but they make a lot of noise. If you can deal with that, you'll be fine. read more

The food was really good. The big Mac or quarter pounder with cheese that we had was really super greasy. The service was fast. They didn't even have a code on their bathroom door. This is a five star for ambience. It's basically a regular old McDonald's, but the people are really fast and the food was hot and good. Worst customer service ever, I order from the kiosk and I couldn't pay because the card reader was broken and I went to the cash register to pay and the guy with glasses snatch my order receipt out of my hand, I ask for a cup of water while I was waiting, he told me "no anything else". They are consistent I will give them that, consistently rude. I ordered an iced coffee today via the app. I added 2 caramel drizzle and whip. I've done it before at McDonald's. When it was handed to me with only a tiny bit of whip and I inquired about the caramel I was told "well there's caramel flavor in it but I guess I could put drizzle". Well now I know. I should have read the reviews before i visited this McDonald's for a quick snack on the run. I got nothing of what I ordered other then my drinks were correct as I poured them. Mind you, I had to ask for my plastic glasses as the hostess was in a fog. When I pointed out to her my order was all wrong, she offered nothing to solve my issues. Ordered a straight forward order. Got to the cashier, they had someone else's order, no big deal. Pulled my order, it was wrong, fixed it no big deal. Pulled up to receive food. Associates gave me the wrong food and started arguing with me about my order, even after I presented my reciept. Good grief. I just want what I paid for. Normally this McDonald's has fast, friendly service, relatively good food, and usually does a good job on accuracy, but they need to step up staff training at this location. I come here maybe once every couple of months for breakfast. A couple of months ago, I ordered a Sausage Mcmuffin with Egg, with an extra sausage patty. They rang me up for a "Morning Mac" - that's the name that came up on the screen, so I Googled that and found out that's the term for a Sausage Mcmuffin with Egg, with an extra sausage patty. So, this morning, I pull up to the drive thru and order a "Morning Mac" and the guy says, "Uhh, a what?" I explained what it was and he rang me up for a Sausage Mcmuffin with Egg - at normal price - and then an additional sausage patty. So, even though there is a menu item he can ring me up for, he wasn't aware of it, and I was charged more than I would have been had he rung it up correctly. Yeah, it's only a dollar or so. But if that happens with 100 customers...well, you get the picture. It's the principle of the thing. I may drive a little further to the other McDonald's in Maple Valley next time to see how that goes. read more

They ignored me at the drive up, and at the window, there were two young guys who saw us and just pretended they didn't see anyone, so they wouldn't have to serve us. Incredibly rude, and I am disappointed in their behavior. Owner, and manager please take note. That kind of reputation spreads quickly. I don't expect much when I go to McDonalds to be honest. I just want some nuggets and fries, and I feel like that's not too much to ask. But you'd be surprised how many locations can screw that up. I went inside and didn't have to wait to order - good choice because the drive thru was backed up out into the Safeway parking lot. I ordered my Chicken Nugget Happy Meal (don't judge me - they took away my 2/$2.50 nuggets). Got a side of fries and a water to go with it - this location gives you a bottled water. And hey, this location remembered my toy! (you hush, if I'm paying for the whole box of goodies I better get it all lol) The nuggets were hot, fresh and crispy. The fries were hot and fresh too, but wowwwwwww were they salty. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. Overall, this is a decent location in my opinion. read more

I frequently visit this McDonald's because it is close to my house and with 3 kids it is easy to pick up a quick meal, normally this location has good service and food but it has gone downhill in the recent months with messing up orders to food not being as good as it used to be but what happened tonight is what has made up my mind to drive a few extra miles to visit a different McDonald's from now on. I placed an order through the McDonald's app, since the dining room is closed due to Coronavirus I drove through the drive through to pick up my order where the person at the first window stated the second window would help me, when I got to the second window they gave me my order with no receipt (due to Coronavirus I didn't think anything of not getting a receipt) as I was driving away I checked my order and I wasn't given any of the sauce packets or extra sauce packets that I specifically ordered for my kids chicken nuggets and paid extra for so I drove back through and waited in the long line where again the first window person said the second window would help me, the second window person asked me for my receipt (like he didn't remember me from 5 minutes before) when I explained I had a mobile order and was only missing the sauce they said there was nothing they could do without a receipt then the manager came up and asked for my receipt and I again explained they didn't give me a receipt but that everything was there except the sauce I was told again there is nothing they could do without a receipt so I showed him my order history on the app where it specifically showed the sauce packets and date and time I ordered, at this point I felt like I was being treated as someone who was trying to steal from the store.... I hope the dollar they saved from not giving me a couple sauce packets is worth the hundreds of dollars I would have spent at this store on future orders. Piece of advice if you go here I would make sure to get a receipt and then sit in the drive through and hold up the line until you can verify everything is correct in your order. read more

I am going to leave this review because I am shocked how little feedback these staff and employees are receiving for the amazing job this group of McDonalds employees are doing! I am always impressed with this location whenever I am going to stop by for a meal. Each time, our food is hot. Today even we used coupons here they were so amazing at explaining exactly HOW they could be used and what could be used for todays visit! The staff is always super friendly and polite! The drive thru always continues to be the fastest on this side of town and even the staff is very well groomed! Food is always hot and tends to be freshest out of the two McDonalds in Maple Valley. As we have found, this location can definitely be the most clean. The restroom is always very clean and honestly, if you want some fast food this is the best option for you in a hurry! Also, I want to shout out the few girls here with acrylic nails!!!! I love that you all don't touch food / work with food prep and keep your hands so clean! Apparently it's OK for male employees at McDonald's to solicit women who come through the drive through. I won't be back, it made me uncomfortable for a teenager to get flirtatious with me (a 28 year old woman). I go there a couple mornings a week to grab a breakfast sandwich before work, and the same kid must have been eye balling me for a while. Maybe McDonald's should have a chat with its employees about appropriate work behavior with customers. read more
