Usually this place is great. Always friendly service, and generous portions. And everything is absolutely delicious, the burgers juicy, shakes absolutely the best and only shakes I can have as other places have gluten or I react to the dairy! However we ordered were in to receive a credit on a delivery order that had missing bacon, and decided to order a second burger, milkshakes and fries and take it to go. We got to the house and the medium fries were more like a small portion....and still not as generous as they usually are. Honestly feels like the burger sizes are getting smaller also. Honestly that's two mistakes in a row! Disappointed to say the least as this is definitely my favorite burger place. Also I'd like to note it would be nice for them to get gluten free buns, I don't always want a lettuce wrap but because of my allergies I have too! read more

I was trying to put on an online order around 8pm and the app said it was closed. When I arrived, the door was closed but a few people are still eating in there and when we called them, they confirmed it was closed. The burgers are average. And for the price, the burger falls apart so easily. The buns seem low quality and add on the way they do their burgers, well, the bun just breaks apart. French fries are lightweight trash. It wasn't cooked long enough so it's limpy and hard. There's enough for 2-3 people when ordering the large fries. For what they charge you, you're better off going to a restaurant or a hole in the wall burger joint. read more

My first time at Five Guys was a location in Connecticut, then they started opening locations near me Renton, tukwila, then federal way. Again I didn't really care for burgers. Ordered via online, terrible service. People who were there in line while I was waiting for my food got their food. In addition as I waited a lady came in was approached to ask if she could be helped (I was not) she got her food packaged once they heard she was there. She parked out front too in fire lane, she got her food in about a minute. After she left the lady grabbed my bag that was sitting above the fry station and bagged my little fry up and called my name! This was my first time to Five Guys. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. I did not expect that it would have two giant hamburger patties. Ugh too much meat! The worst part was the cheese between the meat patties. At this price I would expect a quality cheese slice. This was melty gooey like the kind of cheese you buy and take the plastic off per slice. Kraft or Velvetta? When I opened up the burger it was all soggy from the tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup and mustard along with the cheese. Horrible bun... soggy. Dad review: 9/10 because the milkshake machine was down. Bacon cheeseburger was perfect with fresh ingredients with two big slices of tomato. refreshing to see a sign, showing where the potatoes came from that day. Bacon was Plentiful and cooked to perfection. French fries were perfectly salted and cut in betw the size of a McDonalds fry and a steak fry. Pwrfect combi of crispy and soft. Asked for a water cup and filled up with fruit punch without any complain from staff one last thing. What is up with everybody asking for a tip for doing their job? Don't tip shame me for it. Quality burger for a great price! I love coming here when I'm just craving a burger. I usually get the little Cheeseburger and do 'all the way' for all the add on's. I get A1 and BBQ sauce on the side for dipping not only for my burger but for the fries! Recently just discovered their Cajun fries and it's a game changer. Oh also, of course a side of Coke!! No burger meal is complete without a soda. Reminder - the 'little' fries aren't so little, definitely shareable for 2!!! read more

Trying my best to eat light and healthy, not really a place for this but they do have some healthy options! I had the veggie sandwich consist of grilled diced onions, mushrooms, lettuce and tomato. It was ok but rather had a regular burger instead! Only knock off of stars was the cleanliness inside the store. There was trash all over the place including on top of the tables, the staff was just talking and non of them didn't even clean it. Not an option for the low carb/keto/carnivore! I had received a gift card from my kids and wanted to use it here on my birthday. I had never been to five guys and will never again return. I read that they usually sell a flying Dutchman consisting of just a beef patty and cheese. Unfortunately, due to my specific allergies to certain foods like breads and other carbs, I only eat a low carb diet of protein and fats. How can you be so incompetent?! I used to go here regularly but my order hasn't been right for a long time (even pre-covid). They are constantly missing toppings. Last order they completely forgot my sandwich in our order that was delivered. My husband called and they said he could come get it... we didn't want to drive there which is why we had it delivered in the first place... Fast forward to today... bonus points for including my burger but epic fail for leaving off nearly all of the toppings including the bacon. All I ended up with was the burger/cheese/lettuce/tomatoes. No condiments, no bacon, no onions, no grilled onions, no mushrooms, no grilled jalapeños, etc. To top off this flavorless burger experience... it was ice cold. I'm not sending my husband back for the second time in a row to fix this situation so I guess I'll just suffer through this disgusting meal. Needless to say, I'm done with this place. Aug. 2017- We avoid fast food chains whenever possible. My son was trying to convince me these 5 guys make a better burger than In N' Out. Well, there was only one way to find out, so off to "fast food wasteland" we went. The burger I tried was a Bacon Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, and mustard. You could actually taste the beef. The veggies were fresh and the sandwich proved to be pretty good. They wrap it in foil, and the 5 minute drive home resulted in a soggy (steamed) bun. The fries were not crispy the way we prefer. The prices are almost twice as high as In N' Out and the product not as good. The bottom line...my wife and I agree that our son is missing "the burger gene". I'm sure we passed it on, but he must of forgot to pack it when he left home. read more

I really dig Five Guys and happy to see more popping up in the area. I've seen a few ok burger places here and there but they aren't consistently good all the time. Thankfully this place holds it down and leaves me happy and full each time. I like the options they give with what you can build your meat dreamwich with, but I'm simple so I usually go with meat cheese and more meat. Ordering is a breeze and and the staff has been friendly each time. For some reason it has sort of a in-n-out feel to it, maybe it's just me lol or maybe I just secretly want an in-n-out in our region dammit! Anyways I digress, the fries are yummy and greasy but for sure worth it. Burgers are tasty meaty and cheesy, a great combo to have. First they got the order wrong they mixed up details between my wife's burger and mine and to make matters worse my bun fell apart. I don't know if it was stale or poor quality but it disintegrated. Five Guys has my favorite burger, and quite possibly my favorite Cajun fries too. I always know that I'm gonna spend $12-$20 just for me and it's so worth it. I always order the same thing. A cheeseburger with bbq sauce, mustard, mushrooms, grilled onions, grilled jalapeños, and bacon. And of course Cajun fries. First of all, they have a base price and you can get whatever you want on your burger. Give or take an extra charge for bacon but I'll pay 50 cents, no problem. Only because the bacon is actually crispy! The Cheeseburger comes with 2 patties which is perfect for me but can be too much for someone else so be advised. And for the fries, order a little size. They always give you so many extra fries so it's like you're getting a large anyway. If you're not a fan of not crispy/on the verge of soggy fries, these won't be your favorite. I like any fries any way, but the seasoning is my favorite. I don't think I've even had their plain fries. I order they shakes on occasion and you can also blend various flavors together for a base price to. You really can't go wrong. I pretty much always order online. Their website is easy to use, like MOD pizza's IMO. But whenever I order online, and arrive to the pick up area, it takes them a while address me. And they don't start the fries until you arrive so my burgers just chillin. Not that I really mind that but I wanna check-in. Even when I've ordered and have been late to pick up, and my burger has sat there, its still delicious to me. Everything in my burger melts together, so all my ingredients stay in the burger. Today is the opening of this brand new location and there already has been a hiccup. Suppose to be open at 11am but with the fryers not working we were told they wouldn't actually open til 12ish. Thankfully we were able to wait inside. Once the fryers were working; the expediting of the lines and food orders went out fairly quickly! We only came in for the Cajun fries and they were piping hot and delicious!! Service was prompt and polite. The woman behind the counter was rude - any question about a menu item was met with stare and "yes". The burger was ok. The meat could have been closer to serving temperature and the bun was so soggy - eventually ditched the bun and just ate the burger with my fingers. The beverage machine was low on ice (it was about 45 degrees outside so you can't blame it on the weather). The staff behind the counter looked so unhappy. Stopped by at the this location for the first time a few days ago with the girlfriend. Orders two burgers, a large fry, two kosher hot dogs and a large drink. The burgers were delicious! Melted in the mouth every bite. We ordered a large fry and when I looked in our bag; our fry container was full and so was our bag. Double amount?! Awesomesauce! The hot dogs; another story. Probably one of the worse tasting hot dogs I ever had. Costco dollar dogs beat these. The grilled onions weren't up to par, the bun was all soggy. Note to self, never order a hotdog at Five Guys. The service very quick. The team seemed to all enjoy their jobs. Will definitely be back for a bacon cheeseburger! read more
