I have never really had issues at this Taco Bell, especially in comparison to other fast food locations around in Federal Way. I have been coming to this location for the last 20+ years and can proudly state that this is one of the better Taco Bell locations in Washington state. The service here is attentive and positive. I feel the staff here are more professional with the quality checks of your online orders which I appreciate cause I cannot mention how often other fast food places do not offer that and always have one or more missing items. I think I can count on one hand of how often they forgot an item. My boyfriend and I occasionally dine in and we see the dining space is always clean and organized. They always make sure to clean any tables or stuff off floors if there are ever messes. I never feel or see sticky surfaces near their fountain drink machine and their sauces and utensils are always stocked very well. Finally, the food here is always good and prepared perfectly. I never had any issues with spills or oily problems. The food is always packaged perfectly and they do their best to ensure the food travels safely rather than just throwing it in. read more

Value for money is great, but always go directly to the restaurant to order because they can't get a large order right to save their life. My family and I always do an annual Taco Bell day during the holidays. Order a bunch of rubbish and just go in. But the last few times, including my memory of last year, they've forgotten items and this time they actually made my dad's vegetarian burrito with beef! He was a couple bites in and couldn't believe what he was eating. Disgusting for a vegetarian who's never eaten beef. They also forgot to give any hot sauce even though I ordered 25-30 packets to share between 4 of us. That's the best part of the meal! My to go Taco cravings ! I usually order crunchy tacos with sour cream and mini quesadilla which is only $1. Although, lately they have good deals on some of the boxes . Today I got the chalupa bundle for only $5.99 it comes with the drink, crunchy taco , chalupa and cinnamon twist . On top of that it's only 3 minutes drive from our house , dangerous but convenient when I got my cravings. This location is quite popular compare to the other locations . The only thing I dislike is that getting back to the road once your done . It's easy to get there because there are at least 3 to 4 ways to enter in. It's totally opposite when your getting out because it's all one way to the right , and it's such a hassle going around because you have to pass by Fred Meyer which takes double the time you get there. Otherwise, service is always great whenever we order and the food is always good. The person in the other side was very patient when taking my orders even thought I changed my mind a lot. Was more than willing to make a purchase, wear a mask, and wait on eating my food until the friend i was waiting for showed up and I could walk home just so I wouldn't have to wait out in the cold with wet gloves. As soon as I sat down I was told staff and their family only in the lobby. Staff family included a non-mask wearing 5 year old who was getting germs everywhere. No staff did not sanitize the lobby after the kid left. Management here has in the past lied to me about "breakfast items" not being available after 11am and then sold me said items at 2pm because they couldn't be bothered to make a sale at night. Staff has also poisoned my fried pastries in the past by frying them in the same oil that had fried pepper infused products. If tacobell starts frying fish you know cross contamination is going to send someone to the hospital. Simply put there have been plenty of times that I went to the effort to give this location my business where they couldn't be bothered to make a sale so I more and more often have chosen to go elsewhere for my food needs. read more

I hardly ever go to Taco Bell or Pizza Hut, but I was hungry and on the go and didn't have much time to pick up food. I ordered a cheese pizza combo which comes with breadsticks. I was surprised because they actually had my order ready for once. In the past I had to usually had to wait and they would have me pull out of the drive thru and someone would have to bring it out. Or the pizzas aren't ever ready and they tell you it's going to be 10 mins as if that would scare me off. Anyway, I was in and out of the drive thru in about 5-7 minutes. I was impressed at the speed. The cashier almost forgot my drink though. Then the food itself was fresh and of good quality. OK, I admit it...I always see Yelp! reviews for chains and think "What kind of dumb hick writes a review for [Taco Bell]?" Well, while everyone else who writes a review for a place like Taco Bell *is* a hick, I am writing this to praise the service I always see at this location. Yeah, sure, the food is what it is. Sue me. I like Taco Bell. I don't care if I find out they put ground kittens into the taco meat, I love 'em. What sets this exact location apart is the service. If I dine in at a Taco Bell, this is the one I go to. They bus the tables. They remember your order. They ask how things are. The remind you of the free refills. On my last visit, an employee (Ann Marie?) was cruising the dining room, cleaning, greeting people, checking in...it was like a host at a sit-down place. If you don't like Taco Bell, don't go. If you went here once and they gave you fire sauce instead of verde, get over it. People make mistakes. But I hope the good people at Taco Bell headquarters read this and give accolades to the team at this location for going above and beyond the normal fast food level of service. read more

Yes. 5 stars at a Taco Bell? WTF? right? Well here is my reasoning, Taco Bell gets it now, they get that people want healthy options at a fast food joint. They have a entire new menu of items that you can get, each with less than 9 grams of fat. I like the Fresca Chicken Burrito supreme, which clocks in at 8 grams of fat and 330 calories. This Taco Bell has usually served me and my loved ones well. However, tonight they messed up every. Single. Item. In the order. My girlfriend can't eat meat, because it upsets her stomach. They put meat in her food. She's now sick because of it. They didn't give us a cheesy bean and rice burrito, but rather a cheesy beef and rice burrito. This is the first review that I am solely basing on customer service and this girl who was working the drive in tonight was excellent. I always feel like I might annoy the Taco Bell drive through with my request for extra extra hot sauce and mild sauce and she was welcoming and said I have heavy hands and always give the most. Also she said two burritos had onions in it when I ordered none and said she threw two free additional ones in there. She was friendly and help and I called the store and told the acting manager to tell the store manager the good experience I had. But since I am more a foodie I need to say for bean and cheese burritos their beans are over cooked or old and they need more cheese and I ordered extra red sauce and hardly got any. The drive thru always gets my order right. They're fast and efficient although sometimes you have to wait whenever you order cinabon delights or apple empanadas. Average wait for those - usually 10 minutes. The parking lot is really dark at night so i park right in front of the entrance while waiting for my order. LOL. read more
