Your app is appalling when trying to order on the screens in store. I had my code and the screen froze while trying to order. I went to the live person and he said it was beyond his control. This is not the first time this has happened. The manager should be able to type in my code to proceed with the order and provide the discount given to us. He said I would have to wait the 15 mins to use the discount code. Their error and they should make it right with the customer. I will only be ordering with a live person going forward. read more

I go to this McDonalds because it is usually pretty competent. I stopped by today and ordered a Big Mac meal. Got home and first bite discovered that I had probably got the wrong Big Mac as it had mayo instead of special sauce. Doesn't seem like much, but for me it made the Mac super bland and not worth eating. At least I hope I got the wrong Mac as I hope the higher pay (still not in favor) hasn't affected the service of its employees. When called they offered a replacement, but I am at least 20 minutes away R/T 40 minutes and $3+ in gas. Then they kept asking me if I ordered it that way and I had to tell them multiple times that I just wanted a normal Big Mac (I don't put plain mayo on anything and yes I know lots of sauces have mayo in them). Price difference (I came out losing end there too ). Food was good. Delivery employee not friendly and seemed to have hard time communicating (or saying thank you or enjoy - nothing). If I could leave a negative Star review I would. The service here was terrible. The main server in a green safety vest, could literally give a flying f less about her job or the customers. Normally no problems. Today our order wasn't displayed on the screen when they told us to pull forward and pay so I had to politely check with the lady at the register as to what the order was before we paid. Went fine, got food and headed home. Now, I had already braved the roasting heat and traffic and waited in line to give this place my money only to find out when I made it home that my burger was charcoal. Called and found out from management that if I wanted them to fix their mistake I would have to put in the effort to drive all the way back to the store in sweltering heat just to get a new burger. A customer should not have to expend so much effort to get their food and give this place their business when an employee screwed up. I will admit a burnt burger is not a big deal, the amount off effort required by customers to fix this stores mistakes is more than I'm willing to put out to continue donating my money to their paychecks. Probably the worst ran franchised McDonalds I have ever eaten at. They don't care about folks who come into the dining room to eat and are so concerned about online/Uber/door dash orders. The employees act like it's recess time at the school yard. If they are not just standing there talking and jabbering away with each other they are on their cell phones texting away. They will literally look you straight in the eyes while you're waiting to be helped and turn and walk away w/o addressing you. 1/2 the time one or two of the self order kiosks will not be working and instead of placing a sign on it informing clients that it isn't working or not to use it, it'll allow you to get through your entire order and when you check out it errors out and tells you to see an associate to place your order. The inside has been recently remodeled but the up keep and cleanliness doesn't reflect it. Finally one dare not place an order that deviates from the menu. For example if you order a quarter pounder and ask for it to be plain (no condiments) or w/o cheese the cooks either won't pay attention to their tickets or not read it at at all. The ironic thing about this particular location is that it is owned by the same owner who owns the Fife location yet, the location in Fife is a completely opposite. It's the quality of employees in the Federal away location vs the Fife location that is the difference. Drive the extra 4 miles south to the Fife location if you want to eat at McDonalds and have a decent fast food experience.
