Drove and went inside the restaurant 15 minutes after placing the order. Had to use the restroom or else I would have gone to the drive-thru window. There's a reason this location only has a 2-star rating! Husband went through drive through tonight and ordered two meals. I couldn't even eat my crispy chicken sandwich. I tried one bite but it was nasty. It iwas burnt beyond crisp! It was literally black and looked old like it had been refried two or three times in the same oil. I immediately called and spoke with a young lady who answered and told her that it was inedible and the oil had to be old so whomever was cooking needed to immediately change the oil or people were gonna end up getting sick from it. Her response was not I'm sorry" or anything one would expect. Instead, she asked "do you want to come back tonight?" I said no, I wanted to let you know because it's literally burned to a blackened state and the oil tastes very old! She again asked "would you like to come back tomorrow" and I said no. She replied "what do you want me to do?". I told her I was not the manager, she was. She just was not getting it! Even though the meals were $30 for only 2 meals it was not about the money, it was more about food safety. On top of that, the app code for our reward did not work eventhough I had just sent it immediately before he ordered. He did not get a receipt. I work in customer service as well and I know how hard it can be sometimes I also know that making it right is way easier than arguing and being rude. every single time I go here the forget something in my order it never fails. and then when I go back to get it it's always a hassle and an argument or theyre rude!!!! one time I didn't get an item I paid for, I had a receipt on the app because I placed a mobile order and the lady told me my online receipt "wasn't valid" and wouldn't give me my item!!!! Place was not busy (2 orders up besides mine) but it took about 20 minutes to get my food. My drink was about 75% full. They forgot the sauce that I included in my order. By the time I received my food, half of it was cold. Will not be to this location again. read more

Be extremely careful with this location. They will serve whatever the kitchen has and doesn't give you the correct order. If they screw up they can't refund orders apparently they can only write a name down for a future free item. This is 3rd times it's happen. It may be a McDonald's but everything on the menu was in stock. Customer service was great when I got two ice creams. I had no idea how to hold them, but they came right out and gave me a drink holder and I didn't even ask. That's very nice of them. And the food is delicious. I just have to say this was the best McDonald's experience I have ever had and our first time at this location. We don't frequent the establishment much but when we do it has always been horrible until now! Stephen was rocking the drive thru like a champion and every single detail or substitution of our order was correct. We ordered 5 meals and several sides so I was surprised that it was accurate. This McDonald's closes well before their posted hours online. Both on here and google, it says they close at 10 and 12. I've driven in multiple times and they are completely closed, as early as 9. Which it says on their door, but nowhere online. So either fix your hours or fix what's posted. read more

To start off, my fries were soggy and unsalted. One of the employees that will remain un named was upset and told me i had a big order "making us do work" when we ordered 3 burgers and 3 drinks. Ordered: 1. Large fries, no salt (asked them to be careful with the salt.) 2. Maple bacon with buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich, no dijon, extra lettuce, add onion, add tomato. 3. Three mayo packets on the side. Received: 1. Limp fries, no salt (this was an experiment in not asking for extra crispy fries.) 2. Sandwich seemed like it had been microwaved, you know the soggy and tough microwaved bun texture? In addition, it was missing the cheese, missing the bacon, had a single nasty slice of tomato for "extra tomato" (charged for it) and nasty lettuce for "extra lettuce" (charged for that, too.) I felt like they gave me a discard sandwich, I threw it out because I don't trust it. 3. Side packets of mayo became loose mayo squirted into a nuggets box - and they charged me for the mayo packets as well. Would have thrown this out even if the sandwich hadn't been trash, warm mayo in a box is not shelf-stable mayo in a packet. Positive: Employees are generally friendly. (Does the hostility come from supervisors, managers?) Negative: The rest - accuracy, pricing, quality, overall customer service (the quality they gave me doesn't speak courtesy to or consideration of the customers.) Summary: I won't go back here, they seem to have some strange notions about service and food. They always park me but even so they don't get the orders right. Only once out of a dozen times of asking for no salt fries was I able to get crispy fries with no salt. They seem to think asking for fries with no salt is some sort of crime against humanity with the "Do you REALLY want no salt?" attitude - yes, they have literally interrogated me about WHY I ordered fries with no salt, as if I'd be stealing if I just wanted fresh fries. They never get the order totally right and rarely even get it mostly right. Fire the kids, hire adults, pay a real living wage, cut the pay of Wall Street and your billionaires and I think you'd see quality AND business + profits skyrocket. read more

Gave McDonalds another try after swearing them off after many disappointments. I felt like I was intruding on a Wednesday at 11:45 in the AM. Order was taken quickly but only one car ahead of me. Cash window was a changing of cashiers, but they took their time and didn't say anything like "we'll be right with you." Took a few minutes then proceeded on to window 2 and the kid seemed surprised to see me, so had to go look for my cheeseburger and small fry. As far as McDonald's goes, this is a good one! Leaving the parking lot can be a little bit of a pain in the butt during heavy traffic times though. They do it for me at the U-District location. she looks confused, turns around and asks the man beind her which appears to be a manager and he tells her to ask somebody else. Ok we will not go into food much because... Well it is McDonald's lol! They don't keep this location very clean. We go here a lot because my kids want THIS location to play at. I see it dirty more often than clean and this is different time of the day and days of the week. The main dining area isn't as bad as the kid play/eating areas. Look.... You are catering to kids mostly and people that don't have either the time or money to go elsewhere. In my opinion that means you need to exhibit cleanliness and speed because let's face it, there isn't much you can do with the food. The play area tables/seats and floors should be cleaned often, NOT let go simply because it is kids that don't care and are going to mess it back up.... Just saying. The indoor play area is clean and not too crowded on this Sunday noon time excursion. Clientele is polite and kids all relatively well behaved. Food is standard issue McD's - no surprises. Service was swift as it should be for fast food. We will return on a rainy day when my 3 year old needs some play time outside the house like today. read more
