Consistently the slowest restaurant in all of Maple Valley I just sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes literally and then it took about 10 minutes for the first car to get their food five minutes for the next car and then a few minutes from mine by the time I left, there was probably 10 cars in line at the drive-through those poor people. So slow and the employees don't seem to give a shit about their jobs because they really have no sense of urgency ever. read more

Burger King has been slipping with higher prices and lower customer service and it finally broke for me. After placing an online order for a burger with no cheese, they of course botch it and put cheese on it. It happens. I go back and have to stand in the lobby for 20m because no will acknowledge the customers in the lobby (3 left before I was finally acknowledged). I asked for a refund and eventually they got there- the details are irrelevant, it was just awful service. The isn't worth the price + aggravation of dealing with them any longer. read more

I sit here at 7:18 pm on October 25, 2023 after waiting in the drive thru at Burger King in Maple Valley for 35 minutes! This had to be the slowest service ever! We ordered three of the same meal which made it fairly easy to execute, yet we sat there not moving after placing the order. When we finally got to the window we were met by Matt. Ok so he was trying to be nice but this guy had no sense of urgency and he kept pulling up his pants and then touching the food. The wait time was ridiculous and the food was not warm when we received it. Burger King has taken the fast out of fast food! Had occasion to stop into BK in Maple Valley for lunch. After our experience at the BK in Southcenter (reviewed), this place was like the difference between night and day. Both exterior & interior were clean and neat. Staff appeared happy and provided great customer service. I tried the new BK Grilled burger (with onions) on sourdough bread and it was GREAT, as Tony the Tiger would say. Other BKs should take a look at how this store is being managed. Burger King is a fading commodity. Food is good, service is quick....if/when they are open. Should change the hours so they can plan staffing better. Don't have to be open every day or even all day but not being open in a Saturday? The weekend should be a top priority to be open since most people done work on the weekend. Always a hit or miss if they are going to be open or not. At least they make it noticeable and put cones out over the drive through when they are closed. Arby's doesn't even do that. read more

Every time I come here I regret going. The burger is always soggy and oily to the point where the rapper is gross. My fries or onion rings are always under cooked and limp. The staff is not very friendly either. They barely acknowledge you when you drive-through. You can do better. read more

We just stopped for lunch at the Maple Valley Burger King. And I found mold on my sandwich. And yes your eye are not deceiving you I had already taken a few bites!!!! Seriously, how hard is it to give even the most basic fast-god service? We hit the drive through on a Sunday, no one else in line yet the girl on the intercom rushed us through the whole thing: "We'd like two #1 meals..." "Anything else?!" "One with cheese....." "Anything else?" "Diet Dr Pepper with both." "Anything else!?" I had to guide the process! Not a single question about size or add-ons. No suggestions or upsells, just "Anything else?!" At the window she basically grabbed our debit card and handed us our food. No personality, no thanks, nothing. Yet..... they all want higher minimum wage because working in fast food isn't lucrative enough. How about this..... try to be good at your job? Feel weird for saying this but it's reality: this is a really nice BK when it comes to the building and layout. Went through the drive thru one night while out in the sticks of Maple Valley after giving some guys a ride home. With one car ahead of me, the drive thru went pretty slowly but there weren't any issues with the order and the cashier was friendly. A lot of free parking with the shared strip mall nearby. Twice now in 3 months! First time in December the hamburger meat was cold and dry, cheese never melted fries were cold limp greasy. Went back today hoping it was a one time thing. as I use to prefer BK to McD. I ordered a double cheeseburger. The bun, meat and cheese were cold, same temp as the pickles. The meat was so dry it was not edible. I didn't get a receipt so couldn't complain that way. I am not giving this BK any more chances. When they first opened up and several times after it was great. In the land of fast food, this new BK is a shining star. I have been there twice, and not only has the food been hot and the service friendly, but my order was correct. Both times. AND the food didnt look like it was put together by 3 year olds. There is also an amazing beverage machine that will dispense hundreds of flavor combinations - I had the diet Mello Yello with a shot of cherry flavor added. The drink choices alone are worth going for. The only reason this is not 5 star is there is a bit of a wait for the food so if you are in a rush, you might want to try it another time when you can enjoy all the amenities. read more

Quite a nice and modern Burger King. They even have a fireplace and two TVs. Fries are always hot and crunchy, but burgers come out not as warm as you would like. Well, the patty is warm, but the buns are not, so it's alright, I guess... They only have one soda dispenser, but it's one of those cool ones where you can add flavors to your drink. What makes Burger King good is you can add so much to the burger; typically without paying significantly extra. For example: the Burger King staple-The Whopper is fine in and of itself, but tell them "extra everything with cheese" and now you have a flame grilled super burger! Really a review like this is to show wether or not this location is worth your time. The facility is clean and the service is prompt and friendly. I walked in for a meal order to go. My meal order wasn't even very complex either. I order the new fiery whopper meal, a fish sandwich, 2 cheeseburgers from their value meal menu and 2 double cheese cheese burgers. The teen who took my order kept ringing me up for two double philly cheese steak sandwiches (which I didn't see on the menu) and was about to over charge me. I stopped him and said: "dude you keep saying double philly cheese and I said I wanted two double cheese. You're about to charge me 30 dollars for this large order." He stopped and rang me up the right way. Thank goodness. The fries were warm and fresh but the burgers were like warm even though they tasted fine. I'm glad I caught his mistake and had him read me back my order. I couldn't imagine being in the drive through lane and him messing up my entire order. These people working need to just slow down a bit and really "listen" to their customers. read more
