Stopped by for lunch, only my 2nd visit but always good. I have not ordered to go, online or been here on a weekend or evening. Service was quick, friendly, great customer service, clean tables including the restroom. Moderate noise level and the veggie seem fresh. The bacon was crispy!!!! My favorite is always the turkey club, but when I'm feeling brave I will order the regular club. The bread does not hurt my stomach, I stay away from the mayo and the Mike's way just because in the past it has made me feel a bit sick. After my experience tonight, I had to do an update. I've seen several videos online talking about the off menu item... The number 99. It combines the number 56 and the number 43 and is basically a chipotle cheesesteak. Absolutely incredibly delicious. I can't believe I waited this long to try it. I substituted provolone for the American cheese because it has a higher melt point and I really enjoy the smoky flavor. It came with onions, peppers, jalapeños, and chipotle sauce on the roll. This location has really gone downhill. I waited 20 minutes past my pickup time, only to get poorly made salads with no napkins or utensils. The salads were drowning in mustard and lacked basic ingredients that were supposed to be part of the salad. The store was dirty, with food on the floor, which is both gross and a safety hazard. I'm done with this location and will be going elsewhere. Dept of Health also agrees, they inspected the store late September and gave them an "okay" rating. read more

Terrible service this is the slowest team of employees I've ever seen at a sandwich shop. They ignore you and don't even attempt to get you your order in a reasonable amount of time. I like their service and fresh food. Looks pretty nice. Even in peak hours as the wait times are long it's a good place to go.

Not that busy, and still couldn't get any good customer service. No eye contact or direct communication upon picking up an online order. Mostly confusion in trying to locate my order. The manager was actually the rudest, not saying a word as she eventually placed my order on the counter. I wasn't even sure it was mine, since she said nothing. idk who tf made my order but you really need to get your employees to all be doing the same thing and the same portions. asked for extra mayo, mainly because whenever i add mayo to my sandwich, its basically still dry because of how little mayo is there, my sandwich looked like it was literally dunked into the mayo container lol. i ended up having to remove almost all of the mayo from inside my sandwich and had to clean the entire outside of the bread plus the paper it was wrapped in was soaked. this is not the first time this has happened. i worked for the company for a while and if i would have put this much mayo on a sandwich, elizabeth would've fired me. please re train whoever was working today (12/29/24) because they made my sandwich inedible and i am honestly disgusted. read more

After I saw a YouTube review show in which the influencers compare menu items from 2 fast food restaurants. Both of them gave high marks to the cheese steaks from Jersey Mike's. I have never been to Jersey Mike's and I love roast beef sandwich. So I googled and located a Jersey Mike's in Kirkland, went there and ordered a Philly Steak sandwich. The first thing I noticed when I unwrapped the sandwich was how gamey it smell. It usually means the beef is not fresh. After I took a few bites, I noticed that there is no taste at all - bland and tasteless. I ended up throwing half the sandwich in the trash. Perhaps the review was fake or paid for or just the Kirkland franchise was bad - I do not know. One thing I know is that I will never go back to Jersey Mike's. read more

Made an online order 2.5 hours before pickup time. Got there, and they never made the sandwiches because they said they sold out of bread. They never notified us that the would not have our order ready. I feel like they could have reserved our bread for 3 sandwiches given we prepaid and there was ample time to plan. At the very least they could have sent us a notification that the order could not be fulfilled BEFORE we wasted our time to drive there and deal with asking for a refund. read more

You really can't go wrong with a sub sandwich as a meal option. Better than Subway- JMS offers hearty subs in several filling size options. What's even better, is that you can pre-order through their website and pick-up. No waiting in line! I hate lines! I came here during the COVID pandemic. This location was strictly following safety protocol. Dining room closed off. A barrier between guests and assembly line that prevented people from potentially exposing their germs to sandwiches. I have to start by saying I really like Jersey Mike's food. It is good food for the money. I do have an issue with this franchise location. I have been to other franchise locations in other states, and this location is BY FAR the slowest i have ever eaten at. There doesn't seem to be any structure in who is running the slicer, who is topping the subs and who is operating the cash register. The time it takes to glove up to make a sandwich then deglove to take cash takes time away from making sandwiches. This is even worse with online orders. I had an order that said would be completed at 11:10, but was really done at 11:40. NOT GOOD MAPLE VALLEY Jersey Mike's. I'm sorry but I will have to stop getting my lunch there. read more

I had never had Jersey Mike's before I visited this location, I was always a basic Subway kinda gal. I know...I know... I've definitely been missing out. At first I wasn't too sure, as I didn't like a lot of the ingredients that came on the sub (but that is just me - I'm pretty basic when it comes to sandwiches). The owner had been sitting behind us and noticed we were hesitant, and got up to introduce himself and walk us through the menu. He insisted to give them a shot... so we did! Yum! My boyfriend got the Mikes Philly Cheesesteak and absolutely devoured it - he loved it. I got the Turkey & Provolone, and had it pretty basic with the oil on the side. It was really good! I enjoyed it!! Will absolutely be returning here in the future. Huge fan of this store and the owner. BUT yes there is a but it takes FOREVER to get your sandwiches. I've been her now for 17 min and there is still 4 people in front of me and 7 groups of people behind. The online orders also affect the efficiency of how fast they move people through. Great sandwiches. Terrible online ordering service. You can place an order, show up 15 minutes later when it's supposed to be ready, and watch customers in line that show up after you get their sandwiches first. They will ask your name, if they even acknowledge you without saying something, and then say your order isn't ready. But they won't put any priority on it even though you are waiting and it's supposed to be ready. They help people in line and even that come in after you first. Then when your order is ready they won't tell you, they'll ignore you. You have to step in line and get their attention and they act like you are being rude. read more

You know, things have been stressful since COVID hit, and I've noticed that as businesses become short staffed, customer service suffers. That is NOT the case at Jersey Mike's. We've been ordering a lot of food online lately, and while most of our orders from other places have had mistakes, our sandwiches are always perfect. This location has recently got some new staff and they seem to be doing a good job, I've only ever had one problem where they mixed my sandwich up with someone else's, but I wasn't too upset because they were really swamped, and they got me my sandwich once they realized the mistake and gave me a coupon for a free sub. I'm out $19 for a sub combo, stuck with someone else's order and their solution was to mail me a coupon. I asked for a refund and would not budget. Only solution is to mail me a coupon.
