I was so disappointed by Jersey Mikes. There were so few options with what you put in your sandwich. I was expecting something like subway. The store was not too busy and they had a 4 man team. I ordered 3 hot sandwiches and one cold. The cold sandwich of course was done first, but it took 25 minutes for the hot sandwiches to be done. I live 5 minutes from this location. When we got home, the Portabella Cheesesteak was cold and soggy as was one of the other bacon ranch chicken cheese steak sandwiches. Although I appreciate freshly cut meat and cheese, the cut was too thin. I couldn't even taste the cheese. In fact, the sandwich was just blah. Since my cold sandwich was sitting for 25 minutes, it was soggy as hell as well. The workers also forgot to scan my shore points... but after the wait I just didn't care because I don't think I will be coming back to Jersey Mikes as my family all did not enjoy our experience. $74 for four sandwiches is also a bit much all considering the service and the bad sandwiches. They just did not look appealing to eat and the taste was sub par. I guess it is confirmed we are Subway people. read more

I would give this place minus 5 if I could. Order sandwiches for the family and we recieved more than a sandwich when we pulled hair fout of our mouth from the sandwich . I called the assistant manager and she was super sweet told me she was oh so sorry and would refund my money. Next day went in told the young gal what I was in there for and she called her co worker who was tall super skinny and her additude was like i was bothering her. She was total frustrated trying to get me a refund, frustrated calling her boss, throwing her arms in the air walking g away the tone in her voice and scoul on her face you could tell she was very irritated with me when all I did was ask for a refund because we found hair in our food. She said will my boss is on his way he will have to take care of this. Another customer came in and her look and tone change and she was uber sweet. I mentioned how I was treated and he just brushed it off like oh she was just trying to help you and was frustrated no she was frustrated once she knew why I was there. Then Rocki the manager said my sister would have to come in with her card which was how it was paid for to get the refund told him no problem I will let her know. The next day he proceeds to tell my sister that his employee said I was rude to her. I spoke with him again and said I didnt appreciate it that when I was doing what I was told but she turned it so she wouldnt get in trouble. I love Jersey Mike's! COVID has made things very hard for everyone, so I don't mind waiting for good food or ordering to-go ahead anywhere. But this Jersey Mike's has been SLACKING the last few times I've been in the past 6 months. Sandwiches are made really messy, I've gotten wrong types of bread, and I've even gotten wrong meats. Make sure to let them know if they've gotten your order wrong and ask for them to please correct it - yes, they need to know so they can improve! Unfortunately, many people order take out or delivery and don't see their food till they open it at home. read more

So disappointed! Visited for first time last week and the sandwich was awesome! I think the owner was there and offered us a taste of their Stubborn soda. Went back today to get the same sandwich. Every single table was filthy. There were only a couple customers in the store. One employee was sitting down eating. A couple of others were standing around. I asked for a rag and a guy did clean a table for me but left the rest dirty. A family with little kids sat at a dirty table and the little girl tried to wipe the crumbs off with a napkin. The sandwich took forever and was not at all like the first one we'd had. We took it to eat in the car because the store was freezing. The thermostat read 64 degrees. The sandwich I ordered was good, however it took forever for it to be made and the line was very long. It seemed unorganized with people scrambling to get the sandwiches made. While I was there, I overheard the lady who seemed to be the manager (long, blonde braid) yelling at her employees loudly enough for everyone to hear and just being rude/unprofessional. I'm a fan of the franchise r this location is SOOO SLOW!!! I just had to leave after standing in line FOREVER with only one customer ahead of me.... Apparently they are overwhelmed with online orders. I probably would have been more patient if there weren't four more employees walking in and out of the back. read more

This location is great! Clean and friendly. Food is good too if you are willing to experiment. The thing I live most and will keep supporting them is at even though they are fairly new, they have already gotten super involved in supporting the community and that is just awesome. I have been going to this location since it opened and always thought it was pretty good until I ordered a #17 steak and cheese today and after taking a few bites noticed there was a hair melted in the cheese. After looking closer there were several thick short black curly hairs in the sandwich, I am just hoping they were pet hairs and that I saw them before eating some. read more

Living in the area I visit this particular Jersey Mike's often. No more though, their service has been declining the past few months. The last issue was when I ordered online for three sandwiches (5/1). Though the order was supposed to be ready at 1:06pm I didn't receive it until 1:46pm. Taking into account that they were busy I could have walked in and ordered/received my sandwiches faster as multiple customers did so. There is no reason whatsoever to use the highly touted online app since this particular location is a massive fail. To top it off the order was wrong. Subway is down the street and is now my place to go for sandwiches. read more

Our order was over $60 for 3 Giant subs and 2 mini subs. It was delivered via door dash, when we received our order they looked like they were wrapped by a 3 year old. The insides weren't even in the bread, half were spread on the wrapper and the flavor was bland. For being $15 for each sandwich, there should be a little more care in the making of them and you should be able to taste the different flavors! Will not be doing this location again. read more

Great food with a rather nervous/anxious experience. The food is good, yet better enjoyed at home, not in the restaurant. The whole experience from waiting in line to ordering and finally paying is so full of nervousness and anxiety, you can feel it radiate off the employees and other people waiting in line. It's an experience I don't care to repeat again. As a customer, we should feel relaxed and at ease, which is definitely not the case. Maybe they should emulate the way Jimmy John's is ran if they want to stay in business. read more

Wanted a sandwich and remembered how good Jersey Mike's was. Got just a basic turkey and provolone with mayo and seasoning. When girl cut my sandwich and went to wrap it I noticed stuff all over the bread. I asked her what it was and she said BBQ sauce from the last sandwich she cut and went to keep wrapping it. Another gal told her to go ahead and replace the top after I said I don't like BBQ sauce. She replaced the top with a different sized piece of bread and continued to wrap it. I opened the sandwich up if front of them to let them know that they had replaced the BBQ covered piece of bread that had all the seasoning and mayo with just a dry piece of bread. I asked to get the condiments added back on. Seriously? $8.25 for a sandwich you'd think I'd asked too much. The girl making my sandwich was not happy that I wanted my sandwich done right. I really wanted to walk out but decided to suck it up. Really hope they learn to clean their knives between cutting sandwiches. One and done for me. I'll stick to S'wiched. read more

I'm finally going to have to write a review because I am beyond irritated with the service here. I feel like I get crappy service once I want to order a hot sandwiches. Today's visit was no different. 10 minutes in after my order had been placed and paid for, my order had not been started on. People came in after me and were served their sandwiches. After seeing they got their orders before me, I asked if they were going to start on ours anytime soon? At that time, our sandwich meats weren't even on the grill. Jersey Mike's is great food. Unfortunately, this location does not have great customer service and wait times. I have been to this location twice and ordered online both times. Both times I have gotten there and the food is not even made. This last time, I stood, ignored at the designated spot for 10 mins before being acknowledged. I do understand they were busy. Then the manager walks up to ring someone else out, starts small talk and walks away to answer a phone call. By the time I reached out to the employees to look for my order, which was supposed to be done 30 mins prior, they proceed to tell me the ticket did not print but they have the order and would make it.
