Fast, friendly service. I came in at the end of the night and they told me not to rush. Very reasonable prices and clean, big dining room. Family-owned, mom and son were both working. Delicious food arrived very quickly. Would gladly go again.

Big spacious upscale local Chinese restaurant vibe. We got pupu platter, hot & sour soup, orange chicken, sesame chickenl, and crispy duck. Pretty good food and friendly service.

Found the restaurant very convenient. My wife and I go here many times a month. Very reasonably priced always clean in the best service in Denver. Also has great food with great competitive pricing. Cocktails are amazing. I'm actually able to get a Long Island iced tea for nine dollars unbelievable. I'd recommend it to anybody.

    Cool setting.

Great restaurant that provides really good service and large amounts of well prepared food. Establishment was clean and prices reasonable. Worth checking out!

I had sesame chicken and egg rolls from Ming's Dynasty last night and I've been sick ever since. Definitely won't be going back.

The Rendang beef is my fiancés favorite! It's a coconut beef curry/stew that's slow cooked with a rich brown gravy. You can choose your heat level from 0 spice up- I recommend a little spice. The Hainanese chicken is my favorite - it's poached boneless chicken that's super juicy and comes with ginger scallion sauce and creamy coconut rice! We also usually order the roti, char kway teow noodles (they're thick rice noodles with shrimp) or the chili ayam malacca which are thick peanut chicken noodles. If you like chow fun you'll love these! Can't say enough good things about this spot!

I waited there for my takeout, but the total kept bothering me, so I looked at their menu. When I asked why it was so expensive, he told me that a bowl of white rice costs $5.25. The thing is, I've been ordering this exact meal through DoorDash or Uber Eats almost every month, and the white rice has always come with the meal without any additional charge. I told him I didn't want the rice, and only then did he refund the $5.25. I'm honestly really frustrated. I'm a regular customer and have been ordering from here for a long time, so this experience was pretty disappointing. After I got home, I looked at the reviews on Google and Yelp and noticed that other customers have mentioned similar billing issues. That made the whole situation even more concerning.

We inquired about a photo on the wall. She told us it was hot and spicy chicken. She said it was not very spicy. The dishes arrive shortly after ordering. The lo mein noodles came out first followed by the hot and spicy chicken. From the looks of it, the hot and spicy chicken really looked quite spicy. It was covered with hot chilies. I tasted one piece and my mouth was burning. I told my husband we should change the order if he couldn't eat it. He tried a few pieces and agreed that it was hot. He did not really want to bother the staff with a re-order. When staff appeared again, I told her the chicken really was too hot. She said they were happy to exchange the meal and that she would take this dish off the bill. Instead, we got fried calamari. In the meantime, I was eating my lo mein, which was quite good. The fried calamari arrived and was much better. Both staff and the owner came out to make sure we were happy. Great service! Shared parking lot and Wi-Fi code is advertised in the restaurant.

Just a few small bites to end our wonderful meal. As always, the service was very good and since we sat outside to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, the ambient was perfect: not too noisy at all. Wendy Tong, owner of Chopstix Fusion, is a lovely lady who welcomes her guests with great hospitality, and her husband is a phenomenal chef who, not only can cook these dishes, but can prepare some mean Chinese traditional dishes. If you have not eaten here, it is highly suggested that you stop by and instead of smelling the roses, smell the cooking that is happening here. Your nose, mouth, and stomach will thank you!

We ordered the fried tofu (with peppers and onions), orange chicken, fried fish fillet, and veggie delight (mixed veggies). The fried fish fillet was definitely the standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a light, tangy layer of sauce that added flavor without making it soggy. Easily my favorite dish of the meal. The fried tofu was also really solid and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The peppers and onions complemented it well without overpowering the tofu itself. The orange chicken was okay. I tend to compare orange chicken to Panda Express (probably unfair, but it's my benchmark), and this one didn't quite hit that same balance of crispiness and sauce. I think if it had a bit more meat within each piece, would be better. The mixed vegetables were decent but not something I'd order again. They felt a bit drenched in sauce and didn't have much depth in flavor. One of the highlights of the visit was meeting an elderly woman who helps out when it gets busy. She mentioned she was the former owner. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up having a really nice conversation in Mandarin. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. Otherwise, really nice venue with lots of space and tables. Waiters always refilled my water, which is a good plus. Also gave me fresh rice when I took the leftovers to go. Overall, a solid meal with a couple standout dishes. I'd definitely come back for the fried fish fillet and tofu. Will be back to try their other dishes.
