Fast, friendly service. I came in at the end of the night and they told me not to rush. Very reasonable prices and clean, big dining room. Family-owned, mom and son were both working. Delicious food arrived very quickly. Would gladly go again.

Big spacious upscale local Chinese restaurant vibe. We got pupu platter, hot & sour soup, orange chicken, sesame chickenl, and crispy duck. Pretty good food and friendly service.

Found the restaurant very convenient. My wife and I go here many times a month. Very reasonably priced always clean in the best service in Denver. Also has great food with great competitive pricing. Cocktails are amazing. I'm actually able to get a Long Island iced tea for nine dollars unbelievable. I'd recommend it to anybody.

    Cool setting.

Great restaurant that provides really good service and large amounts of well prepared food. Establishment was clean and prices reasonable. Worth checking out!

I had my meal delivered, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the delivery service. My food arrived in a cute reusable tote. The sesame chicken was crispy and well-fried, a dish I would order again, as were the cream cheese wontons. The schezuan chicken was tasty enough, though the vegetables were overcooked (I wouldn't order this dish again). The Singaporean chow fun was not as flavorful as those I've had at other restaurants, but it tasted fresh and paired well with the sweet tangy flavor of the sesame chicken. Delivery was fast, the food was fresh and not overly salty as is often the case. All in all, I'd say this place is 5/5 for people who enjoy Americanized Chinese food, perfect for those with a western palate craving Chinese food, and 4/5 for those wanting stronger and more authentic flavors. Personally, I'm someone who generally enjoys more authentic flavors, but I can tell this restaurant is putting their best foot forward, and I'd probably order from them again whenever I'm craving sesame chicken and Singapore chow fun.

The best Chinese food I've ever tried!! I went like 5 times when I was visiting Denver and I'd go back again in a heartbeat.

I had sesame chicken and egg rolls from Ming's Dynasty last night and I've been sick ever since. Definitely won't be going back.

The deal came with a free dessert to share, either a pandan cake or mango mousse. We decided on sharing and dividing the cake and boy, was it delicious! Just a few small bites to end our wonderful meal. As always, the service was very good and since we sat outside to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, the ambient was perfect: not too noisy at all. Wendy Tong, owner of Chopstix Fusion, is a lovely lady who welcomes her guests with great hospitality, and her husband is a phenomenal chef who, not only can cook these dishes, but can prepare some mean Chinese traditional dishes. If you have not eaten here, it is highly suggested that you stop by and instead of smelling the roses, smell the cooking that is happening here. Your nose, mouth, and stomach will thank you!

However, the food was delicious. Everything was super flavorful. Portions are pretty good as well. My go to order at every HK Canto style restaurant is the beef chowfun. If it's good, I'll come back. And the beef chow fun was some of the best that I have had in CO. I don't know. There was something about it where it had enough sauce cooked in the noodles but also a good quantity of meat as well. It wasn't overpowered by onions like a lot of places do. For desserts, I tried the ube tiramisu and the pandan coconut cake. Both were very tasty and they're not too sweet which is code for Asian approval on sweets. Service is friendly and food comes quick. It is a small restaurant tucked in a corner so WiFi is nonexistent.

I am so glad that they are so consistent and have not changed recipes or adjusted seasonings. Ordered our two favorites - pickled pepper beef and mapo tofu. We ordered the fried tofu (with peppers and onions), orange chicken, fried fish fillet, and veggie delight (mixed veggies). The fried fish fillet was definitely the standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a light, tangy layer of sauce that added flavor without making it soggy. Easily my favorite dish of the meal. The fried tofu was also really solid and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The peppers and onions complemented it well without overpowering the tofu itself. The orange chicken was okay. I tend to compare orange chicken to Panda Express (probably unfair, but it's my benchmark), and this one didn't quite hit that same balance of crispiness and sauce. I think if it had a bit more meat within each piece, would be better. The mixed vegetables were decent but not something I'd order again. They felt a bit drenched in sauce and didn't have much depth in flavor. One of the highlights of the visit was meeting an elderly woman who helps out when it gets busy. She mentioned she was the former owner. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up having a really nice conversation in Mandarin. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. Otherwise, really nice venue with lots of space and tables. Waiters always refilled my water, which is a good plus. Also gave me fresh rice when I took the leftovers to go. Overall, a solid meal with a couple standout dishes. I'd definitely come back for the fried fish fillet and tofu. Will be back to try their other dishes.
