Egg rolls very good. Kung Pao Chicken - confusing. The vegies and meat were absolutely wonderful - very fresh and plenty of them. I added snow peas and water chestnuts and wasn't disappointed. There were lots of each. However, the flavors/sauce I am used to with Kung Pao were strangely diluted. Added soy sauce and my own chili oil and it was better. Should I have picked a sauce? But Kung Pao means a certain style of cooking. The quantity and quality of ingredients used were impressive. I will try it again and see what happens. read more

1-Star Review The beef and broccoli tasted like sink water, and the vegetables (carrots and mushrooms) were undercooked -- the carrots were still raw & hard and the mushrooms were barely cooked. We also ordered garlic chicken well-done, but it was not fully cooked when served. Egg rolls were disgusting and liquid was dripping out of them. When we told our server that we did not like the food and hadn't eaten much of it, her response was, "People always complain." She then removed our plates -- still full -- and we were still charged for everything. You'd be better off going one block to Chipotle and actually enjoying your meal for half the cost. I chose to give it another try, but unfortunately had the same reaction. I'm sharing this because I genuinely hope you'll look into your ingredient freshness and kitchen practices. With so many restaurants now emphasizing fresh vegetables and updated food handling standards, customers are increasingly sensitive to quality. If there are issues with storage, frozen ingredients, or kitchen systems, I encourage you to review them. I would much prefer to see improvements than to see a long-standing establishment decline. Found the restaurant very convenient. My wife and I go here many times a month. Very reasonably priced always clean in the best service in Denver. Also has great food with great competitive pricing. Cocktails are amazing. I'm actually able to get a Long Island iced tea for nine dollars unbelievable. I'd recommend it to anybody. read more

So I always order the lo mein and I always have chili oil on the side. I get there and the lady says to me she didn't put it in the order because it cost $.50. I went there for almost 3 years and I have never been charged for that . The least you could've done was just put it in there and advise me of the charge in the future instead of me wasting my time to pay for it and then her going into the back to get it. I have lived in the neighborhood less than a mile from this restaurant for 21 years and here is my experience: 20 years ago the food was good but prices a bit high. I ordered again after a few years and I don't know what they put in their food but I have ordered items off the menu and had a very sick stomach the next day and I didn't order from them for a while. Recently I thought I could order some combination fried rice because it seems like a safe bet. What I got was not fried rice. There were no pieces of egg, there were no peas, or carrots. The rice was not fried. I paid $17.00 for a very substandard product. It was a pile of regular rice with some meats. I'm done with this restaurant. They have the capacity to make combination fried rice correctly but they choose to cut corners for profit. Done!! read more

I had my meal delivered, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the delivery service. My food arrived in a cute reusable tote. The sesame chicken was crispy and well-fried, a dish I would order again, as were the cream cheese wontons. The schezuan chicken was tasty enough, though the vegetables were overcooked (I wouldn't order this dish again). The Singaporean chow fun was not as flavorful as those I've had at other restaurants, but it tasted fresh and paired well with the sweet tangy flavor of the sesame chicken. Delivery was fast, the food was fresh and not overly salty as is often the case. All in all, I'd say this place is 5/5 for people who enjoy Americanized Chinese food, perfect for those with a western palate craving Chinese food, and 4/5 for those wanting stronger and more authentic flavors. First off: yes, you're phone is fine; yes, my phone is fine, the lighting in here is not the best so don't expect to take a lot of selfies. First time here and it's on a Sunday for lunch, so I made it just in time for the lunch buffet!! Looking at the take out menu I thought I could order anything and I would be offered the buffet as an options. Turns out the buffet is for dine in and the menu is for take out/deliveries, or at least that's how I felt. I was not offered a menu but was told to enjoy the buffet whenever I was ready. I was planning on doing the buffet anyway so it kinda worked out! The staff was so friendly! Very kind and quick with my drink refills and taking away my empty plates. The dining area is nicely spread out, doesn't feel like you'll be bumping elbows with the person next to you! They keep it very clean! The options for the buffet are very limited to what I'm use too. They had everting I normally eat/order so that was a huge plus! Just wish there were a few more options so I could try something new. I normally do buffets to try something new (as do must of us). Why did I choose them? It seemed that people either loved it or hated it based on my fellow yelp reviewers feedback. Between Mr. Burt absolutely hating it and the new ownership noted by many #Yelpers (those who write yelp reviews) I knew I had to give it a try to settle the score! Overall my general Tsao's chicken was phenomenal. The plating was next to none. I felt like I was getting a very high class meal. So much so that my current Lover and I decided to set the mood lighting and play "All Night Long" by Mr. Lionel Richie as we just wanted to eat this dish ALL NIGHT LONG! As for my Combination Fried rice... I can not say enough about it. Again, the plating was beautiful with just enough sweet and spice. My favorite part was the few raw shrimpies that I received. This is probably among one of the worse Chinese spots in Denver. I've been here twice and the food was consistent... consistently either bland or unnecessarily sweet. The quality just feels very low, with the lo mein noodles being mushy and the beef in some of the dishes being incredibly soggy due to an overwhelming amount of breading being soaked in the sauce. This is the only time I've ever felt like I needed to add salt and pepper to my hot & sour soup. Two stars for this so-called consistency and perhaps the fact that if you're hungry it will get the job done. But I would never recommend this to anyone. read more
