EVERYTHING was delicious, VERY hot when we got home and the Tofu was crispy, with plenty of sauce to cover our rice, not soggy as poor, dear ZoeAnn had lamented. I got the cashew chicken. It was good but was so loaded with mushrooms, that there were more mushrooms than chicken. It should be called mushrooms with cashews instead. This is the second location and they have the same menu as well as other Hong Kong Station. Same great taste and I really like visiting this location. The manager is really friendly and is very knowledgeable about the ingredients that go into all the sauces and dishes. I like how this location has just as many parking space as the other location. This restaurant reminds me of a neighborhood restaurant where everyone knows you. Well, not really, but every time I stop by here, either to sit and eat or do a takeout, I feel like I am just visiting a friend down the street. Tonight's pickup is no exception except for Kai, the man I always talk to whenever I stopped by in the past, was off. I was looking forward to chatting with him about his food experiences with his wife. I guess I will stop by again and talk to him. After giving my order to the new guy, I looked around to see if they are busy or not, and tonight is the night where folks were dining in or doing takeout. It was actually a lively place with conversations can be heard. It is different than when I get to talk to Kai, because it would be just me and him, and we would keep on chatting. For my takeout, I ordered salt & pepper shrimp and the beef chao fan. I love how they seasoned the shrimp. To make these shrimp last longer, I would take a third of the bite from the shrimp, scoop up some small pieces of hot pepper, and add a little bit of rice to it. Wow, so good! Even though there are only 9 shrimps in this dish, we made it lasts for 2 meals. What is lack from the shrimp, the beef chao fan made up by having so many slices of beef. There were so many that I wondered what happened to all the noodles in this dish. This dish is one of my favorite dishes here at HK station 2Go, and it is a must for anyone who wants a recommendation on that one special dish. Then at 810pm he asked us to leave and said they're ready to leave and he peaced out asap with the chef, car was already remote started as we stood outside to finish our conversation. Definitely found my new favorite Chinese takeout spot. The food is very fresh, is delivered fast and very spicy (when you ask for it to be spicy). What I found to be very pleasing in particular though, is how the food wasn't too greasy, salty or mushy like honestly most Chinese takeout. The food was really good without making me feel guilty afterwards. The Lo Mien noodles had the perfect texture and perfectly proportioned meat and veggies. The beef in both that and the Schezuan Beef was very tender and not overly coated in corn starch like most places. In other words, you get what you pay for here. This is probably the most expensive Chinese place around. It came to $70 for everything in the pictures. And they charge an $8 service fee separate from tax, tip and delivery fees. Also, the entrees are where this place shines. The Jalapeño Crab Cheese Wontons were a miss, no traces of jalapeño or crab to be found and a Philadelphia-style cream cheese dominated every bite. The egg rolls and hot and sour soup were very solid and fresh but not the best I've had. I'd recommend skipping the appetizers and getting another entree instead. First time dining at this location. I was a huge fan when the chefs were on Dartmouth and Havana before moving to Centennial. I heard these are same owners. I was not disappointed. I walked in to place a take out order of crispy fried Tofu. I spoke at length about I wanted to the server. when I got it, I went home (which is a five minute walk to the condo complex next door). When I got there and opened it, I had a blob of breaded tofu that was not fried. I immediately called and told them I was coming back in five minutes to either get a replacement or a refund. I was told not to bring anything back because it was fine the way it is! I was like " No, it's not fine. it's gross and not what I thought I ordered. I am telling everyone I can in the condo complex about how I was treated. Quite frankly, I'm surprised an owner would not engage in customer service. Forging good customer relations is so important. They may have not known that I lived next door (although I did tell the server who took my order). Good customer service would have resulted in me encourage the people in the complex to go to their restaurant. The owner should have said if I was there within the next "X" amount of minutes, I could order something else In conclusion, give the poor experience I had and way I was treated -- I will NEVER go here again, I think the owners response to me shows his character. I never claimed to be knowledgeable about Chinese food. I was explaining how this other place I had been to several times had this amazing deep fried tofu. But it was by Whole Foods on Hampden, so I wanted to try the local one next door. This is a great authentic chinese restaurant as it has more than just orange chicken and other food you can get at take out. It is a bit expensive, but if you eat family style the price is very much worth it. I recommend the walnut shrimp to start your dive into other chinese cuisine besides take out. The second outpost for a great Cantonese-style restaurant. Food is as great as their original Centennial location, but a smaller menu. This location is for to go only, there are no tables or dine in option. So, I assume some of the dishes at original location probably wouldn't transport quite as well when the food is to go. Right after I placed my order, they called me to let me know that there was a small typo on the website, about the Beef Brisket Chao Fan W. Black Bean Sauce being available. Double checked that they could sub it with sliced beef. Szechuan Style Spicy Chicken was crispy and loaded with plenty of Sichuan peppercorns for that spicy numbing spice. Salt and Pepper Fish was fried well with that classic Hong Kong salt and pepper blend. Mapo Tofu was also very good, definitely spicier than other ones I've had, which is a good thing. Beef Chao Fun with Black Bean Sauce was delicious, with plenty of umami laden fermented black beans. The seared rice noodles was a nice touch with the sauce on the side so the noodles don't get soggy. Definitely a less common dish than the "dry style" version, but they also have the "dry style" Beef Chao Fun. The menu also includes American Chinese classics, although I didn't try any. read more

Have been craving old school egg rolls which are remarkably hard to find. I actually did a Yelp egg roll search. They are small like spring rolls but tasty and hot the spot. Pork are egg rolls and veg are spring rolls. They come 3 to s an order. Pork egg rolls esp hit the spot for me. Very good. Staff nice and zen music was nice too. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant because the vegetables are fresh and the food is delicious. I had lunch there and there was plenty of seating and the service was great. I've also had take out with large portions. Wow so good! Just ordered this for Xmas dinner, and although a bit pricey with delivery fees and things, it was worth it. Best Chinese food I've had since eating in Chinatown in Vancouver years ago. We are vegetarians and everyone loved it. Dishes that stood out: Garlic eggplant (melts in your mouth!), veggie lomein (delish!), fried rice and white rice are excellent, as well as veggie egg rolls (yum!).
