I have a 15 monitor work station that I am very hesitant about anyone touching let alone moving, but these guys handled it like a breeze, especially during a rainy day on top of everything else. One thing that was great is how they took time to prepare the home for the moving process, protecting floors, stairs, and other surfaces to make sure zero damage was done. Their wrapping of items was great - you can definitely tell that they care about protecting your items. I spent the day worrying (needlessly) that the storage unit I had rented was too small. The crew fit all of the items neatly and safely into a 5x10' unit with room to spare. After they left I realized they did not pack anything in the medicine cabinet and forgot to pack an entire kitchen cabinet and drawer. They took my formal shoes (beaded and glitter) out of their shoe boxes and dumped them in the bottom of a big box underneath my sneakers and boots! When I went back to clean my apartment I found the pile of shoe boxes they left in a closet. They took dirty clothes out of a laundry basket and packed them with clean clothes. They put ceramic items in a box with other random stuff without wrapping it up. AND, they removed the cords to my TVs and speakers and I haven't found them yet, nearly a week later. I contacted the company to complain and did not recieve a response., I have a marble end table and the top somehow came unglued. One of the crew knew it happened but didn't mention it until I asked why the top wasn't attached. They were just like, oh well. Glue it back.., UPDATE: they did not respond to my emails until I posted this review. I have not heard back from them about this 'investigation.' Some companies want to only do a virtual estimate on your phone and not come in person. He even came out a second time, in person, as I had downsized considerably and wanted to get the estimate updated based on the belongings I had left. They do flat-rate pricing which makes everything a lot easier. Did I mention their prices were also very competitive? A lot of companies see a TV, bed that needs disassembly, etc. and then tack on fees for the boxes, taking apart that particular item, etc. Even for transport up the hill I lived on. The pricing I got was for a 26 ft truck, with another flat price for an additional vehicle. Everything was included otherwise (and I had lots of oddball furniture, multiple TVs, shop tools, etc.). They also do not share your space with other customers. When the move day came, they were really careful wrapping, padding, and getting everything neatly organized into the truck. They had just enough that it overfilled the 26 ft truck. I was worried I would get charged for an additional vehicle, but Rodolfo had the idea of using a trailer attached to the 26ft truck's hitch, and only charged a nominal fee to add that on. Awesome! When we arrived, the crew unloaded in a half day and placed everything where I needed it. There was no delay in arriving--it was literally as fast as they could get there cross-country. If you can believe it, nothing at all was broken or damaged and at this point I'm fully unpacked. They were really accommodating unloading and even got a 300+ lb arcade machine down a basement staircase (not a walkout basement.. and this was a 29.5" wide arcade in a 29.5" wide staircase...), which I was thrilled about since I didn't think it would be possible. Top ratings from me and I would easily trust them to do another move. I've already sent them referrals since the move.
