I was pretty far location wise and no other towing company was able to help me. Despite the location Charlie helped get me and my car home safely! Found these guys via Geico roadside assistance recommendations. It only took a couple minutes…read more(typically takes 5-10) to get assigned a service provider. When going through the Geico app, your pin drop may be a bit off as it is hard to drag and drop on the screen so it's best to call the tow company once your app updates that they have arrived. I was able to communicate my location more accurately to the tow company allowing them to quickly update their driver on my location. When the driver arrived he greeted me and asked how I was doing and was professional, friendly, and really helpful he even let me keep the car running for the ac to remain on since I had my dog in the car. He approached my dog nicely when he needed to get the mileage from the car. My dog is a rescue and still learning how to be around new people but he approached slowly and kept his hand out so she could smell and be ok (she did try to nip at him a bit at first so I apologized for that she was buckled in so she couldn't reach him) but that's why he adjusted his approach as we tried to read the mileage. He also helped me empty the trunk a bit to reach the spare. I don't like the default jack in the car and didn't have any of my tools or able to phone any friends to help so I'm really glad he was able to help me. This is an eye opener for me though so I need to update my roadside tools for later just to be safe. I did have my air pump but that's how I was able to find the holes in the tire when I hit that pot hole lol. Unfortunate event BUT ON A GOOD NOTE, I was able to find a nice, reliable, friendly, professional tow truck service provider. And I was looking to switch out my tires anyway lol. We tried to call multiple towing services, but they all quoted us either a 3 hour wait, or they said that they couldn't make it into the parking structure because there was an 8 foot clearance. Tony quoted us an hour wait because he was already delivering gas to another customer. He called us within 45 minutes to let us know that he was on his way. When he got to us, he was able to hook up the car and easily tow us back to Mililani. When we got to Mililani, he had to help us put the car into our parking stall. Let me tell you that this is where the magic happened. I don't now how he did it, but Tony was able to put the car into a small townhouse parking stall next to a curb. He has mad skills I was so impressed. Very friendly and very well priced.
