What started out as a terrible and stressful experience turned into a pleasant one because of him. Geremy first drove me to the shop, only for us to discover that they were no longer located there. Without hesitation, he took me to their new location and then made sure I got home safely afterward. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond meant so much to me. Geremy is genuinely a great person, and I feel very fortunate and blessed that he was my driver that day. Thank you, Geremy, for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience. Your kindness was truly appreciated!

Charles went out of his way to get in touch with me and said he couldn't get me there on time (he is based far from where my car was), but he could refer me to people that could. He also said if I don't make my appointment and had to reschedule, he would be able to give me a tow for the new appointment date. Long story short, his going out of the way to connect me with other drivers saved me. These are the types of people I want to do business with. Will definitely reach out to 808 Roadside if I ever need a tow in the future.

I was pretty far location wise and no other towing company was able to help me. Despite the location Charlie helped get me and my car home safely! With his experience, I trusted him to tow my range without a flatbed and the entire trip home went smoothly (even on the freeway). So even if you need your luxury vehicle towed, TRUST CHARLIE! Although it took up a lot of his time he drove slowly and cautiously to ensure no accidents happened and didn't just rush to get the job done. He even helped me grab some stuff from the car the next day and agreed to meet me after a tow job, and when my car was deemed a total loss (I'm gonna miss that car) he grabbed all the stuff that was in my car FOR ME, packed it up, and agreed to meet up with me right after packing that stuff. When going through the Geico app, your pin drop may be a bit off as it is hard to drag and drop on the screen so it's best to call the tow company once your app updates that they have arrived. I was able to communicate my location more accurately to the tow company allowing them to quickly update their driver on my location. When the driver arrived he greeted me and asked how I was doing and was professional, friendly, and really helpful he even let me keep the car running for the ac to remain on since I had my dog in the car. He approached my dog nicely when he needed to get the mileage from the car. My dog is a rescue and still learning how to be around new people but he approached slowly and kept his hand out so she could smell and be ok (she did try to nip at him a bit at first so I apologized for that she was buckled in so she couldn't reach him) but that's why he adjusted his approach as we tried to read the mileage. He also helped me empty the trunk a bit to reach the spare. I don't like the default jack in the car and didn't have any of my tools or able to phone any friends to help so I'm really glad he was able to help me. This is an eye opener for me though so I need to update my roadside tools for later just to be safe. I did have my air pump but that's how I was able to find the holes in the tire when I hit that pot hole lol. Unfortunate event BUT ON A GOOD NOTE, I was able to find a nice, reliable, friendly, professional tow truck service provider. And I was looking to switch out my tires anyway lol. So honestly, I'd say that's a win in the event of things happen for a reason. Thanks for the roadside assistance Empire Towing & Roadside!
