Day before delivery, received both text and email reminders. They showed up as expected per the 1 hour window and was careful in removing the items despite the elevator not being padded as the building double booked at the last minute. Even though it was a bit chaotic and disorganized in terms of the loading dock area being blocked by other cars, the two-member team was experienced and knowledgeable so things went smoothly. I called the afternoon before and Sean and Patrick came out the very next day to do an estimate. My mom had a lot of junk she had accumulated for the last 32 years. We set the date and time, and I received several emails reminding me of my appointment. On the day of the pickup, they were right on time. Their truck is immaculate, which I find pretty amazing, and they packed everything up in their truck very neatly.
