It was a Tuesday and I needed my final walkthrough to get done on Thursday night since I was leaving Friday. I contacted a bunch of companies who were already booked out 2 wks. They came very prepared and let me tell you, these ladies worked their butts off!!! Their teamwork was impeccable! Communication was great! Since I live in the mainland, I relied on Yelp to find a cleaning crew that I could trust. After communicating with a number of them, I decided on MP Services since not only that they had competitive rates and great customer reviews, Meliza the owner had been very responsive throughout. The house is now squeaky clean, and the old windows and jalousies are clean like new (!), as you can tell from the photos. They even cleaned the exterior carport area without charging me for it. Even more, my wife just went back to Hawaii with my MIL, and she was shocked and pleasantly surprised that those jalousies could be cleaned so nicely despite the cakes of dirt that she saw growing up in that house. :-). I highly recommend MP Services and we are hiring them for the regular cleaning now.

Paid $450 for cleaning a 650 square foot studio apartment…read more So glad that I checked on the cleaning before the next person moved in. The place looked clean but upon further inspection, they didn't wipe down the counters, clean under the bed, couch or coffee table, or clean the shower fixtures. I spent about 2 hours making sure the place was perfect. The company asks for feedback within 24 hours, but I was out of town and sent photos and expressed my disappointment a few days after the cleaning. After some back and forth, they offered me a $70 refund which is why I'm giving 2 stars. I still paid $380 for subpar cleaning and spent 2 hours on it, which is unacceptable. If this was my business, I would have done everything I could to make it completely right and win back the customer. But that is not their business model.

Awesome customer service Okihime Cleaning Services. I did read several of the (1) star reviews prior to arranging the appointment which more or less stated that the customers either could not get a response from the company or that there was some sort of scheduling issue. I should have listened to my gut and stayed away. This is definitely not a company that I would put my trust in.

Customer Service is outstanding. The quality of cleaning is superior. My final inspection went…read moreincredibly quick. I remembered what the unit looked and smelled like when I moved in one year ago and Okihime matched it and the realtor knew that. The value was above reproach. Some cleaning companies want to see your mess, square footage, pictures, and don't want to waste their time meeting you. Okihime was the exact opposite. They beat out all competitors and I interviewed a lot of cleaners. They were eager for my business, they worked around my schedule. They didn't pussyfoot around square footage or request to see pictures. They didn't need a credit card to hold a date. They were straight-forward and honest. I pray that I do not need to move ever again as it is the most stressful thing in the world, but if I ever need to move or refer someone to get their places cleaned for a moving, I will always remember and refer them to Okihime Cleaning Services. Oh yes, one more thing, they were early for their appointment and I was on time. Which never happens with cleaners. If you want a company with integrity, honesty, a commitment for excellence, trust me and go with Okihime. If you choose to go with another company and it doesn't go as well as you expected, remember this review. The pictures speak for themselves. As far as the other reviews go that give less than 5-stars? The owners go out of their way to make things right. These customers hold resentment and are probably going through a rough patch in their lives. As I said before, moving is super stressful. Show some grace. I am so thankful for the work Okihime did on my place to have my unit. From start to finish. I put my project up. They contacted me within a few minutes. We talked. Set a date within 48 hours. And I passed final inspection. They worked hard and for their hard worked, I also provided optional gratuity. When you realize just how much hidden spots a professional cleaner can help you clean up to make your place pass an inspection, you'll be so grateful. Okihime is absolutely a life save. Thank you so much!!!! The value was amazing too. Budget friendly for Hawaii people.
