From Yelp messages, my correspondence was with Cienna who gave me 2 quotes. 1st for cleaning rooms and vacuuming for $250. 2nd for cleaning rooms and windows and vacuuming for $275. She sent me an invoice via email to pay $100 deposit. On day of cleaning, Dennis texted me that his team of brother of sister were here. Male employee who was originally from Panama did a good job of cleaning 1 bathroom, cleaning windows and vacuuming for bedroom and living room. He called Dennis to let him know that 2nd bathroom with walk in shower was super dirty. Dennis texted me that I will be charged a little more for deep cleaning. I started off with such high hopes with this company after losing our cleaner to grad school. Bait-and-Switch! They hook you with one decent cleaner (Willow, she was great), then drastically declines with excuses, and shockingly low standards (and then Willow was ironically always gone....birthday party.......out sick). Our latest Airbnb turnover clean was an absolute disaster--starting with a late arrival (blaming a flat tire, which we kindly excused) to blatantly skipping entire sections, leaving filth behind, and charging a ridiculous, outrageous price for nothing. The Owner's Wife? Even Worse. Instead of accountability, she decided the customer can't be right even with photo proof, timestamps and video footage of when and who entered the home.......well sorry to tell you.......it was just your cleaners, choosing to have combative exchange instead. Does it matter when I send them you the proof as long as it's all there with timestamps and photos? They offered a "compensation" for minor issues (like a spot on a toilet) but ignored grease-caked vent hoods, stained walls, and grime-covered furniture. Zero integrity. Zero professionalism. I contacted Clean Sweeps to schedule an estimate. I messaged the number provided and also submitted an online inquiry on their website. It took them about (2) days to respond. One of the owners scheduled me for Monday, 09-02-25 @ 1:30 PM with Dennis (the other owner). The day arrived and 1:30 PM came and went and nothing. Nobody showed up and no call/message. I waited a few more minutes then messaged the number that was provided to see if we were still meeting to do an estimate. I was told that 'they were getting another job started' and that they would be there shortly. When I asked for an ETA, I was told 'around 2'. I responded by saying that I had another appointment at 2:15 PM. No response until 2:03 PM rolled around. I was then told that they were running late (DUH) and that now they would be there AT 2:15 even though I just got done telling them that I had another appointment AT 2:15. At that point, I messaged the telephone number to cancel because I had to leave for my 2:15 appointment. I also messaged them on Yelp to close me out on their end because of the run around that I was getting. Both the phone message and the message on Yelp showed 'READ'. I hired Clean Sweeps after we fell behind with deep cleans and our bathroom renovation project left our place very dusty. It was my husband's birthday so I wanted to hire professionals to help get our place clean and give us a fresh start. Dennis was easy to work with to set up the clean and sent two nice and friendly cleaners who provided great service. They even noticed a two dusty vents in the bathroom.
