Great work! Team of 5 came for our 1 bedroom apt. Took about 1.5 hours. We usually clean ourselves, but needed help in certain areas and have a baby coming soon, so decided to hire professionals. They did an excellent job and really got down to small details like cleaning the bathroom fan, moving all furniture to vacuum/mop, and did an awesome job on our windows/screens. Our apt gets super dusty for some reason and we have a small chi-mix who sheds constantly. We're happy w/the job and price. They charged $295 flat rate which was on par w/other estimates. We also tipped each worker $10 bc tipping is good karma:) Will likely reach out to them in the future for a random cleaning here and there. read more

I was very impressed on the quick response given from Zeny when I inquired about removal of excessive soap scum in my showers. They have that in their cleaning service and provided a very reasonable quote. Another contractor gave me a quote to deglaze my showers which was 4 times the cost , so I decided to give them a try. The team showed up as confirmed was very polite and got to work immediately. I am so glad that I hired them, they results were amazing. They even cleaned my toilet that had a water ring from calcium build up. I didn't ask them to do that , they just did it!!! The 3 man crew that came on the day of the cleaning did a great job. The entire house was cleaned thoroughly. Initially I was told it would take 4-6 hours, but they took over 8 hours. I scheduled a move-out cleaning for my 700 sqft 2BD/2BA with Da-Cotton Klining Services on 8/24/21 because of their 5 star track record. I let my landlord know not to worry about my move-out because I would have the place clean and ready for new tenants to move in. The day of the cleaning, a team of 4 cleaners arrived and I thought, wow, the place is going to be flawless, because the last time I hired move-out cleaners, I was assigned a crew of 2 people for a 900 sqft 2 BR/2BA. Since I was still getting settled in my new home, I told them to go ahead and leave when the job was done. At the end of the day, I returned to check on the quality of the work and was happy overall. The carpet, kitchen appliances, and windows/mirrors were clean. I was however disappointed that the grout work in both bathrooms and kitchen floor were poorly done. When I handed over the keys to my landlord, I was embarrassed because I gave my word that the place would be move-in ready. I would have given just 3 stars, but Zenaida said she could send someone out to do the correct cleaning on the grout because I requested grout service, so I passed their contact information to my landlord. I don't believe my landlord actually had them correct the work because I think he did it himself, so I feel bad about that. Regardless, I am rewarding them an extra star for the gesture to make good on the grout service. My suggestion if you do hire this company. Be there for the completion of their work and request they don't leave until you approve. I thought I could trust them to do the job correctly the first time, so I did not make it a point to be there. read more

I like that the service was fast and I was able to schedule it last minute (literally two days before) so I will give them a star each for that but they didn't clean as thorough as they made it seem like they would. I sent them a list of what I wanted to get clean and they said they could and would be able to do it. I booked the services when I was in the hospital giving birth so I can come home to a clean house but my house wasn't that clean... simple things like wiping the dust on top of my bathroom faucet was missed, wiping down the walls for marks (which I specifically asked for and they said they could), or removing the dust from my stairway light fixtures. I am particular when it comes to cleaning, especially if I'm paying for it and they just didn't meet my expectations which I was clear on. I paid $795 for two cleaners post construction in a 3 bedroom home. I most likely won't be a returning customer. read more

They were fast in responding and was the most reasonable out of everyone. For our move-out cleaning, it took them about 3.5 hours to clean our one bedroom apartment (no carpet). Responded quickly to my service request, were reasonably priced, and were able to complete the job on a Sunday which I appreciated.

Needed a move out cleaning and requested a bunch of quotes. This company had great reviews and was very responsive, however their price was a bit more than the competitors but we decided to go with them for all the 5 star reviews. They arrived with a team of 4 and a few hours later the lead showed up with the bulk of the cleaning items. They spent 5 hrs cleaning our place. Halfway through, I pointed out some areas that they had missed and was told they would take care of them. When I got the call they were done, I noticed that they did not hit the spots that were pointed out. The cleaners who had all packed up ready to leave came back in to finish the missed spots. After they fixed the missed spots, I was happy with their work and paid accordingly. Walking into the unit the next day, I realize that they missed a complete section of the kitchen and there were multiple spots on the carpet that their cleaning did not address. With paying such a substantial amount of money for the cleaning, I was left severely disappointed and almost felt cheated. Based on the other reviews, this may be a one off but please consider your options. I would NOT use this company for my next move out cleaning. read more

Told us how can we live in that (dirty) environment. That we were their worst customer. Said that we disrespected their staff, which is laughable because we gave them tips. We respectfully asked them to fix the issues we found because that was the service we paid. We were also told that they should've charge for more which we wouldve paid if we were told so. We we're moving and we needed a Professional Cleaning service. Thanks to Yelp, we we're able to find this amazing team! My husband was the one who contacted them - they we're very nice and easy to talk to. The scheduled day of cleaning came. They came on time, they were 3 of them and they brought lots of cleaning materials and tools. We also chatted with them for a little because they we're just soo friendly. They said they would finish in 3 hours ($390) so we let them do their magic. Just a brief background.. so we lived in that place for 2 years and the areas that needed deep cleaning were the shower area, the kitchen stove and the carpet. In less than 3 hours, they already texted us that they're done and Wahlaah.. the apartment unit looked very clean, more like a new apartment. That was the very first time I saw (and smelled) the carpet that polisshed. Every part of the apartment was clean (except the Lanai because it's not part of the package so you need to ask if you need to have it cleaned.) We are so happy! They did a wonderful job! Cleaning was unsatisfactory and not what was promised. Does not know how to clean properly from the top down. When pointing out Areas they missed they said they would "fix" by cleaning missed spots there by dirtying they floor again. Would not redo. They expected payment for an incomplete job and said to finish it completely by redoing it would be an extra cost. In light of your response, your people had their own water and snacks. You keep expecting to get paid for crap work. Sorry that's not how it works. Job was not completed therefore nonpayment until it is complete. You choose not to complete the job so don't put this on me. Talk about unprofessionally. It's your responsibility as the owner to make sure your people do a quality job. Lloyd got in contact with me extremely quickly which is the only reason he received two stars and not one. I received a quote and looked at the reviews which were exceptional. He stated he had four dates available. Three were ones I had already agreed to. When I agrees to a price and date he stated the "main guy" now only had the June 5th date available!! I never stated I could do that date as it is my move out date. You do not tell a customer four dates are available when that is not factual and backpedal.
