We could not be happier with our experience using Clean Carpet Rx!! We wanted to refresh our sectional before our of town visitors arrived but were not optimistic about our ability to do it ourselves. From talking through the services available to scheduling our appointment, Stephen was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. We ended up deciding to few other upholstered pieces and rugs as well and are so pleased. The finished product is everything we were hoping for with our sectional, accent chair, rugs, and stools looking virtually brand new. The prices were also very reasonable and fair, and Stephen also gave us tips for maintaining the furniture between professional cleanings. We highly recommend Clean Carpet Rx and will be using their services again in the future! read more

I don't own my place but I like to keep it clean and I am so thankful I called Clean Carpet Rx because I had no idea how dirty my rug and my couch actually were...yikes! I must also add in that I am a perfectionist, crazy OCD, neat/clean freak and I vacuum everyday, but there is no amount of vacuuming that could've been done in order to do what Stephen and his crew did for my place! My appointment was easy to make and Stephen was able to fit me into his schedule that same week. He gave me an estimate over the phone and it was almost exact after the cleaning was done (which made me happy). I scheduled the cleaning to be completed when I was out of town, which worked out really well. I left a key for them to get in my place and clean and came home to (what felt like) a brand new couch and carpet! Take note that they do not move furniture, but they clean around it, so I moved a lot of my stuff into my kitchen so they could clean areas that normally wouldn't get cleaned (under my ottoman, my peloton, barstools, etc.) It also was cheaper to have my whole place done rather than just one couch or upholstery because they have to carry all the equipment into your place regardless, so minds well get more than one piece of furniture cleaned. Treat yourself...you deserve it! read more

Steam cleaning is the way to go. Drying time was cut in half of wet vac cleaning. Our couches and area rugs look as good as new.

Still the best!! We use them to keep our carpets clean and maintained. Always great service and care!! The value we receive is far better than previous providers. read more

Very disappointed and disgusted. I had my carpet cleaned in my vacant unit that I am going to rent out. When I came back to my unit 5 days later I discovered this in my KITCHEN sink. He didn't even bother to rinse it down or let me know. Basically there is 8 years of carpet dirt and dog bacteria sitting in my kitchen sink for 5 days. I was offered no compensation. read more

Clean Carpet Rx - Home Cleaning Near Me

We have four children who have lots of friends and WHITE carpet (stupid idea, I know. It wasn't mine). Anyway, we desperately needed our carpets cleaned and at least sanitized. I didn't expect all the stains to be lifted, because white and red dirt. My husband, who is in construction, asked a buddy of his for a recommendation and they gave us the name of Clean Carpet Rx. Leave it to us to wait until the last minute, Clean Carpet RX was able to fit us in almost immediately. They were a little (well, more than a little) more expensive than our usual guy. But they did such an amazing job, I was glad to pay it. All our stains weren't lifted, but the VAST majority were, and our carpets look a lot less biohazard than they did before the cleaning. Lionel and his partner, Ali, (who looks like Cisco from The Flash ) were fast, efficient, kind, patient, and very clear about what was involved and what we needed to do after they left (stay off for 4-6 hours, no furniture for 24 hours). My four children were full of questions and Lionel answered them so patiently. He never once had a bad attitude about anything. Our original appointment was for 2-4, but they called me at 11 asking if I'd be willing for them to come early. They were polite and apologized if it were inconvenient. My house was a mess, but they were so understanding (hello, 4 kids and cleaning to get the carpets ready to be cleaned). I know I can't be THE ONLY person who cleans house before cleaners come. we will for sure use Clean Carpet Rx again in the future. read more

Like others, I also hired Clean Carpet Rx based on their Yelp reviews and ratings and sure enough, they measured up to the 5 star ratings that everyone raves about. I had a 3 bedroom Navy house with carpet on the second floor and I also have a small dog...so prior to move out, I'm required to get the carpet professionally cleaned and also need to get it treated for flea and ticks. These guys did an amazing job in cleaning the carpet and making it smell great...in fact, the carpet looked brand new! I passed my move out inspection with no issues, instead I received a complement on how the house didn't smell (prob because I had a pet) and I know it was due to the carpet cleaning. Stephen and Nick both did a wonderful job and were both very professional, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. There is no need to search anymore, hire these guys now! read more

As a property manager for a real estate company, I have been using Clean Carpet Rx for a very long time. They have been very reliable , as in showing up on time and completing the work as scheduled. This allows for customers viewing the properties with the confidence of a job well done. Competative pricing and in my opinion, much better equipment vs the competition. Mahalo Steven! read more

Had an overall good experience with this Clean Carpet Rx. It was easy to make an appointment. They came on time during the time frame promised (9-11am). Lionel and one other worker were the employees who serviced us. Lionel was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything pretty thoroughly. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I wish they gave a confirmed appointment time instead of a 2-hour window. Also, they use their shoes in your home which was immediately a red flag. Naturally, since here in Hawaii it's uncommon to wear shoes in the house, this stood out to me. When I brought this up, Lionel explained that it's a safety precaution for them as employees and that they will always work backwards and not "re-walk" on the areas they just cleaned. I then asked/suggested if they have a separate set of shoes for using indoors, but his response was that they need to go in and out for the equipment they'd be using. I guess it would've been cool to see them use shoes for just indoor-use or shower caps over their shoes and put a tarp outside by the front door which is really the only area they go outside when going in and out. I appreciated that they removed the small area of wax that spilled and dried on my carpet. I posted before and after photos although it's not a major noticeable difference since I have Berber carpet which it's pattern and weave make it harder to see dirt/grime...so when cleaned, it's not as noticeable. Overall it was a good experience! read more

I've used this service a couple times at a previous condo I lived in. This was a few years ago. They seem to be the most responsive and very popular on Yelp. Very clean staff knowledgeable and gay realistic expectations of how clean my carpets could get. I like the work they were friendly and we exchanged marketing ideas read more

Excellent, reliable results. This not the "budget option" or best advertised price company. But if you're looking for excellent work at EXACTLY the price they quote you without any upsells, go with Clean Carpet Rx. MUCH better results and attention to detail than with "the other guys." I love that they use environmentally friendly materials and there's no chemical, plastic or otherwise overwhelming leftover smell. And as someone who does yoga frequently, so my face is on/near the floor, the carpets being clean is important. I made a decision that I'm willing to pay a little more for my values and taking care of the 'aina. This time I had him clean my couches, which he was able to do last minute and (again not cheap) but AMAZING results! read more

An update! A happy customer in the end. :) Thank you to both Stephen and Lionel for reaching out to me and apologizing about the situation! Today, Nick came by (super friendly and personable!) and spot treated that particular stain as well as a few other spots that reappeared. He said it was most likely from the machine dripping. Nick also gave me some treatment to use if the problem should arise again. Who knows if this treatment will work or if the stain will reappear in a few hours again. All I know is that I am happy they reached out and came back to fix the problem. Also they said the treatment is as eco-friendly as it gets (another bonus!) Thank you Nick! read more

We saw the reviews for this and decided to try it out. We have a 2 year old and 2 doggos that like getting into trouble. Called and was received by Steven. Super friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us a very reasonable price to clean our 3 bedroom 1200sqft townhouse. In 2 days time, they were out exactly when they said they would. I was not home, but my wife let him in and watched him get to work. She didnt catch the technicians name, but was very impressed with his attention to detail. Carpet we thought were gone to slime and playdoh wars were brought back to life. Stairs that were stained for years looked pretty brand new again. He got into every nook and cranny there was. Our microfiber couch didnt have dog/baby smells anymore. It was awesome. And he even brought up his products he was using was pet and kid friendly. Overall, a very excellent service from beginning to end. Next time we need carpet cleaning, definitey calling steven again. Mahalo read more

So disappointed. I called them on Friday- no answer so I left a voicemail. Yelp says they usually respond within 7 hours. A whole 24 hours pass- nothing. Their website says they're customer service professionals are available by phone 24/7! ....maybe they're busy, it is the holidays plus bad weather... benefit of the doubt right? So I email them through their 'get a cleaning quote' on their website. Another 24 hours go by- and nothing. So I waited.... and waited.... Gave them one more shot and called them on Monday- no answer. So I waited.. It's been 5 days since I first contacted them. I can see how much you value your customers. Maybe that's why you can only claim "People love us on Yelp 2018 award recipient". Reality check- we're not in 2018 anymore. You can bet I went somewhere else- and they were great! In return for being ignored- I leave this ravingly fantastic review, and will let my circle of friends, family, and coworkers know... don't call you up. You can't even be bothered to return a phone call, or email. read more

This is the second time using Stephen from Clean Carpet RX and I couldn't be happier with his professionalism, quality of work and reasonable prices. I have used Clean Carpet Rx on 3 separate occasions and absolutely love the miracles they have performed! I have 3 dogs that track in all kinds of dirt, mud, leaves, grass.., and Clean Carpet was able to take out those stains out along with high traffic stains AND those unfortunate mistakes my dogs tend to have from time to time. Absolutely love their work, their efficiency/ value and courtesy. Very good experience on all 3 occasions read more

I love this company. They are responsive, responsive and effective. They send reminders via text for the appointment and then send you a text that tells you when the technician is 30 minutes away. That is so helpful. Then the carpet is so clean. I have a dog that is known to have an accident here or there. They are able to get the stains out and the house smells so much better. I will use Clean Carpet Rx again and again. read more

I was extremely pleased with the entire process. I received a call back the next day and they were able to book me for the following weekend. These guys are amazing!! Just moved into a new house but the carpet in one room was looking beyond nasty. It looked like was never cleaned with stains everywhere with who knows what and for how many years. I was thinking the carpet needs to be replaced but decided to have it cleaned before I decide. I called the guys at Clean Carpet RX to see what they can do. Steven and Cisco came and worked their magic! The carpet is now as clean as new! The guys were very professional and easy to talk to. They took time explaining everything they are doing. I was expecting harsh chemicals and loud noise but they use natural bio degradable cleaners which smell really nice and the machine they use were super quiet. These guys did a great job cleaning our apartment carpets before we moved out. They came in as scheduled and made the carpets look brand new. I'll admit, our carpets were pretty clean to begin with, but our landlords required we shampoo them before we move out. What I liked about these guys is that they gave me s short window. It was noon to two. I've had companies tell me "we'll be there between eight and five." That sucks and ruins your whole day. I was able to plan around the two hour window, and when they arrived, they were done in less than an hour. Keep in mind that rates are cheaper if you are in a house. We were in a condo, and it's more expensive for them to bring their portable equipment into a building. I wasn't thrilled to learn about that little detai, but they offer a military discount and they have a Yelp deal to help offset the cost. Their shampoo is nontoxic, which is great. My pup was able to run around the carpet as soon as they were done. I really like them and would totally recommend them to anyone. read more

Stephen and Lionel were great. We had a couch, 2 chairs, and 2 area rugs cleaned. They look and smell like new. Red clay and dirt/grime were embedded in our things thanks to 2 hounds. I needed them to re-do a two-story house that someone else cleaned poorly. It was easy to setup an appointment with Steve and I was able to get the price upfront and setup the cleaning right away, just a couple days after the call. Even though the house had just been done, it didn't look or smell clean at all, probably due to pets. Then Lionel and his partner came over, worked pretty fast but were very thorough and now it looks and smells clean. The price was reasonable, not inexpensive but fair for the quality of service. We WILL use Clean Carpet Rx again. read more

RX Clean Carpet cleaners are super reliable, always on time and very thorough in explaining details of the work and cleaning to be done. They explain and take safety measures for your protection, your pet's, and for their employees. Stephen and Lionel take care not to harm your other non-carpet or furniture surfaces. They leave no mess behind. They pre-treat everything for stains and general cleaning and will accommodate your requests for alternate or additional cleaning needs on the spot as time allows. Stephen provides tips on how to protect your carpet from heavy furniture marks and wood bleeds. I have used RX Clean Carpet at least three times and will continue. Quotes are provided, reasonable and honored. read more

These fellas are the best! I am a repeat customer (special discounts for being a repeat). To start, my carpet looked nasty!!! It looked like a stampede of football players passed through my doorway everyday with dirty shoes. The friendly fellas calls you beforehand to let you know if they are on the way. When they arrived, I showed them my problem areas and within 2 hrs (or less for a 1000 sq ft apt), they were all done! They are true professionals who are experts in carpet cleaning. I was given great advice on how to maintain my carpet in between professional cleanings. The first time I used their services, I had an add on treatment for $15 to clean a beige large cushion for my bench. It was disgusting and I was amazed with how fresh and brand new it looked after cleaning. With the amazing zen and cleanliness, I feel great and was so worth it. What a difference! I should have taken before and after photos. Will definitely continue to stay as a loyal repeat customer read more

This would have have been a 5-Star review if not for the rocky start. So let's start off with Nick who saved the show. I booked a cleaning on a day that I was off from work. It was going to be tight cause the only time left was an arrival time of 1-3pm, with a cleaning time of 1-1/2 hours. Hubby and I had people to meet and places to go. I had to leave at 3:30 and hubby had to leave at 4:30. Nick called me at 1:20ish to let me know they were running behind at their current job but should be there at 3pm. Long story short, they weren't able to make it to our place until 3:40. So how did he save this review? He kept me updated every chance he had so there were no surprises. Plus, he was very apologetic and humble. I don't really expect things to go perfectly with any service. Just expect people to be honest and humble. Nick was the epitome of GREAT SERVICE. Then there's the actual work done. BEST EVER! We have two granddogs and one of them has "issues". The stairway smelled like pee even though we tried to clean it up. This is the first company who left the stairway smelling really pleasant. Usually, they'll come and clean but after it dries, the pee odor starts coming out. It was to the point where I thought it was normal and inevitable. Not so. They did the job right! Going back to rocky start... Person I called initially was pleasant, and provided information thoroughly. So what was the problem? Did you ever talk to someone who said things in the right tone but left you feeling like you weren't all that important to them? That's how I felt. Maybe it's just me. I had called back after realizing they were going to charge me $100 if I cancelled so I wanted to be sure my date was not going to fall through. Checked my schedule, called back and got a voice mail. Left a message and never got a call back. After a really busy week, I called again and got the same person. Again, he was calm and matter-of-fact, which is a good thing. But when I mentioned the not getting a returned call, he never apologized. I get that, since you don't admit guilt for something you didn't do but there ARE ways to apologize without admitting guilt. That being said, I DEFINITELY would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and will call them again to do the entire house in a few months. read more

I have used other carpet cleaning services before and they have always responded quickly, no questions asked on who hired or paid them. On 08-27-2020, the carpet was supposedly cleaned by this company. However when I entered the property on 08-31-2020, I could smell pet odor coming off the carpet and see pet hair everywhere as well. There were also circular brown spots which looked like it leaked from their cleaning machine. I called Stephen and was shocked with the way he handled my concern. He said it would be another cost for them to come back after the service was done. I denied their service and told him I will look elsewhere. Do not waste your time with this company, as they provide poor service. I do not recommend them to anyone. read more

This is the second time we had the service! Easy to make appointment and thanks to Lionel and Ali, you guys are the best! We had a sick dog who vomits and had diarrhea couple days ago, the carpet was covered by the excrements all over the place, Lionel is very knowledgeable and explained every detail in what they gonna use for pet stain and how they are going to try to get it out as much as possible, and Lionel is very honest also explained to me that it's not guaranteed that the stain will go away complete because we have a wool carpet. You guys really saved my life for cleaning up the mess, will definitely use the service again! read more

Very professional and I've used this company several times. They do a great job and the carpet dries pretty fast.

Overall good and super nice team, but there is a small group of circular stains that was not present before the cleaning and so I'm a bit frustrated that there are new stains! They only showed up as the carpet started to dry. Not sure what the deal is, if it had something to do with the product they used or what, since they look like drips from something. The stains are right at the beginning of the carpet, where everyone will see them. But, the rest of the house looks good. read more

Beautiful job! Stephen arrived right when he said he would then did a fabulous job of cleaning our very old white upholstered furniture. Not sure I have anything good to say since they won't return my calls or emails. They worked on my apartment before, and it was so-so. Clean Carpet RX is a top notch carpet cleaning company. From the beginning to the end, every single encounter with this company was done in a way it should the standard in home services out there. Half of our upstairs home comprised of carpet and we desperately needed a good cleaning after previous tenants didn't seem to ever clean the carpet. Fortunately, this company had a wealth of Yelp reviews that was not only consistent, but spectacular. 1) Quote and booking - Set up was amazingly quick and friendly. After talking to them, I was confident I chose the right company to do the job. 2) Service - Notification of the time window they were doing was well done. They will text you to let you know the time and provide updates. There was a delay to the previous customers for the day and Clean Carpet Rx let me know promptly an updated time. The carpet cleaning was done impressively and they were able to get some paint that was an oops that we did prior. The carpet felt nice and clean after it dried and to this date, I have had no problems. 3) Price - Their prices are substantially lower than other companies and payment could be done on a credit card. Overall, top notch run company, a rarity here on this island. read more
