The white chemical residue from the cleaning product was left behind inside the oven and I had to clean the rest of the oven myself as you can see by the black stained rag and black water in the photos. The outside of the microwave was wiped down but the inside was completely overlooked. There were crumbs and food stains as shown in the photo. I would be embarrassed to recommend this company to friends and family and in the future I will do better research.

Take note that they do not move furniture, but they clean around it, so I moved a lot of my stuff into my kitchen so they could clean areas that normally wouldn't get cleaned (under my ottoman, my peloton, barstools, etc.) It also was cheaper to have my whole place done rather than just one couch or upholstery because they have to carry all the equipment into your place regardless, so minds well get more than one piece of furniture cleaned. They explained every step of the way and any time they ran into any difficulties from the previous installers they informed me of them and already had multiple solutions. They didn't rush through the job at all and repaired things around the window on their own so that the rest of the area around the window looked just as new as the windows. Then, since the problem was a seal on the door, asked me if I simply wanted him to remove the seal to stop the sound, and gave me the pros and cons of doing so. I said yes and he removed the seal and put things back together. He gave me some tips on what to use to lubricate the door, as well as--if I ever wanted to replace the door--what I should look for and how to save money. Outstanding service and reasonable price. Rod was very thorough and made sure my carpet was tacked down and my expectations were reasonable (my carpet wasn't in the best shape). He even did a small repair for me. When he was done I was amazed at what my very dirty carpets looked like. The carpets are in a rental and the tenants were very hard on them so he made them look and smell so good I am sure I will not get any complaints for another 3 year tenant! From Thursday, Angus confirmed a cleaning date for me yesterday which is what I needed. He showed up ontime with an impressive mobile rig, was really nice and very professional.
