I was very pleased with Ohana CleanUp's services in cleaning my three couches. There was a quick response to my initial inquiry, and a reasonable price. Marcelo was prompt, efficient, and very professional. I am super pleased with the end result because my couches look great. I hope to use Ohana CleanUp for future services and would recommend them to others. read more

Needed carpets cleaned with short turn around time for a move out inspection and Marcelo came thru and came the next day, even in the flash flooding rains, he lugged that machine up about 3 flights of stairs and was done in 1.5 hours. Awesome service. Highly recommend read more

Highest recommendation. Fantastic service. We needed our house deck power washed. Marcelo was very professional on the phone, arrived early, and service was five star. And a good guy to boot. Worth every penny, imho. Will definitely call him again. read more

Can I just say top notch service from beginning to end. I was looking for couch cleaning on top of a stain that was in my car. Yelp did it thing and send out a message to different cleaners. Marcelo was quick and responsive. He was honest about not sure if he could get the spot out of my car and the rate for my couch cleaner was affordable. He came early and was ready to go. He is very and nice and even my dogs liked him. They usually bark at guys. After he did the couch, he took a stab at my car and got the blue ink out. He also realize that my roof rack was loose and could be the reason for the leakage to my stain. I truly appreciate that as I did not notice it and I just got my new car. I highly recommend him for all our cleaning needs. read more

Ohana CleanUp - The blue stain in my car. He got rid of it. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I left message inquiring to have carpet cleaned, Marcello respond within 15 minutes saying he could come the next day to do carpet. He arrived right on time looked at my carpet and gave a quote. I waited outside while he cleaned the carpet he was done within half an hour and started putting away his machine. I looked in and still had visual stains he mentioned the discoloration in some spot, my only thing I preffered that Marcello would have done was to have me look over the carpet before he put away his machine. Because there was spots i would of asked to go over 1 more time. I felt he could've asked do you want to look over or would you like me to go over a spot 1 more time. Because after I waited awhile I went with a paper towel to wipe over and there was dirt still that was on the paper towel. I still recommend using Marcello but I would just do a walk thru before he puts away his machine. read more

Marcello, responded to my inquiry quickly. Asked appropriate questions, very polite and answered all my questions. Gave me pointers on how to treat carpet stains. The whole process was easy and went smoothly. I will definately use him again. Mahalo impressive work. read more

Got estimates for our office carpet cleaning. Marcelo (Ohana CleanUp) quote was fair. He provided us with a written estimate and answered all our questions promptly. Marcelo worked around our schedule to help us with our carpet cleaning. He was very courteous, organized and very neat while cleaning the individual offices and the common areas. Both Marcelo & Noah were respectful with our office equipment, office furniture and worked efficiently. Carpet looks great! Would definitely recommend them! Thank you again Marcelo & Noah! read more

Messaged them yesterday and received a response immediately. Texted pictures and received a quote. Luckily they had an appointment available for today at 9am. Marcelo arrived promptly at 9am. They cleaned one carpeted room and our couch. They also removed a stain rom the carpet and got all the stains from the dogs rubbing up on the sides of the couch. The quote was exactly what was charged. They did an amazing job and would highly recommend. read more

I sent Marcello a message via the Yelp app and he responded. I asked for a quote and he gave me a quote of $150 for my area. I thought that was pretty good. I had let him know that I had a large walk-in closet and half of the living room that I wanted cleaned because of pet accidents. The area didn't actually have any visual stains and was pretty clean because I treat it upon soiling and I own a Bissell carpet shampooer. But I wanted a professional job for peace of mind. Marcello texted me to communicate and we set up a time later in the week. I was actually surprised to be able to get a appointment so soon. He arrived with his son and they got to work since I had already cleared the areas. The whole thing only took about 20 minutes and I was really pleased with his rate and efficiency. I pointed out two areas that had two visible stains: one was a rust stain from metal that had gotten rusty on the carpet, and the other was spilled Christmas tree water. He used a rust remover that nearly took out the stain and definitely lightened up the Christmas tree stain. I was very pleased and I wish I had gotten my carpet cleaned regularly while I lived in this apartment. It was an affordable rate and something I think I would have wanted to do more often and actually would've made me feel better about staying in this somewhat old apartment. read more

My dog vomited a waterfall of straight up BILE all over my new, fluffy, 8 month old carpets at 8pm. I attempted but could NOT clean it myself. I felt so hopeless because how would I be able to schedule an appointment at 8pm?! I was concerned about stain because another company warned me it may stain. I saw Marcel on Yelp and I chanced a message. He responded quick (within the hour) and was able to fit me into his super busy schedule for the next day during mid December! He came at noon, just as he said he would. Very genuine man and gave me tips! He even offered to clean my whole hallway carpet free of charge. Marcel has 13+ years of experience which reassured me. I will def be using him in the future. Thank you Marcel and Noah! read more

Excellent service. I used Ohana CleanUp twice and both times they arrived on time and were able to remove tough carpet stains.

I needed our front of the house cleaned up. Bird's had nested and had made a big mess. Their droppings left a huge streak not to mention the smell. Marcelo and his son did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning it off. But to my surprise they also took care of the side of my house. His eye for detail and his professionalism is something you don't always come across. I'm definitely going to use their services again. I highly recommend them if you're looking for an honest and professional cleaning company. read more

I put a request through Yelp, and Marcelo reached out with a flat rate pricing that couldn't be beat!! We scheduled, confirmed, he came and knocked out our beds and microfiber couch. He was professional and thorough, and I would definitely be using Ohana Cleanup again. I don't have the before and after pics, but check out the available pics and you'd be satisfied with the outcome. Marcelo, a huge Mahalo again. read more

Tried getting a price proposal from this company but owner refused to conduct a site visit to afford pricing. He asked me how much square footage there was but I don't know since my properties hallways and common areas are huge and I don't have a measuring wheel. Owner seemed very nonchalant and rude so if that's indicative of his work......I'll pass. Fortunately there are a lot of options. Imagine using the word Ohana in your company name yet no family values. read more

Marcelo is responsive, friendly and very diligent about cleaning carpets. Our carpets are now sparkling clean. Highly recommended!

After looking over the comments from other customers, I decided to give Ohana Cleanup a try. Marcelo was very courteous, friendly, and prompt. Other vendors quoted me a 4 hour window, but Marcelo was able to give me a set appointment time. My carpets had stains throughout and he was able to get them out without problems. He was more then willing to come out a second time because my girlfriend found very light stains that could only been seen at night. I highly recommend Ohana Clean and his superior service. Mahalo Marcelo! read more

Our living room carpet was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and we called Ohana CleanUp based on Yelp reviews and BBB rating. Marcelo arrived on time and quickly got to work. At the last minute, we asked if he could take care of one of the bedrooms too and he happily obliged. Even with the addition of the extra room, Marcelo completed the job within the time frame given and the carpet looked outstanding. Stains that we were concerned may not come clean were gone! We highly recommend Ohana Cleanup for carpet cleaning. read more

Marcel did an excellent job on my carpets. I have used others in the past and haven't found anyone who has done as good a job as him. I have had my carpets cleaned three three at my current house and the two previous companies couldn't remove these brown gummy oily spots from carpet and he was able to get it out with little effort! I highly recommend him and will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

Our HOA has come out of hiding to rear it's ugly head and has been out in full force. They have been fining the neighborhood for every little infraction. We really needed someone to clean up a nasty, caked in oil stain that has been in our driveway for a year, if that. It was time sensitive because HOA were making rounds again. I put in a request for quotes on power washing our driveway and Marcelo was the first one who responded. I spoke to other companies, however, Marcelo was very responsive and kept up with communication. He answered all of my questions and found the soonest available time to do it. His price point was very fair and wasn't outrageous. The results were way better than expected. I'm talking about caked in oil stains! All the while, he uses eco friendly cleansers. We will definitely be using him in the future for any interior or exterior cleaning needs. Very quick, efficient, reasonably priced, and professional. Highly recommended! read more

Marcelo did a great job for a very reasonable price, just like everyone else said! He answered the phone when I called (who even does that anymore??!!), texted back later to schedule, showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, explained what to expect (not a miracle - my carpet is seriously OLD!!) and was finished before I knew it. A light-colored, patterned berber carpet is a challenge but Marcelo was so nice about it and I'm just so happy that it looks much, much better! He also showed real concern for my elderly mother-in-law so she wouldn't slip going from the damp carpet to the hardwood - he's a very caring guy & it shows in everything he does :-) read more

With hopes to make an appointment asap due to a sudden move-out date, I called on a Tuesday morning. Marcelo answered quickly, although it was a bit difficult to hear him because it sounded like he was in the car. Luckily he had an opening on the coming Saturday. Making the appointment was quick & easy. He just asked for my name, contact number, & address. I found it odd that he didn't ask what services I needed, but I assumed he has all the equipment he needed in his vehicle anyway. I called the day before anyway to confirm the service. On the day on my appointment, he called in the morning to let me know that they could come earlier than scheduled. Yay! He then called again to let me know they were on their way. It was only Marcelo & Philippe who arrived, & they were absolute gentlemen. The studio I was moving out of was fairly small, so it only took them about 20 minutes to shampoo & deep steam clean. I was amazed to see the carpet looking nice & fluffy again! The depressions from the furniture & flattening in high traffic areas didn't 100% disappear, but was definitely much less visible! I paid with my card via Square & had a link for my receipt texted to me. The price for their quality of work & customer service was a great deal. I would highly recommend them for future carpet services. read more

Marcelo was fantastic! Answered my request for a bid promptly and provided me a price for the work after I texted some pictures of the areas that needed cleaning. I love to drink red wine! The only problem is that when I drink a little too much red wine I become overly animated and very clumsy. We had friends over the other night and I spilled my wine on three separate occasions. I knocked over my wine on the kitchen counter, then I spilled my friend's full glass on the living room floor and then somehow I managed to knock over half a bottle of my favorite cabernet sauvignon all over my bedroom. Yes, I'm a tipsy clutz and I should think about switching to white wine in the future. But you can't go backwards in time and now we were left with not one, but TWO gigantic red wine stains on the carpet. My husband tried his best to get the stains out but to no avail they remained in our carpet. The morning after I decided to call Marcelo at Ohana CleanUp to see if he could get the stains out before they completely ruined our carpet. Marcelo picked up the very first time I called him and happily set an appointment with me that afternoon for a cleaning. As promised Marcelo arrived on time and event texted me to let me know when he was on his way from his other job in Kailua. It's been about four years since the first time I hired him and it was like seeing an old friend. Thankfully he was able to take both stains out of the carpet and I had him steam clean all of our bedrooms as well. Our carpets are soooooo clean and it made my house feel brand new! I'm so happy I'm such a clutz because it forced me to clean our very dirty house which gets a lot of foot traffic (pun intended.) If you ever need carpet cleaning or power washing of windows, make sure you give Marcelo a call as he's super friendly, excellent at communicating to book your appointment and overall does a fantastic job! Before he left my house he told me that next time I spill red wine, pour water mixed with vinegar onto the stain and try to vacuum it up. I know that this won't be the last time I'll spill my wine and it's definitely not the last time I'll be calling Marcelo! Cheers to all my tipsy clutzy wine lovers! read more

Moving is a pain in the ass, so I wanted to make my move as easy and simple as possible. I'm so thankful that Marcelo was available, both to answer my questions and to clean the carpet in the apartment I was moving out of. Procrastination seems to be a trend of mine, so when I set up this last-minute carpet cleaning appointment, I was surprised at how simple it was. Marcelo is easy to work with and an absolute pleasure. (I love his accent!) It was incredibly easy to book an appointment, especially because Marcelo is available via text! Yay for technology and multiple avenues of communication. Anyway, what a difference, I tell you. I should have taken before and after photos, but oh well... You'll just have to take my word for it. Even my landlord was impressed with how clean the carpet was, especially because of my three pesky and sometimes naughty pets. VERDICT Awesome. Ohana CleanUp was easy to work with, quick, available, and gave me the results I was looking for - a clean carpet, so I could get my whole deposit back. I recommend Ohana CleanUp and Marcelo to anyone in need of quick and stress-free professional carpet cleaning services. read more

Ohana cleanup is amazing I have been using there services for about 2 years and my rugs and couches always look so great!

This is why I love Yelp. We booked a company to clean our house and steam our carpets a few days before we moved in. They cleaned the house (well, barely). But they forgot to steam clean the carpets. We called them and asked them to please get it done before we move in. They simply didn't call us back. So at that point, we were screwed with only a couple days before our scheduled move. So I looked up carpet cleaners on Yelp, hoping to find a good company that could do it at the last minute. I found Ohana CleanUp and checked out their reviews, which all seemed pretty legit. I called up Marcello and he was able to do it the next day, no problem. He did a great job on the carpet and finished about 400 sq ft within 30-40 minutes. He's a good guy and I would definitely recommend him. read more
