BP is always consistently excellent - in communication, timeliness and performance. Clean windows make me happy and they do the job!

I reached out to Blue Pacific windows on a Saturday, and got a very response from their receptionist. She was absolutely amazing. She took all the information I gave her. Within no more than 20 to 25 minutes I received a phone call back from a gentleman. He was incredibly informative, I had been submitted an estimate that was very reasonable, we did discuss some things that I had concerns about. The conversation was not rushed as though there was somewhere else for him to be, very professional, very knowledgeable and straight up honest about any questions I asked. I owe Blue Pacific and apology, life kind of happened from the time I got the estimate and spoke with this amazing gentleman. Presently not able to schedule the job, but will when the time allows. Read their reviews from others. Their customer service from the first word to the last is absolutely professional and they make you feel very comfortable with what they are offering to do and listen to what you are requesting to have done. What I really appreciate it is the honesty of if we're not able to do something they let you know right away. Honestly, there can Do's are way more than the other. Give them a call, find out for yourself and please book the job with them after understanding how they do their job it doesn't surprise me why they have so many great reviews. Aloha and thank you. Your company is definitely customer service oriented and also completion of job oriented. read more

Great work by Blue Pacific! Our windows have never looked better. They were very thorough and paid attention to details. Windows were cleaned inside out, and so were the tracks and screens. We are very satisfied with the whole experience. This is the ONLY window cleaning service you want to call. Highly recommended! read more

I think this is the first time I have ever taken the time to review a business for a second time, but I am compelled because this is a great company offering quality work. They are courteous, show up on time, and pay close attention to detail. My windows, windowsills, screens, and those hard to get crevices are left looking brand spanking new each time they come. Having my windows cleaned with these guys is probably my all time favorite annual gift to myself. Today, after the job was finished, I noticed a streak on the outside of one of the windows I could not have reached on my own. I texted Austin, and they came back immediately and did not leave until it was spotless. I would absolutely recommend this company in a heartbeat for residential or commercial work. Thank you, Austin and BPWC. See ya next year! read more

Marco did an excellent job restoring our shower doors. They had a considerable amount of hard water stains. They look brand new! Will definitely use them again! read more

It was a mixed experience and maybe these details below can help explain and allow others to judge for themselves. Responsiveness: First emails and texts received no response. Tried again a few weeks later by phone and reached Austin who told me to text photos, but didn't hear back after doing so. Texted again and even though the price was high, I decided to trust the reviews and schedule. Window Tech: Showed up on time, was professional and courteous, but even though the pictures showed the height of our windows, he did not arrive with a ladder, just a long brush. This seemed odd for our house in particular. Job Quality: Windowsills were cleaned well, and generally the screens were done ok. The lower, more eye-level windows where he could reach and see were cleaned very well. Unfortunately not all of our windows are like that, and not all were done. Issues: 1. Windows that are higher up were left with spots of organic residue. He told us this was "etched into the glass" but most came off when we stood inside and pointed to the areas so he could see where to focus and wash those areas again. If he had a ladder he could have seen and cleaned these areas easily, as the long brush is only so effective. 2. He informed us that he could only clean the "outside" of three small jalousie windows, even though they are literally all exterior (screens are even on the inside). I'd never had that experience with a window service before. 3. He didn't clean the inside of the sliding glass door screens, just the part that faced outward, even though all screens were included, which was strange. 4) He did not clean a couple of the highest windows, presumably because he couldn't reach. 5) He at first didn't clean the windows on the side of the lanai because he said they were "interior" even though they are literally outside the house and were included in the photos the job quote was based on. Response: It's not easy trying to manage/correct someone's work and it's hard being the bad guy. It wasn't clear where the issues stemmed from, and if there was a miscommunication with Austin or what. We asked him to do both sides of the jalousies but they didn't get cleaned that well, especially where the panes overlap. We explained that the lanai windows outside were part of the job, and he did go back and do them and well. But in the end, it was getting late and we had to focus on our own work, and it was awkward to continue to catch errors and manage this person who was trying hard but perhaps needed more support. We later called Austin and asked for a discount, feeling bad to ask anyone to come back out and honestly not that confident in the results, but he said that was impossible. We had to allow someone to be sent back out to 'fix' some of the work. Ultimately: The original tech who arrived seemed unprepared for our job, required management and support, and things needed to be redone with a second appointment because they were missed, which shouldn't have been necessary. I appreciate those windows that were cleaned well, but definitely expected better from the reviews and for the higher-end price. read more

Contacted these guys to obtain a quote for window cleaning and restoration services at our commercial building site--quick response, extremely professional, timely, and very price competitive. Scheduling, payment options, communication, and flexibility are unmatched by competitors. These guys are the best, period. We were so pleased with the first job they did for us, we contacted them again for power washing of our building and walkways...just WOW. Night and day difference within a quick work window! Photos show before and after. Highly recommend and will continue to do business with these guys. read more

Marco came out and did a fantastic job on cleaning the windows, screens, and tracks. Omg some of our windows were SUPER gross. We are putting house on market in a week or two so glad to knock this task off my to-do list. Extremely pleasant, and hard working, I would highly recommend and will use in the future when and if need arises again. Thanks Marco! read more

After posting my 1-star review on Yelp, I got a call from Austin of Blue Pacific Window Cleaning who said he had not received my original email and was eager to change my first impression. He asked me to send exterior photos of our windows as well as photos taken from each window looking out and down toward the ground. These photos helped him to determine if Blue Pacific Window Cleaning could indeed wash our 3rd floor condo unit since the company ordinarily cleans 1- and 2-story homes. After receiving a very affordable and reasonable estimate for cleaning my windows, screens and window frames, I asked Blue Pacific for a cleaning appointment. A 2-man Team (Melvin and David) came today to clean my windows. They both were excellent--thorough, neat, professional, proactive! My windows look great! I'm attaching a photo so you can guess if the photo was taken looking through our window or if the window and screen had been removed...go ahead. See if you guessed right! I'm more than satisfied with Blue Pacific Window Cleaning's services and performance and highly recommend them to those needing to clean the windows in your residence. read more

GreatJob! Found Blue Pacific On Yelp and decided to get a quote since all the reviews were so good. I was impressed with their web site and ability to send in a request for a quote. I think it was the same day I got a quote back via a link in an email. Very professional and impressed with the use of technology in this day and age. We had a small glitch with the system but Austin was quick to communicate via text message and get it all straightened out. We had a new build with construction grime and window stickers and a even though we thought the windows were ok David spent all day meticulously cleaning inside and out. My wife had to tell him to stop already as there were a few hard to get to spots but he was determined to get them. I wasn't home but she was very impressed with the work. I think they were a man down but that didn't take away from the quality of work. David got the job done! Very impressed and will have them back in the future to clean our windows. For the price it is such money well spent. That would have taken us a full weekend to do ourselves and would have been 1/2 as good as their final product. Again we are so happy to see our beautiful clean windows! Thanks Austin and David! read more

Another great window cleaning by Blue Pacific for Hawaii Kai townhouse with lots of windows. They clean the screens also, just be sure to check afterwards that screens are re-installed correctly and not bent, something that inevitably happens sometimes. read more

David and Reece spent ALL DAY at our home today (we have A LOT of windows), doing an INCREDIBLE job cleaning our windows, screens and VERY DIRTY window tracks. They were so courteous, respectful, hardworking and efficient! I regretfully did not take before and after photos... Those window tracks were embarrassingly dirty with caked on mold and dirt. My husband found Blue Pacific Window Cleaning via yelp and we hesitantly called because the last two companies we selected based on high star reviews on yelp were such HUGE disappointments. We REALLY can't say enough on how impressed we were with their professionalism throughout the entire process. From the first appoint with an estimate by friendly owner Austin (GREAT PRICING!), to the ON TIME arrival by awesome Dave and Reece, to the excellent results on our now shiny windows. The pride for what they do and the service they deliver is evident in the whole experience. We found our forever window cleaners. REALLY....ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations. That is hard to find! read more

Austin was great and did a very good job. Super friendly and on time for the appointment. Got an awning done and they went above and beyond by cleaning the debris out of the crevasses. This was my first time using a window cleaning company on my home windows. John, Jerico and Andrew did an excellent job and worked efficiently. They did a better job than I could. My windows and sliding doors (including the screens, frames and tracks) are clean. I will definitely use them again for my annual cleaning. Thank you Austin and crew for doing such a great job. read more

I just had our windows on our house cleaned by David and Austin, and they did an AMAZING job. Everything is spotless, and looks brand new. Austin came to the house (on time, when he said he would) and provided us with an estimate (that same day) for the work to be done. After that, the job was scheduled to be completed within a week. They were on-time, courteous, and worked hard. Our house is definitely challenging with some high windows and difficult terrain surrounding the house. I was admittedly a bit worried about how they were going to be able to accomplish it all, but they did. I have already recommended them to some family members, and will be using them again in the future. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with Blue Pacific Window Cleaning. Even with the holiday season in full swing, they responded quickly and got our window cleaning scheduled. Landlords and homeowners, listen up! We so appreciated that, after having requested water restoration (a much pricier and more involved process), Reece inspected our rental unit's windows and saw nothing he said their standard cleaning service couldn't fix. Thus we were spared from water restoration because Reece was honest. 45 minutes later, our windows were sparkling clear and clean, thanks to Reece and Nevin. The price was very reasonable. Reece and Nevin were courteous and professional, the kind of guys you'd trust in your home. As landlords and homeowners, we will be repeat customers. read more

Based on their great reviews, we wanted to give Blue Pacific Windows a try. First of all their response time for a quote was super fast and very reasonable. We have so many large windows on our house. Reece, Nevin and Gerimi showed up on time and spent most of the day meticulously cleaning each and every window, screen and track on our house. These guys were so professional and super respectful. They also have a pretty amazing system that they use so that the windows have no streaks. All of our windows are crystal clear and we are so happy with their work. Also, they wore masks the whole day while they were working and practiced social distancing. Very impressed! We will absolutely be using them again. read more

We have used BPW for my mom's house for years and they have always been amazing. Austin, the owner, is so easy to reach via text or email, and always does his best to accommodate us despite our (and their!) busy schedules. I love the email invoicing and the ability to pay by credit card online! My husband and I just moved into our new house, and so of course I asked BPW to clean our windows for the first time post construction. Chris and Reece arrived on time, worked hard all day, and stayed quite late to make sure everything was perfect. They were so polite and accommodating, respectful of our home and our things, and very understanding of my anxious efforts to make sure no water spray got on any wood furniture, papers or electronics (they also brought blankets to cover some things.) They really went above and beyond, taking care of some last minute areas I had forgotten to mention, and accommodating my mom's request to lubricate the window hinges with corrosion protectant for us too. Reece even climbed over the stairway railing to reach the window screens above the stairs! Our windows were filthy from the construction and the recent storms, and now they are sparkling clean. I can't say enough positive things about BPW and have recommended them to anyone I know who has a house with windows! read more

These guys are amazing!! Austin was very quick to answer my inquiry and he got back to me with a very reasonable quote immediately. Nothing is more satisfying than clean windows, from the inside & out! Jon & Ernesto's detailed cleaning of the glass windows, glass doors, screens, sills and tracks of our 2nd story home exceeded my expectations. They were caked in red dirt mixed with salt air and rain spots; and now, I almost walked into the glass door. It's THAT clean. And they left they home in great condition, where I didn't have to clean up after the cleaners (for once). I do my own windows every year because I don't trust anyone. Now, I'm going to treat myself to twice yearly cleans. It's worth the expense. I highly recommend these guys! read more

Highly recommend! David just left and...what a great job! My mom's home has these glass louvres that are too high up to ask the cleaners to do. They were SOOO dirty, not to mention stuck in place. Definitely call if you have windows to clean in Blue Pacific's service area. We needed post-construction cleaning of 16 foot, floor to ceiling windows & other windows with construction overspray, paint, and one large picture window in Mililani. GREAT, courteous, timely phone response, timely assessment to give us an estimate, AND PROMPT showing to do the job with meticulous attention to getting our windows super clean. Austin is a fine young man, good work ethic & very courteous. He came to do the job with a very tall young man & they worked on the windows, inch by inch with razor blades & tiny squeegee (literally cleaned windows, inch by inch) to get off all the construction debris. They are a professional team. We also like their online payment option to pay by credit card too. read more
