They were so courteous, respectful, hardworking and efficient! I regretfully did not take before and after photos... Those window tracks were embarrassingly dirty with caked on mold and dirt. I reached out to Blue Pacific windows on a Saturday, and got a very response from their receptionist. She was absolutely amazing. She took all the information I gave her. Within no more than 20 to 25 minutes I received a phone call back from a gentleman. He was incredibly informative, I had been submitted an estimate that was very reasonable, we did discuss some things that I had concerns about. The conversation was not rushed as though there was somewhere else for him to be, very professional, very knowledgeable and straight up honest about any questions I asked. I owe Blue Pacific and apology, life kind of happened from the time I got the estimate and spoke with this amazing gentleman. Presently not able to schedule the job, but will when the time allows. Their customer service from the first word to the last is absolutely professional and they make you feel very comfortable with what they are offering to do and listen to what you are requesting to have done. It was a mixed experience and maybe these details below can help explain and allow others to judge for themselves. Responsiveness: First emails and texts received no response. Tried again a few weeks later by phone and reached Austin who told me to text photos, but didn't hear back after doing so. Texted again and even though the price was high, I decided to trust the reviews and schedule. Window Tech: Showed up on time, was professional and courteous, but even though the pictures showed the height of our windows, he did not arrive with a ladder, just a long brush. This seemed odd for our house in particular. Job Quality: Windowsills were cleaned well, and generally the screens were done ok. The lower, more eye-level windows where he could reach and see were cleaned very well. Unfortunately not all of our windows are like that, and not all were done. Issues: 1. Windows that are higher up were left with spots of organic residue. He told us this was "etched into the glass" but most came off when we stood inside and pointed to the areas so he could see where to focus and wash those areas again. If he had a ladder he could have seen and cleaned these areas easily, as the long brush is only so effective. 2. He informed us that he could only clean the "outside" of three small jalousie windows, even though they are literally all exterior (screens are even on the inside). I'd never had that experience with a window service before. 3. He didn't clean the inside of the sliding glass door screens, just the part that faced outward, even though all screens were included, which was strange. 4) He did not clean a couple of the highest windows, presumably because he couldn't reach. 5) He at first didn't clean the windows on the side of the lanai because he said they were "interior" even though they are literally outside the house and were included in the photos the job quote was based on. Response: It's not easy trying to manage/correct someone's work and it's hard being the bad guy. It wasn't clear where the issues stemmed from, and if there was a miscommunication with Austin or what. We asked him to do both sides of the jalousies but they didn't get cleaned that well, especially where the panes overlap. We explained that the lanai windows outside were part of the job, and he did go back and do them and well. But in the end, it was getting late and we had to focus on our own work, and it was awkward to continue to catch errors and manage this person who was trying hard but perhaps needed more support. We later called Austin and asked for a discount, feeling bad to ask anyone to come back out and honestly not that confident in the results, but he said that was impossible. We had to allow someone to be sent back out to 'fix' some of the work. Ultimately: The original tech who arrived seemed unprepared for our job, required management and support, and things needed to be redone with a second appointment because they were missed, which shouldn't have been necessary. I appreciate those windows that were cleaned well, but definitely expected better from the reviews and for the higher-end price. read more

GreatJob! Found Blue Pacific On Yelp and decided to get a quote since all the reviews were so good. I was impressed with their web site and ability to send in a request for a quote. I think it was the same day I got a quote back via a link in an email. Very professional and impressed with the use of technology in this day and age. We had a small glitch with the system but Austin was quick to communicate via text message and get it all straightened out. We had a new build with construction grime and window stickers and a even though we thought the windows were ok David spent all day meticulously cleaning inside and out. My wife had to tell him to stop already as there were a few hard to get to spots but he was determined to get them. I wasn't home but she was very impressed with the work. We have used BPW for my mom's house for years and they have always been amazing. Austin, the owner, is so easy to reach via text or email, and always does his best to accommodate us despite our (and their!) busy schedules. Wow, I just had my windows cleaned by these guys! We live in Waialua, right on the water, so you can imagine how dirty they can get. Reese and Dave came on time and were quiet, respectful, and very professional. We are on the second and third floor, so up and down they went.
